I had never noticed it before, but i was craving thai iced tea, so i walked right in after reading the door lol. They used fresh hot tea and then mixed it at rapid speeds with this shaker machine thing so it was cold but not watered down within one minute when it was handed to me! i probably won't be leaving the nail salon without stopping by here too now. Delicious!

This location ruins the Tea Top name. I would hope that as being apart of the franchise, they keep…read morethe tea consistent with the other locations. However, I think this Tea Top does whatever and sources the cheapest version of every tea they can find. I tried three drinks here. 1) signature alpine green milk tea does not taste aromatic and refreshing like it is supposed to. Tastes like ordinary green tea. 2) taro milk tea uses purple taro flavoring and makes the drink too sweet, unlike the taro milk tea at other two tea top locations that use real taro. 3) oolong milk tea, once again, does not have a strong tea flavor. Tastes like all sugar even though I got 30% sugar. Oolong is supposed to be creamy and nutty or roasted but instead it just taste like sugar water. Puts the Tea Top brand to shame. Corporate needs to investigate to be honest, because I'm pretty sure they have standards for their tea but this tea top just buys cheapest third party possible. Not to mention how rude the staff was.

Oh my gosh how I wish Lucky Goat Coffee was in my neighborhood in Southern California! It was such…read morea pleasant experience to find this coffeehouse and met the baristas. The coffee was fantastic! The vibe was calm and welcoming and there were so many delicious and creative options we ran out of traveling days to even make a dent in their menu! I can't wait to come back and visit. If you want excellent coffee and are looking for unique flavors you gotta try this place. Even just black coffee is so smooth and not bitter. My sample was nice and hot too. The quality of coffee here is definitely top notch and one not to miss if you love coffee like I do! The first visit, on a crisp 33 degree morning, I ordered a large Goat Bomb cold brew and a large Lucky Bomb cold brew. The Goat Bomb is cold brew with espresso. The Lucky Bomb is their exclusive vanilla powder with cream and espresso. In both cups you tasted delicious coffee flavor that wasn't watery or burnt tasting. It was smooth and aromatic. The coffee flavor came through the creamer easily so you still knew you were drinking coffee and not just milk with a hint of coffee. It was hard to pace myself and make it last the morning. While I was waiting for my order, I started chatting with Melissa, who was creating my coffee drinks. She recommended that on my next visit I had to ask for the cold brew blend that they specially make for the holidays called "Snowflake Crunch". I was so intrigued that she even provided me with a small sample. It was fantastic. I had actually wished my current order she was making included that option of cold brew, but in the end it meant I was determined to return the next day to try it. Snowflake Crunch is a combination of vanilla, hazelnut and cinnamon flavors. But it isn't candy sweet like you'd think, it is a balanced mix of holiday spirit in your mouth. I was so grateful I made time to met Melissa. Her recommendation made my experience in the coffeehouse so much more than a cup of coffee. I felt "lucky" to find Lucky Goat Coffee and I know you will too!

We're so sorry, but the person that picked up quite literally gaslighted me that they have never in their life lines the cup with white mocha like I literally have had that done multiple times before what do you mean you're gonna gaslight me that you've never Lined a cup with white mocha before? They said they only do it with mocha and caramel and that's just so not true. I don't know. Customer service was absolutely a 0. The only reason why I'm giving it three is because I like the product itself but then again I'm sure she gave me a shitty product because I had the audacity to call and request since I PAID in the app for mocha to line the cup for her to substitute with white mocha, she also said that nobody ever puts sweet cream in protein, coffee and just overall was so rude like what is with their attitude over here. Now I have had other associates be really sweet or I think they're called barista technically but like the manager that answered the phone oh my God, the nerve.

I frequently work remotely from Starbucks locations all across North Atlanta due to my job…read morerequiring me to be on the road most days. I typically buy drinks and spend hours working from different stores throughout the week, and I've never had an experience like this before. Today, after sitting quietly in the lobby for about 1 hour and 10 minutes -- taking up a single seat in a nearly empty store with plenty of open seating -- an employee awkwardly approached me and said I would need to leave if I didn't purchase something. I politely responded, "Okay, I'll just leave then." As I was walking out, I calmly asked who instructed her to say that. Another employee, crouched behind the counter, responded, "It's company policy." When I asked for her name, she identified herself as Alexa, the store manager. What stood out most was not the policy itself, but the complete lack of hospitality. At many other Starbucks locations, employees have approached customers working in-store simply to ask if they needed anything, offer assistance, or recommend a drink or food item. That approach feels welcoming and customer-focused. This location took the opposite approach: buy something immediately or leave. Very disappointing experience, especially from a brand that has long marketed itself as a comfortable "third place" for people to work, meet, and spend time.

Hands down the best coffee and breakfast spot in Gainesville!…read more We've lived in Gainesville for a while and have tried all the new coffee shops that have popped up around the Square recently. While the new spots are fine, we decided to revisit Inman today. In my opinion, they're still the best coffee shop in town. First, the coffee quality is on another level. You can really taste the pride they take in selecting their beans. I ordered the "Fresh Start" latte with coconut milk, and it was easily the best latte I've had in Gainesville. They have the most impressive selection of non-dairy options I've seen. Most places only carry oat or almond, so finding coconut milk was a huge win for me. They also have a massive coffee menu with specialty items I haven't seen elsewhere, like a Breve! My husband got an iced mocha and a panini and absolutely loved both. Second, the food menu is incredible, especially if you have dietary restrictions. I have gluten and dairy sensitivities, and usually, my options are limited. Inman has the biggest gluten-free menu in the area--GF muffins, brownies, and actual GF bread options. I got the avocado toast on gluten-free bread topped with scrambled eggs. The bread was delicious (not cardboard-like at all!), the avocado was fresh, and the eggs were perfect. If you've been distracted by the newer shops, do yourself a favor and go back to Inman. Between the extensive menu, the high-quality coffee, and the dietary options, they are beating the competition by a mile.
