This is a very good Dunkin Donuts, and I've lived near some terrible ones. Overall they usually have the donuts you want, things taste fresh, and employees are fast and friendly. I also enjoy the seating area as it's kept pretty clean and has enough seating (which is also never really over crowded). Franchises can go really bad, which has specifically been my experience with other Dunkin Donuts but this one is a good one and I'm very happy about that as it's my local one! read more

I put in an order w/Door Dash on 12/05/21 to pick up 4 items from Dunkin (Dunkachino, apple fritter, bacon and bagel). When they arrive i received the dunkachino & a cinnemon roll (which i never ordered the cinnemon roll). Called & they sent another dasher to pick up the missing items. I checked the status about 15 mins later & the status said CANCELLED! The emailed I received said I CANCELLED IT & I DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER!! I called back & explained to the very nice agent & she was very sympathetic. She contacted the store to see if what I wanted was there & they had what I wanted. So, she sent out another dasher. When I got the order, yet AGAIN it was the wrong order. They sent Hash Browns which was never in the original order. I called back to talk to a supervisor. I felt like he wasn't paying attention. He gave me $6 for the problems when I payed over $20!. Long story short...I am boycotting Door Dash. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! read more

This Dunkin did an utterly poor job completing my order. I stopped quickly on my way to an appointment and went through the drive-thru to save time. The munchkins that I ordered were not of the variety that I requested at all, and they were dry and a bit burnt. My hot child tea latte was ice cold and the staff used water instead of milk. I generally love coming to Dunkin and was looking forward to the treat. Instead, I was left with inedible food that I paid for and the inability to return to the restaurant because of the need to quickly get to my appointment. read more

This Dunkin' is on my way to work and pretty much anywhere I go. I am a one to two day visitor. The regular employees know my voice and my order which is very nice. The coffee is consistent which I appreciate very much. The only reason I am giving a 3 is lately someone is wearing too much perfume / cologne and it hangs in to the cups. I have to throw the coffee and cup out. Part of coffee pleasure is the aroma. This is terrible and has occurred more often lately. Medical staff and service /restaurant servers should not wear so much perfume. Someone needs to train this young staff proper service etiquette. read more

AoAnnoyed that every time I try to use my app to redeem offers through my my account they are never honored. Today I went through the drive through and ordered a medium pumpkin spice signature latte which was being advertised on a sign out front the store, on the menu at the drive through and on my app. When I get to the window to pay with my app on my phone the total is $5. I asked why is it $5 when the app and all your advertising signs say $3. I processed to show the girl what the app and the signs say. She spoke Spanish to someone standing behind her and she said that's not what is coming up on her computer screen. I was like umm okay well what's the point of the app and all these hype about advised the PSL and you won't honor it. I'm just over the miss connection and not even trying to accommodate the customers. There is no professionalism in the industry anymore. What happened to doing everything you can to please and satisfy your costumer? However, this situation your just plan lying to your costumer, false advertisement. What happened to the costumer is always right? I have plenty of other options in this area to choose for buying coffee, Starbucks is just next store. Very disappointed. read more

Awesome staff, super speedy with their customer service!!! Manager is on top of this location & is always smiling and friendly! My dad is known for his "triple shot espresso, 3 equal" so naturally I'm hooked...I ordered (drive thru) when I was greeted he said "tell Mario hello". I was a bit confused bc my dad orders his espressos on the eastern shore but I was tickled that he knew him by the order. Recognize the regulars and it doesn't go unnoticed when you see thousands of faces and hear tons of orders daily! I'm impressed. I have been patronizing this store since it's grand opening maybe 17...18 years ago and after 17 or 18 years the problem of incorrect orders out the drive thru window still has not changed. I frequent this store 5 times a week and at least 4 times a week I get an item (or more than one item) wrong. After numerous complaints and speaking to not only the various managers over the years, but the franchisee himself the problem continues to this day. I have had THOUSANDS of dollars of wrong orders out the window over the years and it is just frustrating beyond belief. it is VERY APPARENT that the drive thru orders takers are told and trained NOT to be behind the register when taking the orders and to multitask doing other things while taking the orders but the problems is, when someone (like me) that places a $25.00 order with 8 drinks (all 8 with specifics), 4 sandwiches (with specifics), 2 donuts and a bottle of water and you can't even get the bottle of water right, there is DEFINITELY SOMETHING WRONG and it is CRYSTAL CLEAR that the order takers are NOT behind the register while taking the order...I bet money on it. I HIGHLY recommend to EVERYONE who goes through the drive thru to 100% check EVERY item and take a sip of EVERY drink ordered because this place CAN'T get it right after 18 years!!! ...if there was a NO start rating I would give it but I have to give a 1 Star by default. read more

I stop by here maybe once a week. There have been numerous occasions where I have been over-the-moon happy after leaving here. 1.) My morning began where my mood was in a funk...I totally needed a coffee for good cheer. I pulled through the drive through after ordering my mood booster and was greeted by a lady who served me last time. Her smile was infectious, almost as if she remembered me and she looked me in the eye and said "I hope you have a great day". It wasn't the coffee that turned my mood into a fantastic day; it was her. For that...thank you! 2.) I was here on another instance picking up 3 dozen donuts and a box o' joe for a company outing. I called ahead about 30 minutes before and the gent I spoke with on the phone was cheery -and you could tell he was busy as it was a crazzzzy morning! I arrived and all of my donuts and coffee were ready. As I was paying, a gentleman came up next to me, I believe he was a manager and/or some affiliation with ownership of this location. He said: "I have a moment, I can help you to your car". My jaw dropped...AT DUNKIN' DONUTS? Wow, the service has continued to impress me. My name is Norman, and I've been both a customer and employee at this location, and I'm going to be completely honest with this review. I'll admit that their food is decent, and that as someone who's so to speak, seen behind the counter, they probably have the cleanest kitchen I've ever worked in (3 in total). So in short, good food and a clean environment. That being said, the management at the store (Cornel Balasa) is perhaps the worst manager I've worked with. I had been working there for about a month, when I found out my dad was very ill. Unfortunately, I had to call out unexpectedly and hour before my shift started. This was my first (and last) time calling out. When I talked to Cornell to let him know, he was very aggressive and rude. He said something like "What's the matter with you, I can't believe this. That's it, you don't work here anymore. That means you're fired!" It turned out my dad died, and this was one of the last times I got to see him. This was like 2 or 3 weeks ago know. The ironic thing is that Cornell himself is a father. Now he had every right to fire me, but he should have been a lot more calm and respectful about it, if he did. Do I think he should have? No. I think in a situation like that, he should have kept me on the team, but to be honest, I would have probably had to quit soon anyway to care and spend time with my father. It's also worth adding that I'm a full time college student, and that when I got the job, Cornell agreed to a strict schedule and set number of hours per week for me, and nevertheless he consistently asked me to work a few extra hours, often times at the last minute (usually half an hour before my shift was scheduled to end). So basically, yes, their food is good and their store is clean (and this is coming from a former employee), but the manager (Cornell Balasa) FIRED ME IN AN AGGRESSIVE MANNER FOR CALLING OUT WHEN MY DAD WAS SICK AND DYING. read more

I usually love this Dunkin so much, the staff is so friendly most of the time, the service is quick and it's conveniently located. But today i had a horrible experience with a middle-aged Indian employee who usually only makes coffee but today he was taking orders. Anyway i had two coupons, one for a free donut and one for free hash browns. He tried to tell me i could only use one per visit even though the last time i was in the store the women helping me let me use 4 coupons at once, and served me with a smile. He scanned both of my coupons and i went ahead and gave him my Dunkin app to scan so i could pay and had a free drink coupon on my app as well and he told me i couldn't use that coupon that i had to "save it for next time" because he already let me use 2 other coupons. He then realized after he had scanned it that it was for a free drink and was very rude when i had him scan my barcode to pay. He also got my order wrong which is disappointing as this has never happened to me before and it's dunkin' donuts, like how hard is it to mess up an order? As a frequent customer of this DD, coming in at least once a week and giving this franchise store my business, i was not happy with the service i had today. This was not a good experience for me today and will have to request for someone else to serve me the next time i decide to give this place my business. read more
