Today (6/19/2026) at approximately 10:30 AM, the staff managed to get my simple coffee order wrong three separate times. I ordered an iced coffee with milk and sugar, yet I was repeatedly handed a hot coffee with creamer instead. What made the situation even worse was the staff's attitude. After the third mistake, instead of taking responsibility and correcting the order, they appeared irritated with me for pointing it out. Rather than remaking the drink properly, they simply dumped ice into the hot coffee and called it a solution. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and incredibly frustrating. The bigger issue appears to be poor management. A brand-new cashier was left to handle the register with little to no guidance or support. She seemed completely overwhelmed and was essentially set up to fail. That not only created a stressful situation for her, but also resulted in a poor experience for customers. Mistakes happen, but repeated errors, a lack of accountability, and inadequate training are signs of deeper management problems. Stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday and it was super busy, I definitely think they should have more employees for the morning rush but would highly recommend ordering online in advance. Walking into Dunkin now I've had this place many times I have a gift card so might as well got a large iced French vanilla coffee and a strawberry donut with sprinkles it's busy in here jeez I got sweet and low and a sugar in the side trying to donut first very good nice strawberry taste nice and fresh I got 10 bucks left on my gift cards so that's a plus the coffee is great I love it and u need it now it's off to work great coffee and great donuts I'll rate this a 5 stars I asked for no sugar in my coffee I just put it in my self it's very good just don't wanna drink so much so early in the morning it was moderately cold in there but the weathers amazing today nice and clean in there and 4 employees so there ready for the morning rush!!! worst dunkin i've ever been to in my life, super disappointed in their slow service i waited 20 minutes for a donut!!!! This is so far the only Dunkin I've been to with such bad customer service. I live very close and usually come here for my son, but they never greet or acknowledge you when you walk in. They keep talking and doing whatever they're doing and ignore you for a good 5 minutes without even saying hello or I'll be right with you. I placed my order via the Dunkin app, which I love...however they forgot the whipped cream...which I had them add upon my arrival. I made the mistake of not trying it before I Ieft...as it was missing the sweetener I requested to be added on my order. The place was nearly empty, maybe three customers inside and about seven employees. They really need to read the customer's mobile order in order to view how it was ordered and not just make the "base item" ordered. Today the line for drive through was so long that I decided to walk in. There were 6 staff members present. I did not have to wait in line. Andre was very friendly and patient. I ordered my regular list: large iced latte, donut, and 6 egg and cheese wraps. I receive the wraps super fast but then nobody seems to remember the rest of my order. Andre is slammed at his front desk but notices that and ends up making my drink... wrong... I leave it to that and walk out. Always issues at this location. In the morning when you wake up if you are looking for misery this is the location to go to. Not only are they overstaffed with employees that don't do anything. But the manager finds it more important to take care of her children that walk in with obviously her mother then help customers that are complaining. The coffee is stale and tasted water down. The only bright side is the young lady at the front cashier she is a very nice young lady. Other than that just straight misery you asked for sugar because there's none available out on the counter and they look at you like you're the inconvenience. Almost gave 4 stars because my iced coffee was absolutely horrible, but the reason I give this store five stars is because of Andre. In the drive-through his greetings always make me smile. And once you get to the window his smile, personality, and jokes will make anybody laugh on a bad day. He fixed my iced coffee with no questions asked and was delicious. Ive been to many bad dunkins in south Florida and this may be the worst. One time they left out half my food. Another time nobody answered the drive up box at 7pm. 3 days ago I go at 8pm for ice cream and after I order the employee responds "ha nah, I don't know how to make that" denying a customer an item? We stopped in to eat and grab coffee around 8:20am. They had no large plastic cups, no flatbread, no wraps along with most of donuts empty. Which is ok we found other items to eat. But what the worst is every table was dirty and the women's restroom was gross it literally had feces all over the toilet seat, the floors dirty. I wouldn't allow my grandson to use it. I mentioned it to the staff, youcould hear them all saying they weren't going to clean it. We stayed in the store for a little over a hour and not person went into the restroom to clean it.
