On a Sunday morning at 10 am they had next to no donuts. What they had were concrete. Will not give this location another dollar.

I was craving a cup of Dunkin' Donuts coffee so I stopped in at this one on rt 23n butler. It was the worst coffee I've ever had. I don't know what they did to it but it didn't taste like Dunkin coffee. And the service wasn't good either. They were more interested in continuing there chat with each other. I am an everyday customer of this location. I tip the cashiers always and I treat the employees with kindness. I am appalled at the way I was treated by the manager / owner. I had purchased a hot tea as I've done for years. When I got to work, it had a coffee taste mixed in with the tea. I went back after work and kindly explained how it had a coffee taste. (I am not a coffee drinker). The manager tried to humiliate me in front of the 4 or 5 customers in the store. He was so loud and tried to shame me by saying, "That is impossible; our water comes from here". (pointing to the hot water tab on the machine; he pressed the tab) He said, " See - you see any coffee?" I replied with a no. He continued his rant and said, "See - here are the tea bags - you see any coffee?". He brought more attention to his ranting and I said calmly, "OK - forget it; just dump it and don't worry about it". Just maybe.... they accidentally poured some coffee in the cup and realized that it was supposed to be tea?? People make mistakes. It's no big deal. He made it a big deal. He did not offer a new cup of tea. For a $2 drink, is it that difficult to do the right thing? They lost my business. It's amazing how people treat each other. Always be kind. read more

I was very disappointed about the service this location gave me! 1st no drive up window! The when inside I lower my mask and they said put it back on! I had to order! No orders without mask on! I tried once more the same response! I walked to never go back! Dunkins has good coffee not as good as Wawa but there's no Wawa in the area. I loved going to this Dunkin, for years, but a few weeks ago a new girl was hired, she's the short blonde. By her demeanor she seemed new, so I let the first couple messed up orders I got slide. But since then, all I've gotten is rudeness (for no reason), lack of attn to detail, and seems like no improvement whatsoever. Everything I get is wrong now, no exaggeration, and all I get is an attitude. She's the absolute worst, and should be fired. It's a shame bc this is the closest DD to me, but now when I go in and see her working, I just leave. Longfellow's near the DD, is now my go-to spot. read more

This location shows why their primary competition--Starbucks--is kicking their butt! When I go to Starbucks, I sit and get work done. No one pesters me about having to order something. But Brad, the shift manager (a young, handsome Asian fellow) decided on 11/12/19 that I was sitting for too long without ordering something. I was actually getting ready to order an extra-large coffee but the fact that he asked me twice with apparent disdain that I was taking up a chair in the empty coffee shop prompted me to see where this was going and to test their customer service. I'm glad I did. Brad explained that I was there for 30 minutes and hadn't ordered anything. Um...,ever heard of Starbucks? Paneras? Many other Dunkin's? I've gone there for hours to hang out and get work done. It's 2019, not 1950 when customer service was not about serving the customer. The new, wise and profitable philosophy is let people hang out and they will buy more than enough over time to justify letting them do so. (Panera's limits their WiFi during the busy lunchtime which makes total sense and I have no objection to this. But this place was empty.) I asked Brad if he was the owner and he said he was the shift manager but he could call the owner if I liked. I welcomed this so I could see what the store policy was and if Brad was following it. (My hunch is that Dunkin' corporate would be appalled at this non-customer-centric approach.) The owner was Eric. He said HE is the owner and he sets the rules and NOT the shift manager. Agreed. And I thought he was going to say, "And I'm sorry, sir." But instead, he said that the max seating time was 15 minutes, and he didn't want people hanging out! (So, now we know where Brad got his poor training.) So, Nina F.'s review is right--Singee is top-notch. But the owner does not deserve her since she gets customer service whereas Eric the owner does not, and nor does his trainee, Brad. (I am writing this review from the nearby Starbucks.....and no one is bothering me to buy something. BTW, Singee, Starbuck's is hiring managers and you would make a great one!) read more

thank u Singee!! i wish i could give this particular dunkin' donuts 10 stars. i have been to this dunkin' donuts, sadly, only a handful of times due to the fact, there are so many around here (especially drive thru). but i am now willing to stop being lazy and get out of my car. let me tell you why. as soon as i walked in there were 2 people ahead of me waiting for their drinks. and the young lady behind the counter had such a bubbly personality it stood out to me in seconds.. immediately in a better mood. it also seemed as though the man in front of me was a regular, do to the fact that she finished his order for him. her name is "Singee". i had her write it down to make sure i got it right. Singee had the best mannerisms i've seen in a while. she was a great conversationalist and so incredibly sweet. i can't think of enough good things to truly say. but i will say that i am coming to this dunkin every time , and might even ask what days and hours she works next time. i will definitely be visiting her frequently. dunkin, if you're reading this. thank you so much for hiring such an amazing employee/ woman. . i hope you treat her financially well & compensate for the business she brings in... no one likes a standoffish barista... and if u were to secretly overlook her, you would fall in love. if you see Singee. treat her well!! and Singee if you see this thank you!!! read more

If I can give this establishment a zero star I would. The most absolute worst customer experience ever here! The asian guy behind the counter needs to learn more customer service skills. When I asked for two cups of ice cause their bottled drinks were piss warm he stated I need to purchase the cups and they usually don't give them out. If I hadn't already paid for my order via the app I would have cancelled everything and walked away. Second they didn't have any donuts left and It was only 2pm!!! Why is it everytime I come here after 3pm they never have donuts? Aren't they in the business of selling donuts? This is like going to a gas station and they have no gas. I went into this store at 3pm. They had no donuts, the shelves had nothing on it. I asked the guy why do you not have nothing at 3 pm as he looked at me and said nothing. The young kid that was taking care of me stumpted on his words as owner manager said nothing. Customer asked to use bathroom they said it was not working. He said what dunkin donuts has no donuts. So after a month of feeling bad for forcing my friend Don to write a bad review for this dunkin on a dare I went over there myself to personally experience their above and beyond customer service. I found their shift manager Brad working there today and boy he is one real young and handsome asian fellow. Brad was so nice and met every expectation I expected, I even asked for him to sign my half dozen donuts I ordered and he did. This dunkin deserves every 5 star review it gets. read more

Just went to Dunkin' Donuts on Rt 23 in Butler, Nj. Every wee I buy two k cups from them plus cups of fresh coffee. I accidentally picked up a box of regular last week so asked if I could exchange it for the dark roast I usually buy. Owner said no, not without receipt. He knows I bought it there.
