Today was an amazing experience at Dunkin. I was hesitant on returning because the previous experience but I can truly say today. Every question that I asked was answered with grace and her suggestions were on point. I ordered the Marshmallow Cloud Dunkalatte. 5/5!!! And Avocado Toast. 4/5! The marshmallow cloud dunkalatte is Dunkin's rich espresso-and-milk blend capped with a thick layer of pink Marshmallow Cold Foam. The avocado toast -avocado spread made with four simple ingredients: avocado, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Everything Bagel Seasoning as well which includes sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, and garlic. I waited in the drive-thru which didnt take long at all. I have to give a SUPER Shout Out to Devon! THANK YOU for an amazing Customer service experience! On my way back to the office, I stopped by this Dunkin location to get my afternoon pick-me-up. The location sits in a great location as it is easy on and easy back onto the main road. As I walked in, I was met with the fragrance of fresh brewing Original Blend. Can you tell I was excited? LoL! Arriving at the counter, I was met with a "Welcome to Dunkin" and a warm smile. My order was quickly taken with and I headed to the end of the counter to await my coffee. Upon receiving my coffee, it was warm. Warm as in above room temperature but waaaaaay below hot... I asked Devon if it was possible to have my coffee heated up. She immediately apologized for the inconvenience and offered to make me a new cup. A few moments later I was provided a fresh cup of coffee that was Hot and Perfectly made. Devon took what could have been a detractor experience and turned it into a promoter experience. Her customer service and care for my coffee desires is a true representation of service. read more

First time I went to this dunkin they burnt my sandwich and we had to go inside to get it fixed. I just went again and asked for an iced caramel macchiato with oat milk and we pulled off before I tasted it. By the time I drank some of it I realized that I did not have oat milk but regular whole milk which I am allergic to. The coffee didn't even have the sticker on the cup that normally tells you what's in it. I was very disappointed with the service both times I went, So I will not be returning to this Dunkin and will be very hesitant to return to any dunkin. read more

Today I ordered the following Caramel iced coffee Almond milk (Fill up line) 6 pumps of caramel 1/2 of cup of vanilla Whip cream and caramel drizzle through the cup The drink taste like no vanilla is in it and on top of that I said Caramel and and I didn't even get that in my drink!! This is unacceptable. I read every everything to the cashier at the window correctly. I got to the window at the caramel wasn't there then when i asked if she could add it everyone is looked surprised like i asked for a lot. If the cashier got my order right the first time this wouldn't be a issue. I got the same drink Tuesday and it tasted good and on Wednesday it is horrible. The cashier was "AM C" with the transaction number 1503181 . I'm mad because I feel like they just rush and don't even try to hear everything. Save your time and go to literally any other Dunkin. I work for starbucks so I always hate the customer service I receive from Dunkin but most places are at least "okay" I only come to this one if I absolutely have to and every time I come the staff is rude, tries to make you feel stupid, and a lot of times still doesn't make your drink right! I order an iced matcha latte with one pump of chai and EVERY time I come they either make it how they want or they question me like I don't know what I am talking about. At starbucks we sometimes have to use multiple machines to make one drink yet Dunkin is too lazy to put one pump of chai in your late lol. The menu isn't even big enough to be mad about requests. I've been to this Dunkin a few times because of it's close proximity to my house and job. They more often than not get my order wrong but I keep coming because it reminds me of home (up north). Today, however, your employees disappointed me even more. I am a female who dresses more on the masculine side but sounds and looks like a woman. While sitting in the drive thru waiting for my card, your staff decided to make a comment on my gender as I sat there with the window open. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. Completely uncalled for and unfortunately I won't be returning. I have to say, the guy you had processing payments (no headset) was kind enough to tell them to shut up. They are a joke. I drink coffee every day SEVERAL TIMES A DAY!! No matter what I order, how simple it is, they ALWAYS MESS IT UP. It's almost. like they can't comprehend English yet they all are pretty much American. My orders are specific now because they kept messing it up. However, they are messing that up too. I stopped having them toast bagels and request the spreads on the side. Trying to help out these people. They can't even follow that instruction. Plain bagel with 3 butters and 2 grape jellies on the side. Do not toast. I'll get everything but that. Coffee with 2 cream and 4 sugars but the dyslexia of it they ALWAYS DO 4 creams and 2 SUGARS. I frequent this DD at least 3-4 times per week. Today the service I received was unacceptable. I asked for a bagel (toasted) it was not. I asked for a medium French Vanilla (sugar-free flavored) coffee. My bagel was not toasted nor was the coffee sugar free. I could not return it as I was headed to Rex GA. So out of convenience I entered the Rex Ga (Hwy42) location and showed my receipt and asked for a toasted bagel and this was from a different location. The associate stated her you go ma'am this was the best I could do because it's creme cheese on the bagel Wait you aren't going to honor this exchange for a new cinnamon raisin bagel? You scrapped the creme cheese off of it and placed it in the microwave? Omg never have had this to happen at DD. I threw my breakfast away and had to purchase a meal elsewhere. read more

I love Dunkin but this particular shop has the worst customer service due to never having any donuts available for their customers. I went in @ 5 pm (they close at 9pm) wanted to buy a dozen donuts and they literally had no donuts only glazed, chocolate and blueberry munchkins left to buy. I asked if they were going to make more donuts and they said no. The customer behind me asked for black coffee from the pot and they said they didn't have any made and they would have to make some for him. Customer just walked out! So my friends and I were trying to buy our great friend a gift card at around 8:49pm because we had seen that they closed at 9pm... however when we arrived the doors were locked and no one would open them even after knocking... we walked to ask via the drive thru and we were told they only sell gift cards in the morning... she was obviously hiding from us but we could see her. I dont know why I come to DD, but i do. This location is always running out of things (hazelnut flavoring, donuts (lol)), but it's dunkin so what do you expect? Today I got a frozen caramel coffee which came out to almost $5, which surprised me and also made me kick myself for not going to starbucks- seeing as I wasn't saving any money. The coffee was so bad, I believe it was burnt. I drank maybe a fourth of it before I had to throw it out. And because they took so long in the drive thru, the frozen coffee was no longer frozen, just cold. So nasty, burnt, melted coffee is what I paid $5 for. Won't be back, this was the final straw in DD and my relationship. read more

This is place NEEDS new management. People here act like they hate their job and get your order right about 50% of the time. This is a result of poor managers. It amazes me how these fast food places don't ever drive through a chic-fil-a drive thru and learn why they always have a line around the building. I ask for a medium coffee thru drive thru and realized when I went to the paying window, I prefer a large. Why the attitude of getting a larger coffee?
