New Korean Bakery in Hamilton Mill area. Things you should know: I. PARKING There's a massive, free parking lot out front, shared with the other adjacent businesses within the plaza. Easy. II. SERVICE Friendly and timely with beverage orders. I haven't purchased a pastry or cake from here to give feedback about food. III. QUALITY The density of the coffee is standard, does the job, and will not disappoint. IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of available seating throughout the day. Show Queens some support and check them out!

Really cute atmosphere, kind of like your aunt's "live, laugh, love" vibe going on. The bulky, wooden chairs at the tables are stupidly heavy and don't fit side-by-side under the table which was annoying, and the tables that had a bench on one side wouldn't have been comfortable to not have a back to lean against. The decor IS really cute, but I think that every coffee shop should also have a seating area that is more cozy and inviting, like a few easy chairs or love seat around a small table. The central display of pastries and donuts is gorgeous and inviting; however, it was a little off-putting to see all of the baked goodies in unsealed cellophane baggies, because all I could think of was the front door opening and closing, and flies sneaking in and then getting into the sticky, frosted treats in the open bags. My kids and I shared 1 red velvet donut and 3 drinks (two lattes, one americano) and it was $20 which I guess is comparable to the large chain coffee place, but the quality was far better. The one gal working was friendly; nothing stood out about the customer service. It was a-ok, and I think I'd return for a carry-out drink or order rather than settling in at the uncomfortable tables to hang out.

    Cute, clean, coffee doughnut bakery.

Let's get down to it. This is my first time visiting Queens coffee and donut bakery. The bakery is located in a plaza off the road and this morning I was looking for a bake good/ pastry and decided to check this one out. I walked in and wasn't sure what to expect behind the doors in this small shopping plaza.. seems like they were the only place open in the plaza and was amazed. The store was very clean, welcoming, and the lighting was very nice that it made me feel I could sit and read a book or have a conversation with a friend. I was told they have been open for about a year. Checked out the drinks and was hoping they had smoothies but they did not, but they have tea, coffee and other beverages and food items I noticed. I decided to get a cinnamon roll this morning to go and was not sure what to expect. All cinnamon rolls are not the same. This one I really couldn't wait to eat it and wanted to make sure it was worth my drive in search of a fresh product. Opened the cute little bag and found my cinnamon roll and a couple of doughnut holes added. To my delight and taste buds the cinnamon roll was fresh and I felt it was just cooked today. Soft and not cold or hard with the perfect amount of cinnamon that I like. The donut holes throw-in were also soft, fresh with the perfect amount of glaze.

My husband and I stopped in for a treat during our Valentine's Day outing. I got a beautiful strawberry shortcake made with a yeast donut. It was fresh and delicious! My husband loves their glazed cake donuts. He said they were so soft inside with a crunch on the outside. We also got iced coffee drinks and they were very good also. We don't live close but will definitely come here when we are in the area. Best donut I've had!!!

The earl gray macaron was very good.

Sooo yummy!! My daughter and I got coffee and a sweet treat today. My donut was delicious, and the macaron was too. Our coffees were perfect & the foam art was a cute addition. We will definitely be back to try the other items that caught our eye. Wonderful addition to the area.

Great customer service. I'm not a fan of the open bags made icing wet. Also, I pulled a bag from each tray, thinking I'm getting three different fillings, and once I ate , all three had the same filling.

Had an awesome family experience here! We were looking for a cafe that had good sweets, and they did not disappoint. The service was sweet and polite. And everything we tried was delicious. I recommend any of their lattes, their coffee is so well made! The croissant waffles are so good if you're looking for a different spin on a Sundae. Our daughter enjoyed her donut and couldn't stop snacking on her dad's glazed. Must try it out!

Éclair and donut were very good. Service was excellent. Ambiance and furniture high quality.

I love it fresh air Really good place to sit down and read Highly recommended

We ordered the pretzel sticks with their beer cheese, and they were incredible. The pretzels were warm, soft on the inside with the perfect chewy exterior, and the beer cheese was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. It was the perfect snack to share while exploring downtown. We also couldn't resist the bakery. We picked up a raspberry Linzer cookie, and it was phenomenal, buttery, perfectly baked, and filled with just the right amount of sweet-tart raspberry jam. Before leaving, we grabbed a bottle of their blueberry maple syrup to take home, and if it tastes anything like everything else we tried, I'm sure it'll be just as amazing. Their bakery cases are packed with fresh breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, jams, and other specialty items that make it hard to leave empty-handed. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and beautifully fits Helen's Bavarian theme. The smell of fresh bread greets you as soon as you walk through the doors, making it feel like an authentic German bakery. Even with how busy it was, the staff kept everything moving efficiently and were friendly throughout our visit. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, a snack, or just to browse the bakery, Hofer's is well worth the visit. Between the fresh baked goods, delicious food, authentic atmosphere, and unique take-home items, it's easy to see why it's one of Helen's most popular spots. We'll definitely be back on our next trip.

One of our friends found this place highly rated and we added it to the list. My favorite part was the store outside that had all of the german goodies you could want for sale, and lots of delicious treats. We absolutely loved our one hour experience at Capyfriends Cafe!…read more Located on the campus of Nacoochee Adventures you will find a quaint little home that has been converted into a small cafe and Capybara lounge. In the far rear room you will come face to face with these gentle, curious, and extremely large rodents. Even if you are slightly timid of animals, it is very easy to forget what they are because they are so sweet and docile. The first 20 minutes or so we were introduced to four Capy's of differing ages. The youngest was about 4 weeks old and the oldest and largest was about 8 months. All were females. We were given a handful of lettuce and carrots each to feed our furry animal friends. The typical amount of paying guests is between 8-10 people, which keeps the encounter intimate and enjoyable. During the next 40 minutes we were introduced to a new animal about every 10 minutes. The friends who came out to play included: a large Guinea Pig, a tiny Hedgehog, a hilarious Armadillo, a small dog-sized Muntjac Deer and the absolutely adorable Fennec Fox babies. Prior to this encounter I don't ever remember having knowledge of these foxes. But now that I've seen them, I will never forget them. They also offer a one hour long VIP MEET THE BABIES experience and a 30 minute Capybara only experience. Prices vary about $50 between experiences, with the CAPYBARA ONLY experience being the least costly and the VIP BABIES being the most costly. Our CAPYBARA & FRIENDS experience was right in the middle @ $125pp. Any experience is great for the whole family, but I would highly recommend the one hour tours. Our hour went by so quickly and we wanted, no, NEEDED more time with all of these wonderful creatures. Afterwards we spent the remainder of our day exploring the fun little German-inspired town of Helen, GA which also happens to be currently hosting Oktoberfest throughout the month of October. So put on your best Lederhosen and Dirndl and come spend a memorable weekend in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Capybara cafe is a great idea and we had a memorable time…read more The highlight of the experience is (obviously) an ability to interact with the animals (there were 3) which makes up for all other limitations. There were some adult ones and some baby ones - all are cute and as chill as you'd imagine them to be. You get to feed them with veggies and pet them. While the concept is great, the execution can use further refinement. I've imagined it being like a cat cafe (and there is a kiosk where you can get alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which is great). However the ambiance is simply not there as the place reminds of somebody's awkward house. Unlike cat cafe where you can stroll between cats - the capybaras locked in their own room which is only accessible and visible during your designated time slot. The space is underwhelming and needs design. Think of this experience like arranging to meet your favorite celebrity ... at a random chevron gas station down I85 ... it's amazing but also ... weird.
