Oh Lorddddd. I wish I read my fellow Yelpers' reviews before pulling in the drive-thru line. I was making good time on my morning commute and decided to grab some breakfast since I was early by 20 minutes. I ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for about 25 minutes for a mobile order. Do yourself a favor, order via the app, and just walk inside the store and pick up the order. Do not get in the drive-thru line. When I got to the pick-up window, I could see a bunch of employees inside, like any regular dunkin donuts with a drive thru. There must six Starbucks within a two mile radius of where I work but you would be hard pressed to find more than one Dunkin so this location is all I've got because I am a Dunkin Donuts kind of girl. The drive through is tricky if you don't pay attention to where the enter sign is. The service has been lackluster but my orders have been good until today. Barely any sugar in my extra large coffee and my hash browns were terrible. How is it possible to mess up a pre packaged potato product? I can't even explain my disbelief. I don't know what they're saying, but for me, tis my favorite DD branch because of the quality of the donuts. Their donuts always look freshly made, and the bread has a good texture as well. I was in the drive in this am. for approx 35 mins this am. The line didn't move and I was having difficulty with my breathing (i have asthma), I called the store no less than 10x to ask if they could move the cars thru so I can leave. When I called back at 330pm today, I asked to speak to the manager whom was Indian, kept saying she had computer issues and they have short staff and complaints about the managements incompetency in help learning the system. My infuriation continued as I called to explain my issues this am and was hung up on 3x. Saying 'nothing I can do, yah know' ... This store SHOULD not of had: A.) a single line with no exit B.) have customers in line longer than 5 mins It made my driving dangerous and the further lack of empathy, escalation and sense of urgency was sincerely upsetting. read more

Thursday afternoon, December 14th approximately 11:30 AM.... I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. service was great. did a quick check of the bag saw everything was in there. DROVE ALL THE WAY HOME, got comfortable under my blankets, opened my sandwich... and there was NO BACON, NO EGG, AND NO CHEESE. JUST THE BAGEL not even butter bro. I was absolutely flabbergasted. Food quality and prices here are consistent with other locations, and the shop is kept clean (seating is quite limited). Absolutely the worst Dunkin' I've ever been too. The lobby was closed. Once you were in the drive thru line there was no way to get out of line. The line took almost a full hour to reach the window. This is only about service and one employee in particular. She is older Indian woman who works counter. She is absolutely miserable and has a terrible attitude. She is always nasty to me and I witnessed her being a complete biotch to an asian man with an accent and she was having trouble understanding him. I only get one thing at any Dunkin' Donuts - a vanilla chai. As long as it's hot, creamy, frothy, & not underfilled I'm a happy camper. This location always gets it right so I have no complaints in that regard. I hate that they sometimes use that lid that doesn't have that little seal to keep the drink from spilling. They should always give that lid for a hot beverage ordered through the drive-thru. Also, the customer service is almost non-existent but I know that coming in so it's never a big deal. What I did receive was a disgusting iced coffee. It was warm and not made how I ordered it. I specifically ordered french vanilla swirl with sugar and cream. The first sip was bland and chunks of sugar were floating around. In conclusion, an all around bad experience. This Dunkin' is definitely not up to par with other locations. I'm happy to have the chance to _finally_ write the rant I've been thinking for about a decade now*: I can go to a Starbucks (or any specialty coffee shop), and order a quadruple grande soy extra dry latte with two pumps of sugar-free vanilla and two pumps of caramel (this isn't my drink but.. for argument's sake). .. AND a breakfast sandwich, and get on my way in like four minutes. For whatever reason, when I go to any Dunkin Donuts, and order a coffee with cream and splenda and a bagel with cream cheese, it takes me... freaking EONS!!! Like, you're a coffee and donut place. You make coffee, and you chuck donuts and bagels into a white paper bag. What's so hard about that? And why do you have to ask me 50 times to repeat my order, "Did you say splenda, Miss? What size again?," and why do I have to interact with 5 employees just to spend 5 bucks on a simpler than simple breakfast?? AND, this is when ordering INside. Don't even get me started on the drive-thru. I literally feel like I'm in some bizarro world where everything I say makes no sense. Like, okay.... How come you can't understand me when I say cream and one splenda? THese are words you absolutely must hear 500 times per day working a coffee drive through.. SO how come you're looking at me like I just ordered lasagna from your broken little coffee intercom??? So, granted, the coffee IS delish, but I don't think it's worth a 13 minute wait and a lifetime of frustration. Nor does anyone need a bagel the size of their skull. If I could choose 0 stars I would. We waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. There were four cars ahead of us. Unacceptable. Unfortunately, once you are in line you cannot leave because of the way it's set up. When we finally got to order, the woman took over 5 minutes to even take our order, kept her headset on the entire time so we heard all conversations and were confused as to whether she was speaking to us or someone else. When we responded, she told us to wait and was rude. When we finally got our items, I was told they were out of the donut I ordered. I asked for another kind and was told "no, you get this" as she threw a bag with a donut I did not want at me. Our drinks were terrible-coffee was burnt and lukewarm. If my patience wasn't taxed, I would have demanded to speak with the manager and asked for a refund. I understand sometimes you get swamped. Keep the customer informed. Apologize for the delay. I worked in food service and I understand mistakes. But this Dunkin has increasingly gotten worse and worse. I normally wouldn't leave a review on a bad experience, but the experience I just had was truly awful. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, a veggie egg white on an everything bagel (custom order, so i half expect a mistake), two donuts, and two coffees. Not only was the drive-through employee taking the order was non receptive and I couldn't tell if he got the entire order, but would just not reply. I pull up and give the man my card and his entire demeanor changed. He became very creepy and kept giving me a suggestive, flirtatious look which is truly unprofessional. All I wanted was my food for my boyfriend and me. Aside from the uncomfortable interaction, he then proceeds to forget my one coffee which I had to remind him about and also forgets the donuts which I also reminded him about. It almost seemed like he purposely forgot things so I had to stay in the drive-through longer. I only say this because as soon as I am about to mention it, he immediately knows exactly what he "forgot". I get home and everything in the order is correct except he gave me a bagel with cream cheese instead of a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Probably won't be coming here any longer. My visit to this location was pleasurable. In addition, unlike many other Dunkin Donuts in my area of Montgomery County; this one actually runs specials. I'm usually overcharged at other Dunkin Donuts locations. This one had helpful signs up letting you know what their specials were. And the woman at the counter was polite. Two people ahead of me got their drinks before I did, but it wasn't a terribly long wait. I saw a guy in the back being rude to another employee for not listening to him about making the sandwiches properly. Parking lot is a good size. All-in-all, not terrible.
