I frequent this location because I am in this area a lot. I like how easily accessible it is to the major streets and highways. There is ample parking and it's not ever super crowded here. The drive thru is also easy to get in and out of; unlike some locations. The service is always fast and courteous. The dining area is always clean. The bathrooms are always clean too. I have often enjoyed the ice cream and their meal options. I bring the children when they do free cone day and they always have a good time. Their prices haven't changed a whole lot over the years, but the small increases are expected. I can always get in and out quickly here and my food and ice cream are always tasty. read more

After a long 40 days of fasting from dairy for lent i decided to treat myself to an ice cream Sunday. I went through the drive thru and the wait wasn't bad at all there were only 2 cars in front of me. I went with the $6 lunch special with the 1/3 double cheese burger, fries, sprite and strawberry Sunday. I like the way Their burgers have that charcoal grill taste and while underrated their fries are pretty good. And my sundae was the icing on the cake, so good! read more

Was craving onion rings today and thought I would dash out to my local Dairy Queen that's less than 10 minutes away from my house. It had just started to rain, so I utilized the drive through that had 2 other cars in front of me that rolled through quickly as I. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender $5 lunch box for my man-mate for a snack for later if he wanted, but no big loss if he did not. I had to wait one or two minutes for my large onion ring which were very good, fresh and piping hot and generously overflowing from its box and into the bag. The store opens at 10:30am on Sunday's, we get there 5-10 minutes past and the lights are off inside and we see the employees just then getting to work, walking to the door to unlock the door and then lock the door behind them. Completely unacceptable. read more

Very clean and really good food. I saw their commercial for the "$5 lunchbox", which consists of a cheeseburger, fries, drink and sundae. The young lady behind the counter brought out my food and saw I was saving the sundae till last. So she offered to put my sundae in the freezer till I was ready- nice gesture. Not sure who took my order because she failed to put her name on the receipt or put in an Order ID so she could be identified but she was extremely rude. She rushed me through the order. Whoever it was that actually gave us our food was pleasant but the individual that took our order over the mic needs to go mop the floors, clean the toilet or any other position that does not require customer interactions. It does not need to be around human beings due to the level of rudeness that it displayed that night. read more

I've been here a few times to take the kids I babysit after school. Today everyone was super-friendly and nice and I very much appreciated it. It sucks to be in a good mood and you go to a fast-food spot or casual dining...wherever and you have to deal with someone that does not want to be at work. We don't have to be best friends by the time I am ready to pay, but a smile a "Hi, how are you!" goes a long way. I made it a point to check in today so that I could review how great the service was. I had no issues with my order. They even laughed at my corny joke. We ordered a couple of the 5 buck lunches and it really is a lot of food for $5. Cheeseburger or chicken tenders, fries, soda and ice cream. As I write this, I feel so full and happy lol. I would give 0 stars if i could. This location finds a reason, every time I come through the drive thru, to not take or serve any food orders. There has been 4 occurrences. I also asked for the corporate number but I have not heard back yet. One one occurrence, at 1:30 in the afternoon, I was told that they're "not taking any food orders right now". When I challenged and asked why, they stated "because they had to clean the grill". I asked how long was the wait was and they said 15mins . That's when I said I will wait . Once I parked, after 5mins, an employee came out to say that "they weren't serving food until the next shift starts". I had a bad experience today at this Dairy Queen. I went into DQ an ordered which is so different as I usually oder via the drive through. I ordered a hamburger with everything , except tomatoes. I repeated myself three times about no tomatoes. I also ordered two hotdogs with onions, catsup, and chili. Unfortunately when I got to my place to eat, there was tomato on the hamburger. The hotdogs had no onion, but had cheese that I didn't order not did I want. To say the least, I was upset. It is apparent the woman at the counter decided to order whatever she wanted, not what I wanted. It's a shame she didn't pay for it. No more hot food for me here! I visited on Tuesday July 26, 2016 at 12:00pm. I say that because I tried to remember to save the receipt. I wanted to mention the employee's name. The customer service she provided was awesome. She was very professional, kind and provided quick service. This Dairy Queen is obviously brand new. It was clean and had a decent amount of parking. It is easy to access from both sides of the road because it is at a traffic light. I ordered the 6 chicken finger combo. It was average. The food was just warm. Not hot. I don't think it was cooked fresh. The fries were average as well. ( This might explain why the food was ready so quickly ). If the food was good and hot I would have given this Dairy Queen five stars. I give the employee who waited on me at the register 5 stars but the overall rating was just 3 stars. Dairy Queen is the type of restaurant that unless they are really above average I won't be back. I'm not going to pay close to $10 for chicken fingers and get mediocre food. read more

Try the strawberry cheesecake blizzard while its limited time it was amazing The cashier was new but extremely nice and patient with me , couldn't make up my mind with what I wanted lol. My family and I were excited to see a Dairy Queen being put up so close to home but I will say that we will not be going back. I just left there and a few of the people in the back were so rude to the point that the cashier was apologizing for their behavior.
