Donuts are very good and fresh in the morning and the boba and breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, the staff is nice, mostly and the inside is cutely decorated and comfy vibed. Prices are going up rapidly though, 2$ for one donut?

Good service. Nice place. Now to the point... OMG! THESE DONUTS ARE AMAZING!!! From simply Glazed to the marvelous Maple Bacon you can make no wrong choices here. These are perfectly made donuts that don't drip oil or excessive sugary, nonsense toppings to mask their shortcomings. The textures are exquisite - both incredibly soft and yet firm with no chewiness - regardless of shape or filling. Today though, today I had the Blueberry Cake Donut and I can now say that these really are the best donuts in Atlanta. Texture, taste, smell, the way they look. You can see and smell the blueberries even before you bite into the donut. I really cannot adequately describe how good this was so you've got to get one, two or ten for yourself and some other lucky soul/s. We shall return.

It's been a while . But I'm glad to have stopped by! I didn't get to see some old faces but I have no complaints. The variety is available for all taste buds. I came in for 2 dozen assorted and wasn't disappointed at all. The donuts were so fluffy and fresh not overly sweet. The cake donuts were just as soft and not dry. For a dozen assorted will run you about $14+tax. Facility was clean service was quick I was in and out of there. Space is next to a gas station so plenty of parking! Get there early to get more variety I came kind of later in the morning.

The shop is humble at a small gas station, which can be easily missed. Not a fancy place at all but their donuts are my favorite so far because they earn all of the excellent characteristics of good donuts. Flavor and fragrance are well balanced. I like them mostly because they are sweet but not cloying. No sweetness attack at all :) The quality is always too appealing to resist a second bite immediately. And sometimes, because I was so excited by how good they were, I forgot to slow down to enjoy the donut's melt-in-the-mouth thing :) I normally finish one right after I get out of the store. I don't feel the urge of sipping water after some bites because of their considerate sweetness. As a matter of fact, the satisfaction of enjoying the next ones at home with hot tea or coffee are still intact. I hardly taste the flour like some other places, which makes them more special. The fluffiness is always consistently amazing, even when I heat them up the next days. Their traditional glazed doughnut must be moist in the traditional sense. Visual delight and curvature are as typical as other places. Employees are not consistently charming but they are sincere. Such a powerful combination helps the store and their donuts earn my money, even though I know how unhealthy they are :) I'm in love with their cinnamon rolls too.

I was expecting hot fresh donuts like Duck Donuts does or a different taste like Voodoo Donuts, but this was a let down. I tried a few different flavors they all kind of taste the same. I just didn't like it. And the shop is in a gas station lot, next to the gas station, not a complex with other businesses. I found my way out of my way here to try it, there was no need. I will say service was rapid fast. Your in and out in 60 secs or less. Which is nice.

To be honest, I only came here for the Fruity Pebbles donut. I'm not typically into cakey donuts, I prefer the melt in your mouth kind so my expectations were low. The business itself is also quite unassuming since it is connected to a gas station. When I went inside I was warmly greeted even though they were servicing another customer, that was a nice touch. I ordered two Fruity Pebbles donuts and was concerned that they would be thick, dry and cold. I looked around and saw no microwave to reheat my donut. When I got into my car I decided to give one a try prior to warming it up. And boy was I surprised! The donut was light, fluffy and delightfully tasty. I recommend you give them a try if you are in the area.

Try the pistachio and maple bacon!!!!! Wow.

I can't believe anyone would rate this place fewer than 5 stars. Would give them more stars if I could. I don't really love donuts, but I absolutely L O V E donuts from this place. Honestly, I'm obsessed. I come here at 5:30 right when they open to bring these all the way down to Macon for work, and everyone goes bananas over these. Do yourself a favor and try them. Their bacon egg and cheese on the croissant is lights out, too. This place is a treasure.

My all time favorite donut spot. The couple that run the place are very friendly and helpful. I have to drive close to an hour to get there but it is always worth it. Give it a try you'll thank me later. I recommend the classic glaze with some donut holes on the side. But you honestly can't go wrong with any flavor. As you can see from my Easter pickup.

There's not much to say that's not already in my previous reviews. However, I did try a "butter spinach" for the first time yesterday and it was so good! It is likely my new go-to for a savory breakfast pastry. If you like Panera's soufflés or Starbucks' wraps, you'll love Holey Sweet's butter spinach. Anyhoo, on a Saturday afternoon, they had a steady stream of business in and out. If there is any critique, it's that they could have used another staff person to keep the line flowing quicker. I assume the woman and man working were the owners. The woman was very kind to my little ones, giving them donut holes to eat while we waited a little extra for a matcha frap to be made. read more

Donuts were good overall. A bit of a language gap with staff/owners but wasn't an issue for the most part. They did mess up a coffee with cream. Put vanilla flavored in it and didn't realize until I left. Yuck. Place is connected to a gas station so a bit of a holey in the wall. Definitely worth a stop! read more

I enjoyed going to Holey Sweet Donuts on a nice weekend morning with my family. Service is quick. We were able to order all of our favorite yeast-raised donuts. It was also nice to sit down and enjoy our donuts inside the shop. I will definitely visit again. read more

I think I need to try them again in the morning when the donuts are fresh and just made. They have a lot of flavors and great customer service but the flavors and donuts were just okay to me but I think they just weren't fresh since I got some in the evening. They are located at a gas station and if you drive too fast you can pass it easily. read more

I'm a Fan!!!! I walked in just before closing so they were already out of just about everything, they had sticky buns and a strawberry filled donut and a few others I didn't want to bother with. So I scooped a sticky buns and the last strawberry filled, the owner kindly threw another sticky bun in! The donuts were absolutely great. The place was extremely clean and the services was great! The donuts are SO GOOD! I got a glazed and a cinnamon twist glazed donut and they were fresh, baked well and perfectly sweet. I went at 12:30pm and they had a really good amount of donuts left. This little gem is tucked away next to a gas station off the beaten path. It's a small building with only a few tables for dine in. We are used to Krispy Kreme but wanted a change. They have a great selection of fresh donuts. The donuts are light and airy. The Fruit Pebbles donut caught my attention. They have chocolate or vanilla icing with Fruit Pebbles on top. It adds the perfect crunch to the donut. They also have a Maple Bacon donut. I didn't try that one this time but I will next time. It looked like it had the perfect amount of bacon on top to make a great sweet/salty combination. The apple fritters, cinnamon, and filled donuts are huge. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for old favorites or wanting to try something new. read more

Sweet and savory donuts! I'm sorry Krispy Kreme, but this is my new favorite. I've dropped in a few times and the workers here are very sweet people & always happy to see a customer walk through the door. Smoothies: I tried the strawberry smoothie which was so refreshing. I usually hate the taste of banana in my smoothies and this one has that taste. However, it's not overwhelming and still surprisingly tasty. Donuts: TRY THE DONUT HOLES! Especially if it's your first time there. Like other reviewers have mentioned, it's melt in your mouth delicious and they are happy to warm them up for you. As for the donuts, they are just as good. My personal favorites are the blueberry and the pistachio. Breakfast sandwiches: Their sandwiches are basic but good if you're looking for something more than a sweet treat. Went to Holey Donuts today for first time, I've seen it and passed by but decided to give it a try. These donuts are the perfect balance, not to sweet, not to soft. If you only try one donut please try the bacon glaze!! O M G it's the best I ever had. You wanna really make you mouth water, well put it in the microwave for a few secs . The only con is they close at 6pm and are not open on Sunday. Highly recommend you give this place a shot. If you don't like them then it really says a lot about you read more
