Even though the line is often long, they normally have someone standing out side of the Dunkin' Donuts, taking orders, making the process go much smoother and faster. they always make the coffee exactly the way I like it. This is another tough review the team inside does a great job with orders but the location is terrible and the lay out of the drive thru is horrible. All you need in the morning is 4 cars in drive thru and you're the next car in the street. It's scary not knowing if you might get rear-ended there. I've been here more times than I should've today was just my last straw, they always get the orders wrong .Today was not was no exception but I was already waiting and I was able to caught the wrong cheese on my sandwich on time so no big deal, while I was waiting I've notice that there was something wrong with the coffee machine and the lady was looking weird, again I didn't let that bother me and I continued waiting, as the lady on the window hangs me my coffee(half milk half ice) I asked her if I could please get some grape jelly, she sucked her teeth so hard I think she swallowed them. This Dunkin was run So efficiently, the staff is absolutely amazing! Super friendly and turning out delicious food and coffee in such a timely manner. The restaurant is also very clean. They had a gentleman standing outside next to the drive through with a tablet so the line was moving so fast. I went here and there was a trash can in front of the door, seeing that it was open 24hrs i obviously still thought it was open, and knowing the area i figured someone just moved it infront of the door so i went inside and a indian male started screaming at me and said we needed to get out then we stated that there was no way for us to know it was closed, when we walked away he said something including the f word so we went to the drive through and he starts screaming at me and i am very obviously a minor and he starts screaming saying he wont serve me read more

The best is best Dunkin location in my area. They are always consistent and I have never had a bad drink! At all the time I visit this location they messed up my order once and the drink was great. The staff is lovely with getting you in/out but it does get busy because it's on commercial. Honestly what makes this location bad is its actual location. First, I don't enjoy turning so abruptly off of Commercial into that spot because people aren't paying attention and will almost rear-end you. Once you're in the lot, which is tiny, you find yourself stuck in the parking lot if you park your car. What happens is- you park your car to go inside and then the line for the drive-thru gets so long that you're stuck behind them and cannot pull out. There isn't a throughway either so you can't really turn around. It's just a mess. Inside the down-side is that you leave smelling like a Dunkin' Donuts which isn't great if you have a 9am meeting. The plus side is that the line sort of moves quickly and the people working here have always been nice, but all things considered I don't enjoy coming to this location at all. It's too much stress than it's worth. It needs a bigger parking lot and to open up a few windows so it can air out and then it'd be okay. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. This locations's customer service is absurd! This lady named Haemoeda, short Indian rude woman keeps getting worse! I always see her have many rude and disrespectful encounters with customers with a easy resolution. This is the closest location YET I avoid this location because it's always something! I ordered a needed hot coffee and she was already starting to be rude and did not realize it was ice coffee so i went back and i politely told them i ordered a hot coffee "omg did u not see or feel that" she has a thick accent did not understand not cared. Absolutely the rudest and most obnoxious island employees I've ever met. They all should be fired!! The speaker at the drive-thru doesn't work so you can't hear them, and then when you drive up to the window to place your order the staff yells at you because they're "on a timer" and demand that you immediately move your vehicle. Even with the long line leading out into the road the line went pretty fast and everything we ordered was accurate. Warning- My spouse and I both got sick 15 minutes after drinking their coffee, 2 separate coffees.

This is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've been to and it's mainly because of their drive-thru service. They are efficient, friendly and they always get my order correct. I usually order a chai tea latte with almond milk (which if you haven't tried it yet, you should! It's so, so good), an egg and cheese on a croissant and their amazingly delicious hashbrowns. I say, "amazingly delicious" because they are like no other fast food hashbrowns out their. They make them with a little seasoning that takes the taste over the top. If you haven't tried those as yet and you like potatoes, I think you'll enjoy these. The breakfast croissant always seems to be over-toasted. I'm waiting for them to get that right. That usually sums up my breakfast which is pretty filling and satisfying. No matter how long the drive-thru line is in the morning, it always seems to move fast. I'm really impressed and it helps especially if you're in a rush. read more

If you're looking for rude service and to be cursed out for the simplest request, this is the place for you. Visited here on several occasions and the overnight crew is the worst. Me and my partner were cursed out simply because we tried to explain that we ordered 2 hot coffees and not 1 hot and 1 iced. The cashier said we have mental issues and to not bring that to Dunkin. He went on to call us Motherf***s and asked if we wanted to wipe his A** too. All caught on video and reported to corporate and every agency possible. The owner saw the video and sent a mild apology saying the clerk was remorseful and will not do this to customers in the future. He also offered a $100 gift card for my troubles that he can surely keep. I have spent thousands with Dunkin over the years and this is how they respond to abusive treatment. All this while we remained 100% professional and insisted on a copy of our receipt to show our order since he would not look at the order on our app. Just wow, a clerk can verbally and mentally abuse customers on an extreme level and keeps his job so he can victimize someone else in the future. Dunkin and Inspire brands have yet to respond or take any action. Corporate offices simply keep sending the complaint back to the owner who may be the clerk or have some ties to him cause he keeps letting him get away with abusing customers. I have had previous encounters with this same clerk, one where I was chastised for placing a mobile order then pulling up to the drive thru board to let them know. He said I need to learn how to place orders and should have done so much more in advance. Didn't know there was a time limit to place and pick up your order. Wow!i just read a couple of cad reviews about the service.!!!! I 100 percent agree! I just had a bad experience with the lady and the manager. I had come to this diunkin durin week the lady was by herself ...not sure if it was sane one I didn't have issues with her but it was hard to understand her sbd her to understand me . She had an accident I ended up taking the order at the register and everything was fine I ordered these bagels stuffed with cream cheese and wanted them again tonight. Well I ordered them again tonight , it was in big letters 2 dollars for stuffed bagels , the only place I saw the price for the item. I ordered s small coffee too. What I did not see that on the left it said when you order a medium or large coffee you get that price. Mainly because the big fat 2 dollar is what you see ....so I thought that was the price specially when that price is nowhere else in the menu. Well when the lady put on the screen that it was like 6 dollars for four and not 4 as I thought I asked her why..... well first she was very abrupt and her accent does not help to understand her....so instead of explaining hey look if you get a medium coffeee instead of a small you can get them for two, she proceeds to tell me to read .....no empathy whatsoever as a customer .... Read well I finally understood so to mysel I did say well that is stupid, meaning the way they advertise it and show it , I at least found it confusing . The coffee here is usually pretty much what you expect from Dunkin, but the woman at the drive thru yesterday at 2 PM was amazing. She complimented my makeup and was so cheery and smiley, she really made my day just because she was so nice. I wish I knew her name so I could say exactly who she was but, keep up the positivity! While on vacation, I visited this Dunkin and purchased a dozen donuts. Twice, I had to point out to the server that he was shorting me on my change. After the second time, the server became extremely hostile and argumentative. When I pointed out to him I was just trying to get the correct change he repeatedly said "get out of here you black mother fucker". To top that off when we got back to our condo and tried the donuts they were stale. I see Dunkin' Donuts all around town. All I can say is I would never patronize this location again. This location took action and replaced the horrible overnight server with a totally opposite friendly sever that actually has respect for customers . I now recommend patronizing this location and their donuts are beefier than certain other locations I've noticed . Probably have a different Corp or baker off site. They should at least offer us a discount for bringing the bad server to their attention. They actually closed the location from overnight to only days but now open 24 hours again . Sure I've been to numerous DD's but this one plays a part in my daily M-F routine. This isn't the one closest to my job, but after adopting a pup (I take her to work with me everyday) I needed to find a more convenient DD with a drive-thru. Logistically the drive-thru here is a mess. Mainly because the drive-thru lanes cuts right through the parking lot (which is already very small to begin with). But I've been here enough times to know that despite its flaws it's still manageable. The staff is always pleasant and orders are almost always ready once you pull up to the window. Just an FYI - If you're thinking of doing drive-thru with a large order during rush hour, then be prepared to pull over to the side of the restaurant for them to give you your order. They do this mainly to prevent any hold ups and to keep the line moving along. read more

Admittedly, I was not all that sure about this flavor and couldn't quite decide if I thought butter pecan coffee sounded vomit worthy or super delish. However, after having a convo with a friend over the prospects, reading some really stellar comments on the DD Facebook page and getting a personal recommendation from a trusted source, my anticipation and excitement to try out this new brew exponentially increased as I made my way over. Well imagine my disappointment when I go to place my order and you tell me that you are OUT of the butter pecan flavor. Ruin my day why don't you. I repeat: very rarely do I decide to step away from my usual and beloved coffee order, and the one singular day that I do decide to do this, you don't have your shit in order. I like Dunkin Donuts coffee...lets face it, its a lot cheaper than Starbucks. And I enjoy visiting most Dunkin Donuts places...except this one. I came here last week in meeting with a recruiter and this place is close to her office. The parking lot is very small so good luck if you can find a parking space. And the parking lot is One-Way only. So if you see a long line in the drive-thru lane, which most of time it is, be prepared to get stuck in traffic for 10-15 min. But, the coffee was good, inside the restaurant was nice and clean hence the 3-stars rating. read more

Still not a terrific selection for a place that is called "Dunkin' Donuts," and professes to serve 24 hours. I've always assumed that 24 hours meant "in a row," but every time I seem to go to a Dunkin' Donuts after 10 PM, the donut selection is minimal at best. The doughnut that I received was hard as a rock. How I noticed it before I left the store, I would've taken aback. The munchkins were a little better, but not a lot. Come on, Dunkin' Donuts... The overnight staff at this location is terrible. There is an older gentleman I went through the driver to order. He took my order for 2 egg sandwiches and a hot chocolate, after waiting 20 minutes at the window I figured something was wrong. I got out of my car to find out why my order was taking so long. This guy says he never took my order! I almost thought he was joking but he kept saying over and over again he didn't take my order and that I was in the drive thru for no reason. So apparently this location has been hiring ghosts so if you are invisible or a supernatural being that can take orders through a microphone and confirm the total then this place is for you. Terrible terrible customer service. I can't speak for the morning and afternoon shifts but the overnight staff is just horrible and management needs to take a serious look at what is really happening during the night and how this location is really being ran. read more
