I could tell they used a high quality matcha but the whisking technique or ratios just seem off. The matcha is grainy and leaves a dry feel in the mouth, while also tasting watered down. No creaminess to the drink at all. On top of that, they added a couple of pieces of dried banana on top. For $10, at least cut up some fresh fruit and put it on top. Just based on the price and lack of quality, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

I stated to the young lady at the counter that this was my first time patronizing the business and that I was looking forward their offerings. She looked at the other young lady at counter and rolled her eyes and just smirked. I asked her for some recommendations... their signature coffees, what they're known for, and customer favorites. She rolled her eyes again and with a smirk stated that "these are good" as she pointed to a piece of paper with a list of drinks that she pushed across the counter. She didn't make any recommendations, just read this. Noting her dismissive attitude, I just ordered my plain coffee which took almost 10 minutes. I paid for my coffee and went on to my meeting. I took a sip and realized that was not what I ordered. She did not serve me coffee she served some kind of chai nasty tasting mess with almond milk. I had to throw it out. Needless to say the $7.00 would've been better spent somewhere else. I don't feel valued as a customer at this place. I can't take them seriously, if they can't even be courteous enough to listen to the order, and ensure it was right. Such a shame, it truly was a lost opportunity to be welcoming, and willing to take me from first time customer to loyal customer. Failed at delivering an amazing customer service experience. Cold brew: forgot on specific blend they were using but this was one of the best cold brews I've had to date. I also found out they are very popular for their cold brew selling by the gallon.
