The first day I visited this location I was not impressed. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a large quad shoot ice latte. Upon ordering, I was immediately met with a "you're getting FOUR shots?", to which I of course replied with a simple "yes". (I work as a barista back home, four shots is nothing to me... Plus it's a franchise... I highly doubt their espresso is that potent) My sandwich came out in under five minutes... But my drunk was forgotten. I attempted to reach out to one of the employees, but they all made themselves unavailable. It took approximately five more minutes for any of them to show up again and when someone did they asked what my drink was (funnily enough it was the same girl who had taken my order nearly ten minutes previously), asked me if I wanted a flavor in it (no), and started to make it... Until someone came through the drive thru. She abandoned my drink and took care of the window. Twenty seconds later another girl asked me what my drink was and remade it. The service seemed kind of sloppy. As a barista myself, I make it a point to get the customers drink out to them first and foremost... Chances are that's what they showed up to a coffeehouse for in the first place. I'm more willing, as a customer, to wait that amount of time for a sandwich... But not my coffee. Time management could be a valuable skill for these young ladies to learn. I returned the next day, this time through the drive thru, and my service was much quicker. read more

Damn! This Dunkin is SLOW AF!! Waited 20 mins in line for a single Almond Matcha protein latte. That's like what 4-5 ingredients? Ridiculous. There were people in front but they also only got a couple of things. There's no way it takes that long to make a couple food items and a drink. I'm in food service so I would know! And when the girl took my order she greeted me in some nasty ass tone. Then idk if it was the same girl but the girl at the window had the nerve to mean mug me acting like this wasn't her job and I forced her to be there. I ordered through Uber Eats, and somehow Dunkin' in Griffin managed to forget AN ENTIRE HALF of my order -- the half that MATTERED. Yes, the half dozen donuts. The whole reason anyone orders from Dunkin'. Gone. Missing. Vanished. Poof. Houdini'd. How do you forget six donuts? That's not a tiny mistake -- that's a headline. That's a mystery worthy of a documentary. The rest of the order showed up sad, lonely, and looking like it missed its friends. This location's reliability is a coin flip at best. Communication? Nonexistent. Attention to detail? Negative. If there was an award for "Most Likely to Forget the Most Important Part of Your Order," this place would win by a landslide. Honestly, if you order from here, you might as well also order a pack of tissues, because you're gonna need them when half your food doesn't show up. I have gone through some of these reviews to see if people of color have had similar situations and I was shocked at the response. Today was my last day ever at and the way I was treated because I returned an order that they got totally wrong, wrong sandwich, wrong coffee, and then had the nerve to get an attitude. Now of all of the people in front of me who were not of color being treated with smiles and great customer service, but when she got to me her entire attitude changed, and I was just simply returning an order that wasn't mine so it led me to believe that it wasn't the order. It was just the fact that I was a black woman. You don't ever have to worry about getting one penny from me Duncan ever again and I will put this on social media. This location is a shit show. We show up with a mobile order about 9:40 on Sunday. The drive thru is out almost to the road. People were pulling out of the line because it was taken sooo long. We pull to the speaker and say that we have a mobile order. There were about 3 cars ahead of us at this time. We wait in line about 15 mins before we even get to the window. We ordered the $6 medium coffee and the bacon, egg, and cheese special. My wife just ordered a coffee and one donut. At the window they give us the coffees and donut but don't t have the sandwich ready. We wait and wait. At this point they tell us to pull up front. We have never had to do this and I've never seen it done to anyone else either. I expect something like this from Burger King or something but not here! We must have waited an additional 10 mins before the guy brought the food out. There was no cheese on my sandwich and it was hard as a brick wall. We leave a review with the establishment and all they did was give 500 points to my wife's app. This is unacceptable!! My wife may go but I will definitely order food elsewhere. I believe it's just the area. Most restaurants in griffin are just messed up! Oh and they had a full staff working. Plenty of heads behind the counter. I think that if you see a mobile order with food, you should start it right away. Especially if you know it will take a few mins. The drive thru drive way is a wreck also. Bumpy like a road in the hood! Mess around and screw up a front end just trying to get coffee! This location can kick rocks! Every single time I come to this location in the morning. The doors are always locked. I drive a big truck for work so I can't fit under the drive-through. So I am not allowed to go inside and I can't fit through the drive-through. I tried to call to let them know that I want to order coffee and I can meet them at the window but no one answers the phone. And they all see me currently standing out here in my uniform and pretend not to see me. They opened the door for a white woman in scrubs but ignored me. As a black woman in this country, I'm used to being ignored. Sucks that's the way this country is and apparently this Dunkin location. Luckily a nice man who was in the drive-through offered to buy me the coffee. It took another customer to serve me. Last time there was tall white guy with tattoos on his arms. He was so frustrated with the drive thru line, he practically had me and another woman to leave. He was so stressed out and angry, we decided to leave. I don't know why I keep coming back here. 1. 12 cars waiting in line at drive-thru for 15-20 minutes 2. Rude employee at drive thru telling customers to "hold on a minute" then 5 minutes later when asked if the drive-thru is closed (because no cars were moving) told "I said gimme a minute!". At that point, I pulled out of the drive-thru and went inside to order. 3. Line inside the store was all the way to the door. There appeared to be no one in charge or coordinating the flow at all. The pick-up counter was backed up with customers who already got their orders BRINGING THEM BACK with wrong, bad or missing items. 4. Dead cockroach was on the floor at the pick-up counter. I love Dunkin' but will never go to the Griffin location again due to the lack of management, customer service and cleanliness. read more

This place is always dirty. When we visit, we need to clean the tables and chairs first. Dirt and crap collecting in crevices everywhere. A couple tables are flimsy. However, mostly the food is good and the coffee is great. Mostly, first thing after they open supplies are out as well. For the THIRD time, I had to leave this store to go to the drive-through ( which takes an additional ten minutes) to get served after standing INSIDE the store at the front counter for over twenty minutes. Although multiple employees came to use the coffee pots and to choose other merchandise, not once did they look up to at least say " Good Morning. Someone will be with you as soon as we can". THEN when I complained about the poor service at the drive through window, the MANAGER- yes, the MANAGER-said, " You should have told me about this. I am in the back of the store doing sandwiches and I don't have eyes everywhere. I can't see everything!" It was bad enough that the employees were rude, but obviously they are taught this customer service behavior by the person who is supposed to be in charge. Who trained these people? How am I supposed to know where the manager is in the store and why isn't she able to be aware of how her employees are performing? And let me remind you, this was not once- it was the THIRD time! During my past three visits in the past month; Floors consistently dirty, dead bugs all around, windows are nasty and look like kids have blown their noses on it and smeared it, tables are nasty and appear to not have been cleaned in days, benches are dirty, constantly out of napkins, etc. And all of this having gone there within 3 hours of opening. read more

Visited the Dunkin Donut side on 1800 N Expressway shop in Griffin, Georgia a couple of times and found that on the Baskin Robbins side the water faucet behind the counter was left on and the water was gushing non stop. I saw this happening on two different visits. I reported to the staff but they seemed unconcerned. The franchise or owner as much money is being made couldn't install an automatic shut off? Umm wasting money but mostly water a precious resource. Called the corporate office but not really sure if this matter is being taken seriously. read more
