    Boston Crème Donut

Ordered an iced coffee and Boston Cream filled donut. The donut had to have the least amount of filling I've ever seen.

This Dunkin Donuts located between highway 5 or 515 and Melissa Parkway. Nearby business includes the excellent Ably Asian https://www.yelp.com/biz/ably-asian-cuisine-jasper?uid=FdPioXvctMq8lhBtd_NnTg&utm_campaign=www_business_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct) Buffalo Luke's, Fatzs and Taco Bell. Across the street there is a Home Depot which is next to a Kroger with a Starbucks inside. Behind here is Sammy McGhee Blvd or highway 53 which will take you to Dawsonville to the North Georgia Premium Outlets https://www.yelp.com/biz/north-georgia-premium-outlets-dawsonville?uid=FdPioXvctMq8lhBtd_NnTg&utm_campaign=www_business_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct) Sammy McGhee Blvd going south paralles I-575 so if you're looking for a scenic route to go back towards Atlanta-it is a good choice. This Dunkin Donuts is a little over a years old and is open 24 hrs. I'm a fan of the owners of this DD franchise. I've been to all 6 of their stores in Woodstock, Kennesaw and Canton area. They are the best operators around. If you visit other stores in the area....they are good but not like these guys here. They always have top notch friendly employees, their donuts no matter what time of the day you come in is always fresh...and they only serve fresh-piping hot coffee.....You really can't go wrong coming here.... 1267th review 3/13/2018 187th for 2018

    A bug

I went through the drive-through and ordered the new lemonade strawberry popping Bubbles and when I got my drink there was a bug floating in the top of it and when I went back and told them all she did ( The manager Gabby) was look at it and hand it to the next person and didn't even say anything to me if I could give this place a zero star I would that is straight disgusting.

Stuck together hash browns having been put at the bottom of the bag with cold cream cheese on top of them.

Every time I come here it just gets worse. First a visit a couple of days ago they've started closing their kitchen during the night and overnight shift. We got there and sat in line for about five minutes with another three minute wait at the window according to my receipt. I ordered a sesame bagel (because at 12:30 they were already out of plain bagels which they will not bake more for the rest of the day) just warmed up in the oven, a 6 piece hash brown, and a large sweet tea. My bagel was not warmed up and they acted like I hadn't ordered a large sweet tea or a sweet tea at all. They charged me for a medium which is .40$ less than the large and tried to have me pay 3.00 for a large and they hadn't even looked at my order when they tried to charge me. The only reason I keep going back here is because all the other fast food places in the area are just as bad or worse than Dunkin. Hopefully they can get it together because as a previous employee of multiple Dunkin locations I know it is not that difficult to listen and take an order correctly and at least have customer service if you mess it up.

Meh - Indifferent service, Luke warm coffee...not up to standards. I'd rather drive to a Krispy Kreme in another town. :-(

This used to be called the Ellijay CoffeeHouse House, but is now Mountain Town Coffee at Hemlock Bazaar (hopefully Yelp will accept my edits), and it has a great vibe. There's a back entrance and courtyard which we came through. The decoration is wacky- I don't know how else to describe it. It's old school and nostalgic but strange. On the other side of the wall there's an entire book store that is part of the business. It had one of the most impressive collections I've seen in a bookstore in awhile. It wasn't huge but it had a great variety of genres, and a lot of intriguing titles I hadn't heard of but sought to remember for later. The man working the register was a charm- he told us how Ellijay has their own tv production (which they were playing on an old school tv), a special Bigfoot podcast and more. Lastly, the coffee was, of course, delightful. I had a latte with a little bit of spice in it that was perfect to warm a person up in the cool early spring air when we were there. Had we known this would be such a cool stop I think we would have bargained even more time to just hang and enjoy the atmosphere. I think it could be a good place to sit and do work or read and there's lots of spaces to sit so it's not too loud.

Unfortunately I have no idea the names of the flavors, but they were WARM & BEAUTIFUL!! Most of us cut pcs off b/c none of us need a whole one, lol. Some folks said they didn't love the texture- compared them to Duncan Donuts, but I can tell you they were really only comparable to 1 Duncan donut, but for the life of me I have NO idea what it's called. The one I tried wasn't cake, nor was it melt-soft like Krispy. It has a sort of fried chew that, to me, is just what I love! Not sweet either. A nice balance of fried, chew, sweet & the glaze was a nice flavor. I will crave this, which is why I looked them up right away & snapped pics to remind me where to go. I also think it's smart to put the individual donuts on the liners so glazes don't mess up the box. Very pretty!! Try them out-

Love this place, BUT...! Come with the kids almost every Saturday morning. The only complaint is…read morethat a cup of milk for the kids went up to $5. And the cup of milk has ice. Guys, $5 for a splash of milk is a bit, um, excessive imo . They said the kids milk went away with a new menu, maybe you guys just forgot to put it back on. Blooms is our favorite donut shop no matter how much the milk costs, though! Everyone should try them.
