Dunkin on Salem Rd. Is the worst I have visited all of my local Dunkin between Conyers and Covington and I have never experienced a problem at any of them except the Salem Rd one between inaccurate orders to RUDE employees. They will do nothing to try and resolve the order. They just want to argue with you until you get fed up and just leave. I ordered a caramel creme the lady called it a vanilla creme and there was no evidence of caramel anywhere as you can see by the pics. The only thing on top is the cinnamon no caramel on top or on the cup which there is supposed to be or on the bottom no caramel not to mention no taste of caramel so I believe she called it as it was a vanilla creme. read more

20 minutes for frozen coffee is way too long. They didn't even have anybody pull through the drive-through or come in the whole time. While on a road trip, we decided to get off the interstate for a coffee. We saw this place listed on one of the exit signs showing 'food'-related businesses. We exited and found it (you have to overshoot it on Salem Road and enter the plaza next to a McDonald's). We pulled in just before 1 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon. We entered and my wife hit the restroom while I walked up to the counter to place both our orders. There were about 3 staffers behind the counter but they were very focused on the drive-thru, from what I could tell. As I waited, I noted that this cash register / counter had a sign about 'pick-up orders' so I thought maybe they preferred walk-up customers to use the other register about 10 feet away towards the ice cream end of the store. I eased down there and waited. One of the staff came by...and grabbed something from a shelf and walked off. Another staffer came close but ignored me. At that point, my wife returned from the restroom and gave me a quizzical look. I explained that no one seemed interested in taking an order. I asked if she really wanted a coffee and she agreed it could wait. We exited the store and headed back to the interstate. If this place doesn't want walk-in business, they should lock the door and post a sign to that effect. I'm really unlikely to be in this area again soon, but if I ever were, I certainly would not go back here. read more

I experienced horrible customer service this morning at the Dunkin on Salem Rd in Conyers GA. I frequent this restaurant at least twice a week. Today I ordered a hot tea and donut. My order was correct on the screen. When I pulled forward and payed for my items, the person at the window handed me my tea. She proceeded to close the window. I informed the worker that I also had a donut. She explained that the donut was not on my order and that I needed to get back in the drive through line to order a donut and that she could not adjust the order in the drive through window. I asked to speak with the manager because I did order a donut. The manager said that I could get out the line and come into the store ( it was raining out) to purchase a donut. I explained to the manager what happened. I ever offered to pay $ 2.00 cash for a donut and they could keep the change. The manager stated that my only options was to come in. The manager then states that , " I am holding up the other cars and that I needed to get out his drive through be before he calls the cops on me". I have never experienced such disrespect from a manager. Even after I explained that the first person the took my order must've gotten it wrong, the manager refused to help me and would not take my cash in the drive through to rectify the situation. I will never come back to this Dunkin and I am very disappointed in the customer service I received today. read more

The last time I was here I had to wait 30 minutes for a coffee I mobile ordered. Then today when I mobile ordered 2 people told me they didn't receive it. When actually they are just unorganized and lost the ticket. It took me reordering the drink to actually get it made. So because I was mad about the service I've received multiple times the girl proceeds to call me "white privilege" It explains why you have 2 stars. You need to hire better employees. This was a ROUGH experience, and them being right next to a Starbucks has not incentivized them to do better in the slightest. Placed a mobile order, arrived about 15 minutes later (because I know how DD moves a little slow on those mobile orders), and saw roughly a dozen cars sitting in the drive-thru. Thinking I would bypass all that, I slap on a mask and walk inside. That was my next mistake, soon as I opened the door I hear "YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH ME?!" and a reply of "YOU AND YOUR MANAGER CAN GET THIS WORK!!" Lovely. One of the dozen waiting patrons and several of the 8 employees were having an exchange of words, and all were ready through throw down. I managed to make eye contact with a relatively nice young lady (buzz cut) and asked if I could pick up my mobile order. She looks towards the order area and sees that the ticket hasn't even been taken off the machine. Oh okay then. She offered to make it, and while she did I got to hear all the anger from the customers and confusion from the employees who were either all new or poorly trained. Meanwhile, young lady comes back and says they are out of two of the three ingredients I requested. At this point, I wanna get out of there before someone unloads a firearm, so I told her to just splash some coffee in the cup and that'll work. Stopped and grabbed a quick breakfast with my family this morning on our trip back home to VA. We were greeted with smiles and good morning's when we walked in, which was pretty cool. Speaking of cool, it was freezing in there lol. It wasn't busy, so we got our orders pretty fast. I personally don't think DD's breakfast food is the best, but I do love their coffee. I ordered the Chicken Bacon sandwich and a medium cold brew. The sandwich was just whatevs to me as I expected, but I devoured it anyway because I was hungry. If I could give this location negative stars I would. The older lady working the front counter had a HORRIBLE attitude! During this current pandemic, I take safety seriously, especially at restaurants. This dunkin wore their masks and were pretty sanitary. I saw them washing their hands frequently. The only reason why I placed 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the pace. I saw a long line in the drive-thru so I decided to walk-in. It took them a good 20 minutes to realize there was a line since they were so focused on the drive-thru. Nevertheless, once they received our orders, they quickly did our drinks under 5 minutes. So I guess they just need better organization on keeping a good balance between drive-thru and walk-in. read more

Definitely wouldn't recommend this place! Most of the time, the coffee is old and has a burnt taste, and it's not unusual to find coffee grounds floating in the bottom of your drink. There are always bugs flying around inside by the seating area, and today I watched numerous flies landing all over the donuts while I waited for my coffee at the counter. The service was terrible. First time having a bad experience at a Dunkin Donuts location. I've been all over this country and this is the first. But this is how it went. I pulled up. I asked for 2 everything bagels toasted w/cream cheese, 2 of the $3 egg/cheese English muffins deals, and 2 glazed bow tie donuts. They expressed they didn't have the regular egg patties for the sandwich as advertised and that they didn't have bow tie donuts either. They offered to substitute the bowties with the original glazed and substituted the regular egg patties with the veggie/egg white patties. I was cool with that. But then communication ended abruptly, leaving me confused. I decided after a moment to just pull up to the window. I arrived to 2 workers arguing. The cashier ran back my order but was confusing me in whether she understood my order or not. To no surprise my order was wrong. I asked about my glazed donuts, "No we ain't got none." I asked about whether there were 2 or 4 English muffins sandwiches in the bag. I didn't receive a clear answer. I pulled in to the parking lot after the financial transaction. I ended up with 2 bagels and 2 veggie/egg whites English muffins. So disappointed. Instead of paying for the price of the English muffins I wanted, 2/ 2 muffins($6), I ended up receiving 2 muffins I didn't want at $3.99 per muffin. Employees have no concern for public health during this COVID-19 pandemic!!! None of the 5 employees wore their masks properly. They were all either under their nose or under their chin which defeats the whole purpose of protecting others. They were breathing over donuts and coffee the entire time. This is my 3rd visit this week and 2 out of 3 times the same thing...no masks properly worn. A fine Dunkin' Donuts, indeed. I stopped in while passing through the area, and my experience couldn't have been better. The folks there were friendly, and fast with my coffee. Likewise, the restaurant itself was clean and enjoyable, both on the sunny patio and in the spacious dining room (loved the big comfy leather chairs, which not every DD location has, in my experience). I broke out a packed lunch, and sipped good cold-brew coffee while reading a good book and watching the world go by -- wonderful! I had no problems during my visit, and would gladly return. I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts this was was the worst service I've had! The lady behind the counter of the drinks started my order (small Dnkco) then forgot about it. She had started on her friends drink order and me and two others waited till that was done for her to start on a different customers order. I asked about my drink and she grabbed it spilled it so another lady started one. Handed me the cup half full I ended up asking if they could fill my cup all the way. Disorganized completely with drinks and doughnuts the only people who looked like they had it were the gentleman and lady behind the food counter making our sandwiches.
