Please work on associate customer engagement inside the store. I was basically ignored by people behind the counter. If they were busy, fine, I get it, I worked for both Subway and Wendy's in my day and a simple friendly "Hi, we'll be right with you." would have been enough. I went there on a weekday morning in May to pick up a box of munchkins. All 3 employees were only taking care of the drive thru, they seemed very confused yelling at one another, bumping into eachother. There were 3 customers and myself waiting. Not one employee even made eye contact with us, after 10 minutes 2 customers walked out, the other one put a $1 on the counter and grabbed a donut herself. I finally got my munchkins after about 15 minutes. I haven't been back until today. I went in and ordered a coffee and 2 plain bagels not toasted. I received my coffee quickly but not the bagels. After 5 minutes, the girl who took my order was shocked that they did not give me the bagels yet. Finally, the rude old lady (who should be wearing a hair net) threw 2 bagels in the toaster while she was on her cell phone. She was so busy on the phone that she couldn't hear me saying I did not want them toasted, the young girl also told her. When she finally got off her phone and the girl told her again she grabbed the toasted bagels and threw them, mumbling something nasty. She then turned around gave me a nasty look and yelled you only waited 5 minutes. Luckily my children were with me, which kept me from jumping over the counter She is a nasty old bitch. Ive been here few times and I dont know why i go back. Every time i order there is something wrong. Today i got a seasme bagel and asked for vege cream cheese and a chocolate frosted donut. It was my mistake for not checking my order before i left but when i got to work and opened up i noticed i was given reg cream cheese and a strawberry frosted donut. I have vowed never to go to this DD again. The service is horrible and you often do not get what you ordered. I frequently get tea instead of coffee or a flavored coffee instead of the regular coffee ordered. I contacted customer service and was told to bring in the email string of my complaint to receive 2 complimentary coffees. No way in the world am I going to do that. They should have handled the poor service issue with their employees and they should have sent me free coffee coupons. They are forgetting that I have not been receiving the product I paid for. The worst ever! After today never going back. The new girl was so rude after told her they served a hard old crossaint. This time they heated it lying saying was fresh and in few minutes was hard again. How can you serve that to customers it's a disgrace. And my no sugar coffee had tons of sugar in it and also ended up in the trash. The previous employees were so friendly and appreciated the tips and business always were pleasant said have a nice day and asked about my kids. The manager was on top of everything. They worked hard and were quick to take orders this new staff doesn't care one bit and let the lines get so long. When you go to pay they look at you like you are an inconvenience and bothering them. Treat you with bad attitude. I don't know what happened but with way things are going I hope people speak up and let owner know what's going on and how customers are being treated. Stopped in for coffee and donuts, which should be a pleasurable visit but not so at this location. Rude man asks what I want and then walks away before I can answer. Rude Arabic woman then takes over. I get 2 coffees and 3 donuts, she snatches my CC out of my hand. We then go to the car and discover 2 of the donuts are hard as rocks. We go back in to complain and she argues with me that they are fresh and what do I want. I rap the hard donut on the counter and she still claims its fresh. I ask for two more, she chucks em in a bag and that are still hard as a rock. We just leave, although should have just gotten my money back. This place is horrible! Unfortunately on my route to work this is the most convenient location to stop and it makes me cringe pulling up.
