Big lounge inside and patio space. Lots of menu variety but pricing seemed slightly expensive for a speciality drink. However cute spot and right off the highway in Warrendale.

Nice working spot with pretty good bites and amazing desserts! Love that they have a cafe and a full wine/cocktail selection as well, plus the space is very cute and cozy to do some work, or grab a drink with a friend. Their seasonal latte flavors are always creative and change often, they run fairly sweet but have so many options to try. I also really love their dessert and pastry displays, so many options and I have yet to try something I didn't like. The staff was also very nice and were happy to give recommendations, overall definitely worth stopping by for a little treat!

Very solid spot for some food, coffee, or a quick snack. Surprised by how many mixed reviews there are. I got to try their portobello press and Oreo fudge bar. I will say as a side note, I also ordered the banana bread as a part of this takeout order, but they did not initially include it. I waited a bit and they did end up serving it after the fact, which was nice of them, and it was actually quite good, both texture and flavor. What I did get to try, though was quite good. The portobello press was filled with vegetables. I would have liked if it was warmer when served or had a bit of grill on it, but still, flavorful and tasty. Had some peppers, mushrooms, and what I think to be pesto sauce. The Oreo fudge bar was also very solid, a nice size and pretty decent price. Real Oreo pieces, very chocolate heavy. Bit crumbly but still solid.

Hands down the worst avocado toast I've ever had. Cappuccino was flat and no good. Overall experience was not good at all and I wouldn't return. What's up with coffee shops in this area??

My favorite part about this place is the ambiance - spacious, modern modern wood & metal interior is so warm and inviting for a coffeeshop. They had a nice selection of baked treats and coffees. I'd ordered their "Coffee of the Day" which was a chocolate flavored roast. Awesome bold taste. Also got a sweet with it, some cheesecake confection with oreo cookies baked into it and a delicious crust on the bottom. Great place to relax for either a sip of coffee, quick treat, or even a meal.

Food was surprisingly very good, well made and brought to you! The coffee was well made. The chai was a bit heavy on the spice but if thats your thing it wasn't bad. The service was all of 5 stars, I met the owner and she was welcoming warm and pleasant to talk with! The vibe and ambiance of the café was upbeat, beautiful and leaving you a sense of peace and a bright day ahead. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast heather!

I absolutely love this coffee shop. Every Sunday I try to test out a new coffee shop, and this week I chose Generoasta. This spot as a whole is a win. Their coffee is flavorful, they food looks delicious, they have an outdoor patio, as well as a decent beer and wine selection. I ordered an Iced Banana Split Latte, which was a spring special. It was made very quickly even though it was busy. This drink was definitely very tasty but only had a chocolate flavor. It was tough finding a seat, but once the patio is open, it should not be as hard. I did not order any food or ice cream, but I noticed that many other people did. I will be back to Generoasta once the weather gets a little warmer!

I wish I could copy+paste this Generoasta every few miles so I could enjoy it more often! For a cafe/coffee house, they sure do have a lot of options. I've since tasted the Mediterranean Chicken Wrap, Arizona Wrap, and Motherlode Wrap - could not have asked for better fuel after a long workout on any occasion. The drinks and desserts are chalk full of fun and unique flavor combinations. I love how bright, open, and spacious it is inside, and the outdoor seating is a huge bonus too, as I imagine it gets busy. The staff is friendly and fast. Truly just a quintessential breakfast/lunch spot. I really would like to get around to trying the whole menu :)

Years ago, when it was Freedom Square Diner, it was always a cute spot, but didn't feel special. We were all in the mood for something different today. My son ordered the full breakfast spread with eggs, sausage, pancakes, and all the extras and immediately declared it a "10 out of 10 breakfast." I have a feeling his enthusiasm alone is going to have us coming back week after week.My husband had Johnny's chicken sandwich and said it was one of the best sandwiches he's ever had. I ordered a chicken salad, which sounds pretty boring, but it was good. They make the chicken fresh and it was topped with crispy shoestring fries that were absolutely perfect. Our server, Amy, was wonderful. Even though she was busy, she took time to talk with us about the menu and share some of her favorites. When we mentioned it was our first visit, she smiled and said the owner was working and would probably come say hello. Sure enough, he did. You could immediately tell this is someone who truly cares about his business. He had that sparkle in his eye while talking about the food, the ingredients, and the restaurant itself. You don't fake that kind of passion. It was obvious he is fully invested in every detail of the place. I know the restaurant business is hard, especially with so many chain options everywhere. Experiences like this remind me why supporting local businesses matters. Hearing that Bennies also supports other local businesses through the ingredients they source (including carrying my favorite local coffee beans!) just reinforced that even more. So glad we gave Bennies9 a try today. We'll absolutely be back again and again.

I wanted to go on a food journey here and was looking for some guidance, I wanted only their best items and Sarah at the counter was awesome! She helped guide me through their bakery, their main course meals and even find some yummy Italian like pretzels for the hummus I wanted to get and overall was just a very nice lady, I wish more restaurants had people like her working with customers! Finally to the food, I ordered the oat & carrot waffles, a brioche pastry and bought some hummus and Italian pretzels from their mini market! Overall, really good stuff! My only gripe is the waffle isn't crunchy at all and feels really more like a cake. The flavor was on point, especially with the yummy Carmel sauce it came with! The brioche pastry with raspberries was incredible as well! Lastly, the hummus was outstanding!! Get it. It's worth it! Overall this place is a must visit in my mind! If you're in the area, try it!

The coffee is definitely some of my favorite in the city with rotating specials as well as your basics. Everyone who works there is so sweet. Very cute café ambience, however, it can be a little loud if you're looking to sit with your computer or a book. However, i wouldn't change a thing about Mediterra.
