Due to covid, only orders are drive through orders. The drive through order area with all the menu info was broken, so had to order without seeing what they had (which was challenging cause they didn't have much so we had to keep saying "do you have this?" - no- "or that?" - no - etc...). They also only accepted cash. And they couldn't get our simple order correct (a dozen donuts). What we rolled away with tasted fine. But the experience there - not so much.

This included any favorite flavor, though it excluded limited-time/seasonal varieties and Original Glazed Cinnamon Rolls. I had to pull up their website on my phone and show the young girl what the exact wording was per Krispy Kreme and she decided to honor this & gave me the donut that I wanted. I wanted to let you know that whoever the manager was that day not only lied to customers but tried to prevent some of them from getting their free donut. That is the worst Krispy Kreme shop I've ever been to and do not plan to go back. He needs to get fired or reminded of what their free donut day policy is.

My husband and I were in downtown Perry on a Friday night for the Bourbon Street Festival, just minding our business, when we noticed a food truck with an extremely long line and a steady stream of people walking around holding white boxes. I wasn't sure what the craze was, but I was determined to find out. One kind stranger saw our curiosity and let us in on the secret, those boxes were from Yodee's. She told us they were the best doughnuts she had ever had and insisted we had to try them... Say less...We got in line. Yodee's is a mobile food truck you can find throughout Middle Georgia on any random day. If you check their Facebook page, they post exactly where they'll be and for how long which is helpful because once you've had them, you'll start planning accordingly. The doughnuts are made fresh on site. You can literally watch them come out hot, get placed on racks, and see the glaze dripping down the sides as they prep them for sale. That visual alone is enough to test anyone's willpower. We ordered a variety, original glazed, chocolate glazed, and peanut butter glazed. These doughnuts are large. Not cute little bite-sized pastries. These are fluffy, golden, full commitment doughnuts. They were still warm when we received them. Now let me preface this by saying I eat a doughnut maybe once a year (got to maintain the girlish figure, you know ). But baby... it was worth it. The original glazed was my absolute favorite. Light, airy, perfectly sweet, and melt in your mouth good. The chocolate and peanut butter glazed were also delicious, but a little rich for me personally. If you love bold, sweet flavors, those will absolutely be your jam. These were hands down the best doughnuts I've had in years. Those long lines are long for a reason. If you see Yodee's Mobile Fresh parked somewhere in Middle Georgia and you love homestyle doughnuts, iced coffee, or a good frappe go ahead and get in line.
