I regularly place online orders here. Today was my last order. I placed an order for 1 dozen donuts. Got to where I was going and opened the box to find I had been given 8 donuts. I called them as I didn't have the time to return and figure it out. They said I'd have to return so they could make it right. I asked why they couldn't just credit me for 4 donuts. The kid was snotty and said they just couldn't do that due to a new system. Which I'm sure the new system was involved here because I had a heck of a time getting the online order placed as the full menu wasn't available on the app. It's fine El Fenix has better donuts. read more

Seriously the worst experience I've ever had. Workers have a SHIT attitude. They messed up our coffee orders and we asked for NO SUGAR. They "remade" them, and promised there was no sugar. Sure enough, they didn't bother remaking anything and the drinks were disgustingly sweet. We got food and it was burnt and dry and disgusting looks like the bottom of the barrel dog shit like it sat there all night and they re-served it in the morning. Severely disappointed. When I went last week they were out of the specialty donuts and the donut holes (or whatever their name is). Bummer. So we got regular glazed donuts for 1.09 each. Kinda pricey for a plain donut. I got an iced coffee and it was pretty good. My husband got an iced green tea and he didn't like it. It was my first time at a Dunkin' Donuts and my expectations were kinda high, but oh well. I have a special place for Donkin Donuts in my heart. They have a variety of specialty drinks and they don't up charge for being lactose intolerant. I enjoy their donuts. If they could warm them up before they served them so they could be a little hot out of the oven would be amazing. I enjoy all the varieties of donuts they offer. My favorite donuts are the old fashioned, and the blueberry, and donut holes. If Donkin Donuts was closer to my area, I would be stopping by every few days for a hot coffee or a tea. read more

Coffee at Dunkkin' Donuts is better and cheaper than Starbucks. Iced coffee with hazelnut tastes so good and gives you that afternoon kick so you'll never need another nap again. Parking at the Trenton and McColl location kind of sucks if it's busy but the drive thru is always quick. -1 star because I don't think they actually make donuts at this location as I've never had a warm one. read more

They never made my god damn smoothie. I asked for a refund she laughed at me and started dancing. After asking for a refund the lady laughed and didn't give all the money back. This place is gross. Pros: Nice, fresh donuts and free coffee and espresso shots for the grand opening. Beautiful interior. Also they have a nice patio. Cons: too many employees blocking the donuts trying to all get donuts at the same time. Felt overwhelming but I understand it's due to high demand. I think the labels on donuts should be bigger. Went to Dunkin on a nice morning stroll where all you want is that beautiful coffee early in the morning. They didn't have any coffee. Not only that, but only had one kind of donut. You heard me, DUNKIN DONUTS didn't have coffee or donuts. Despite all of these obstacles I ordered hash browns and snackin bacon. I waited 10-15 minutes in the front of the drive thru parking spot. 6-7 cars got served food before me so I finally went to the door and tried to go in. Door was locked and guy pointed to the drive thru as if I hadn't been sitting there waiting for eons. So then I finally got him to bring me my food. ICE COLD. I got free donuts that I didn't give a rats ass about because they were the scraps that nobody eats. Pretty terrible experience. read more

Just left this location and very disappointed with the your customer service. There are four people behind the counter two of them having a personal conversation. One tending to the register and one obviously new employee trying so hard to take care of the coffee orders. He needed help and ask but the two others continued their conversation. One of the employees saw a friend walk in and he tended to him quickly while I waited. His friends took a dozen donuts and two coffees for FREE. Very disappointed with your customer service. So, I'm not a coffee drinker AT ALL. But I came in because I was craving egg, cheese, & ham on a plain bagel, and we don't have an Einstein's Bagels in The Valley. In fact, Dunkin Doughnuts is the only place in the area where I know I can get this item, so this chain deserves 5 stars just for existing. But in all seriousness, I did have a really good experience. My cold beverage was tasty without the need for me to add a ton of milk and sugar, like I usually need to do to make coffee drinkable. Plus, they had a ton of outlets, which allowed me to work on finals stuff, while I ate, and made me feel very productive. And as a non-drinker, the caffeine buzz I got from drinking my small cup actually lasted me the entire day, so it was a big win. The workers were really helpful, explaining what was in the drinks and recommending their own preferences for adding flavors to them. read more

After a rather rough experience last time at "dunkin donuts" I was invited back by Area Director Johnathan, who was very forthright with me about the challenges that they had with the previous crew, and the steps they took to safeguard the product quality and the franchise's reputation, in which they had made a serious investment here in the valley to expand. Today I had the opportunity to take Johnathan up on his offer and I meet the local staff and management team, The quality of product was outstanding, and the personality of the facility has changed completely. The product is fresh and for the ultimate taste test I brought my Mom a "toasted everything bagel with a schmear of the garden cream cheese" on it and she loved it, and she has been eating fresh NY style bagels for the past 50 years. So, all in all it was a great visit, the staff was right on to of it, and the product quality was spot on. Great Job. read more

We don't have a Dunkin Donuts where we live so I was excited to give them a try. Well this was not my favorite. First of all, their DD perks were off so they didn't take our T-Mobile offer. I ordered the regular coffee and unfortunately it had no kick. It was a weak coffee. They happily replaced it for me with a stronger roast, which was a bit bitter. Say what you will, but I can count on the coffee at Starbucks to be strong that is not bitter. The donut was good but I don't think I'd make a special trip to purchase one. Normally I love Dunkin' Donuts, grew up in it and everything. But I was super disappointed when I went through the drive-thru at 5AM and I was expecting warm, fresh donuts since they open at 4:30AM but I was sadly mistaken. All I got was half a dozen, day-old donuts. Stale, cold, dry, and hard. How unfortunate that I didn't realize that until I had already gotten home and took a bit into the donut.
