I stopped for a quick sweet treat on my day off. I got there around 11:15, and it was packed! I was third in line and there was about 8 people inside eating. The ladies at the cash register and getting the doughnuts were had great attitudes and worked great together. I ordered 10 munchkins and the blueberry were amazing. The staff is very friendly and the location is good. They always honor the refill policy when I bring my mug in. They even fill it with hot chocolate which is my favorite. The parking isn't the best there but like I said the location is good. The only issue i have is if the location is out of something , the app will not tell you. They have to wait for you to get there to tell you they can't make the item. read more

My 4 yr old daughter and I came in and were treated like we had the plague because we forgot masks. I had just dropped my truck off to get serviced and left the masks in there. Upon being rudely told to leave, I asked the police officer outside if the patrons wearing masks was a citable issue. He said No.. it is a choice of the business. Needless to say, won't be patronizing Dunkin Donuts in Cranberry ever again. We've tried this Dunkin' location several times and the donuts are always stale. They taste like are a week old.

First let me start by saying I really like Dunkin' doughnuts coffee with its taste and good price but I have a problem with this branch. The Cranberry location wants to charge you extra for your flavor pump and for every additional pump you add. I have tried so many branches through out the U.S but have never found any branch that charges me extra 25 cents for each additional pump. So I encourage Dunkin' customers to skip this location if you enjoy coffee with great flavor and go somewhere else, that way you can save some money to buy more coffee in the future. They totally ruined my favorite experience of the day. read more

The coffee my wife ordered was a small with 2 cream. It looked more like a milk with some coffee poured into it. It was weak and so light it didn't even taste like a coffee. The maple doughnut my wife ordered was stale. I usually write some long reviews but this one is quick because there's nothing else to say besides it wasn't good. read more

Every time my wife and I come here to this Cranberry Twp. location, we find the staff and the new manager to be both friendly and willing to take care of any special requests we might have for coffee, etc. The coffee is awesome, especially some of the flavored iced coffees! The donuts are always fresh & delicious with many creative flavors, and we were told that they bake their donuts throughout the day, unlike some places that have stale donuts later in the day or evening. Every donut shop should do the same. DThe inside of the store is usually clean and tidy which we greatly appreciate, and they have a TV on the wall to help pass the time while we drink our coffee and eat our tasty donuts. Came to give it another whirl as my daughter wanted a donut hole on a Saturday AM. Line was out the door again. It's Saturday morning, so yeah three are going to be busy, but you would think that they also knew they would be busy. I think their assortment consisted of about five favors. This five were even getting scant. So, after waiting about six minutes in line, you get up front only to find that they don't even have glazed let alone the flavor you were hoping for. I had to repeat my order three times, they ran out of caramel and my boyfriend had to come back 2 days later to actually get his iced coffee, I had to ask for my food twice and the employees are not nice. The only thing keeping me going back to this place is the coffee. DD makes great coffee. This location is grossly understaffed! Management has re arranged this (painfully tiny) seating area in the most unfortunate way. Most of the tables are now pushed to the side of the dining area. The sweetener table is now shoved in the corner where the pick up area is (causing a huge traffic jam). They added a useless people mover rope which forces folks to stand quite literally out the door into the parking lot. But the most disgusting part of this place is the cleanliness. It's gross. The garbage is overflowing. Nothing is stocked. Instead, they've just opened up boxes and placed them on counters. The one thing this place has in abundance are help wanted flyers that are littered everywhere. I doubt I'd ever be adventurous enough to order actual food off the menu. I have been going to Dunkin Donuts for many years. I have been away form them for couple years. I noticed the size of the donuts has decreased. Its too bad they have reduced the size to keep the price the same.. When I lived in NC, there was a donut shop near me owned by two husband and wife team. The donuts were twice the size of the current Dunkin Donuts, and the price was only a little more. As I rfecall the dozen was ten dollars. The filled donuts had filling all the way out to the edge, so the overall value was light years over DD. In addition, the owner of the franchise in Cranberry will not allow the staff to accept tips. What is with that. Thiis location is way down on my list for the above reasons. read more

I come to this Dunkin Donuts every time I visit family in the area because the doughnuts are very well made and they have a manager's special doughnut that is spectacular. These other reviews that complain about empty shelves just prove how great this place is. People buy out their shelves all the time because the doughnuts are so good!
