This location is closest to my home, I frequent this Dunkin' quite Often. What I like at this location is that they always make my coffee consistent with my order, the coffee is always consistent to taste. Now for some growth areas: for some reason there is always a problem with ordering. For example, they will re-ask at the pickup window what you ordered or the size. Not sure what's going on with that. My last visit a few days ago honestly annoyed me as well. I had a free beverage earned thru the app and ordered a strawberry coolatta. I wasted my earned beverage on a sour, unsweetened strawberry coolatta. I've never experienced a sour coolatta before and didn't even know that was possible. This Dunkin' Donuts gets five stars for one major reason and I'll tell you why. This is one of the only locations that consistently has regular chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. 80% of the Dunkin' Donuts do the same thing, every time we are remotely near a holiday they put out sprinkle donuts with nasty candy pieces that taste like plastic or some gross sugary glitter stuff. These donuts are only appealing if you are a five-year-old. And you know what sometimes a grown ass adult just wants a chocolate covered donut with sprinkles. To update my review, I will explain the 9/10 service rating. The employees are all friendly and welcoming. In the late afternoon or evening Diana is the one to look for if she is serving you because I rate her as the most friendly and understanding employee. Michelle and the other afternoon and evening girls and guys are great but I do not know their names. The one issue that makes service 9/10 is sometimes it takes employees longer to notice customers at the counter. This could be because the restaurant is busy but it's worth the little extra wait. read more

The manager Joe said we were problem customers when I asked for 8 mochas that I paid for be put in my drink. I told him my medium ice coffee taste like water and he said that's the way you ordered it ? Since when do ppl say I want my coffee to taste like water . I've had several occasions where they never returned my credit card to me and had to return to get it when I got out of work that night great customer service huh. Well by looks and sounds of the manager no wonder the staff are all running around looking as they have no idea what they are doing . The manager said I was not classy for asking him to re make my coffee in a store full of ppl which made other customers even look at him as if what I'd be talking about . Not once I have ever been anything but nice to this gentleman but I will not return to this location until you have management and staffed trained appropriately. Nothing is more disgusting than drinking a cup of coffee than swallowing and chunks of something hit the back of your throat. Day 2 getting drive- thru and I got a grounds in both drinks. They are constantly messing up my order. Today I went through the drive thru, they missed 2 of my items, charged me an arm and a leg then recharged me for the two items. After I complained they tell me oh well grab the receipt and didn't even give me a receipt in the drive thru. Now we are home and realized they even messed up my coffee...this was a true disappointment read more

Pretty much your standard Dunkin'... nothing really special. The location is very convenient since it's a quick and easy stop near the rt. 6 onramps, but the parking lot is a nightmare. There's limited parking and the drive thru is very narrow and awkward. Oh, and when there's a delivery truck here, just pass by and go somewhere else. They'll either block you out or in. No public restrooms, not even for people eating in. So that usually means this is an on-the-go place for me since coffee makes me piss like a racehorse. The tall guy that works here (I think his name is Mike?) makes REALLY good coffee. Good balance and well blended. So if he's working expect the best. read more

The morning crew is great here, actually I'm willing to say all of them are great. The girls in the morning is wicked nice and remember your order! Theres a nice gentleman who is also wicked nice I've even seen him helping the blind man next door, he helps him out of Dunkin and Carrys his stuff for him!!!! This Dunkin' is a couple blocks from my house so I frequent this location more than any other one. It's pretty rare that I go inside but when I do the store was recently remodeled so everything is still in great shape and relatively shiny and new. I am usually on my way to work or out to run errands so the drive-thru is my usual route. Overall the line is usually pretty long and it's always busy, but they are as quick as they can be. They've very rarely messed up my drinks (either iced teas with lemon and sugar or dark roasted iced coffees with milk and equal, maybe a flavor shot of sorts) comparing them to a lot of other Dunks I've gone to. I am an EMT working 24 hour shifts so I'm always stopping at the first one I see when I've finished my coffee on the road. (Don't worry, I don't stop with any patients in the back!) It's easy to find a bad Dunkin' when the majority of the staff are younger kids who don't care, bu this one is pretty solid. read more

The ONLY time when I KNOW my coffee will be right is in the morning & it's ONLY 3 of them too who can get it right (as if it's rocket science for the rest of them)-2 girls and giant guy. I worry that they wouldn't be there lol. Why do I have to worry in the morning just to get my coffee done right? I really shouldn't have to. When I pull up, I know their voices. If it's not either of them, I'll order something simple (for them to handle) or just drive away. We should get for what we paid for is the big deal. Terrible service. Although I'm not surprised. I think the entire frandchise is going down the toilet for customer service. The last three times I've been there the staff and service have been slow and unfriendly. At the drive thruu I had to ask for my change back, they didn't even attempt to give It to me. This location has no regard for on the go ordering touchless ordering should be promoted during this COVID-19 pandemic I place my orders I noticed that it's the front cashiers job to make the on the go orders when they're coming inside they simply hit the button to silence the sound going off of the new order coming in and just continue to take the line that's in front I come into this location my food is always ready but I'm waiting 12 to 15 minutes for copies to be made they will finish the line that's inside and then proceed to make the on the go orders. When I asked a staff member why they wasn't made first response was do you want to come over here and make them second response was the girl upfront is new as a manager got involved he said it just didn't work today I'm sorry then he proceeded to assist them in making the coffee's I asked him if it would be better off for me to just come inside and order my food as the priority is there he said you can try what you'd like I feel forced to do on the go ordering and going to drive-through because this location is more concerned with their drive-through times then with servicing the customer read more
