I'm very disappointed with the service and my order. My sister and I stopped here to grab a bite to eat before our road trip. She ordered a blueberry donut and small vanilla chai latte. I ordered their croissant sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with a small vanilla chai latte. The donut and sandwich were both good. We were asked to pull to the side to wait for my vanilla chai latte. We probably waited for five minutes until I decided to walk in. They were starting to get pretty busy so I waited before moving to the front of the line to inquire about my order. They said the machine stopped working and asked if I would be willing to order something else. I ordered a matcha latte. It was ok. My sister was not impressed with her vanilla chai. Their lattes were not well made considering we paid $5 for a small. This will definitely be our last time at this location. read more

By far the absolute worse experience I've ever had at Dunkin'. Upon entering the establishment (after reading the sign that clearly stated Dine in and drive thru) we were created with utter rudeness, "we only takin' drive through". So we exited and drove around for even more poor customer service.! Our orders were simple, when we got to the window, our orders were incorrect and the eye roll and attitude we got after that was sickening. Its been a minute since I have truly been disappointed. The wife requested a maple bacon croissant and pumpkin spice latte so I obliged her with a visit to this Dunkin' Donuts on 9/5/2022. I ordered 2 maple bacon croissants and the latte I even walked inside to make sure order was correctly logged in. Someone call Georgia power cause the lights are all off in there. Or blown out but it's strange. I received my order hot in the bag so I left. Upon arriving home I realized I was given regular croissant no maple no pepper bacon. I then tried to call back and no one answered the phone.. no lights no one answers the phone.. it might be a good idea to go somewhere else. read more

Placed a mobile order online, and they were out of the product they had to make it. Whatever, I just wanted a my drink so I asked for a different drink that was the same size as the one I ordered. Cashier went and talked to the manager who said they wouldn't be able to do that and offered me a smaller size. At this point I asked for a refund, to which the manager came and spoke with me to say "no refunds my cash drawer won't be short because of you." The cash drawer being $3 short due to the restaurants error is not the customers fault. The manager has the NASTIEST attitude and was not helpful in the slightest and told me to call corporate for a refund. I don't understand what sort of power trip you may obtain from working at a dunkin off of Fulton industrial, but thank you for reminding me why I prefer Starbucks instead! Another bad experience in the neighborhood. Today I was told "can you make up your mind because I have work to do" as if her (the clerk) helping me wasn't work but a waste her time. The search for a "decent" place to get some food in the Fulton industrial blvd area continues. Working here for a few months. This morning I thought I would pick up a breakfast sandwich and also get some donuts for mY co-workers. The drive-thru moved fairly fast. The interaction at the window was fast. She opened the window, took my money, processed my payment, handed me the receipt and my card, handed me a bag that had my sandwich in it and then pointed to a white line further up in the road saying " wait there for your donuts". Only words she said to me. As you can see from my picture I posted the breakfast sandwich was burnt and squished down flat like Georgia roadkill. To my surprise they did get my dozen donut order completed correctly. Although the customer chocolate glazed donuts were NOT fresh at all. They had to be out for at least 16-24 hours. Gross I understand the donuts are not made fresh in the store. They are flash frozen at a plant and delivered to the stores to be defrosted but these were just old. Old donuts at 5:50 in the morning is just inexcusable. read more

I generally like to reach out to the owner(s) after such a bad experience but after reading many of the other reviews, I found that may not be helpful. I stopped by on 7/14/22 at 7:25pm. The sign said OPEN until 9pm so I parked and attempted to enter (I like to SEE my donuts before I buy) but the doors were locked. I tried the drive thru and this was the exchange: Employee: How can I help you? Me: Hi is the store open? Employee: How can I help you? Me: I'm asking you if the store is open? Employee: And I said how can I help you? Me: Can I come inside? Employee: The lobby is closed so... Me: That is what I was asking... Employee: And I said... I was completely turned off by the attitude and closed lobby so I drove away as she continued to give attitude. WHY is the lobby closed 1.5 hrs prior to closing? There were no other customers in sight. WHY the shitty attitude when I'm asking what a normal customer would ask DURING your listed business hours? WHY don't you answer your phone if you are open? Ever since they opened this location down the street from my home and full-time job, it has been my go to for delicious coffee and the bagels, especially when i get them fresh out of the oven...yum At one point in time I was boycotting this location because the owner accused me of lying about a double charge on my debit card. I only visit this location during morning hours and they know this. I unfortunately had thrown away my receipt but I had my bank statement showing the charge. He basically tried to tell my I had to have came in twice that day. Ummm...there is no way for me to come in for breakfast and lunch and my order be the same exact price. SMH Anyway, the people there are generally nice, a little rushed in the mornings which is expected because they are trying to get people in and out. I went a couple of weeks back and ordered a apple fritter to be given an apple filled donut where the cashier swears me up and down that that is the only one they sale as apple fritter. I just purchased one the week before. I informed I did not want that but since it's only a couple of dollars I went ahead a kept it. I sent a complaint to Headquarters because the principle of it all is that I know Dunkin Donuts sells apple fritters and for a worker to not know the difference is beyond me and to argue with a customer is just rude. There were no other customers to wait on and I had to remind the employee West that I ordered a jelly donut too after waiting 15 mins for an iced coffee. This location is normally ok but it seems as though the service is awful when West is working. In addition to waiting 15 mins for an iced coffee, it was bitter when I tasted it and the donut was stale. Not sure that I'll return to this DD, most likely I'll drive to the new one on Hwy 92, Cascade or better yet patronize Dough in a Box which is only a few blocks away. read more

Worst customer service ever. Happened to visit this location at approximately 4:15pm on a Thursday. Upon walking into the door, which I held for a customer that was leaving, the only greeting I got from the young lady at the counter was her telling the young man working the drive thru window that he could lock the door when I left. The young man yells from the register at the drive thru window " can I help you?" All this while the young lady is standing five feet in front of me. I took my order and left. The rest of the evening, all I could think about was how rude this young lady was and that I didn't deserve that treatment. Because of that, you have lost me as a customer. I've only visited this Dunkin Donuts location 2 possibly 3 times. The young man behind the counter was extremely friendly. I happened to visit this location during a fairly busy time. I ordered a donut and a hot hazelnut coffee with equal. It took longer than I expected to get my order but once most of the customers cleared out the gentleman who helped me, asked if I'd received my order. He asked me what did I have and quickly made my order. He apologized even upsized my coffee to a large (I ordered a medium) for my wait. I took my order only to sip my coffee after I'd pulled off that it was not hazelnut. I believe this was an honest mistake and only gave this location 4 out of 5 due to my order being lost and not accurate. I appreciate his friendliness and acknowledgement of my wait time. Apparently making coffee is a tough job. Person taking the order never says "thank you", no receipt was offered, and was just plain rude. The guy making the coffees obviously didn't know how to multi-task. The police offer in front of me had been waiting for his coffee for a bit [first bad sign]. I ordered a small hot latte and a small hot mocha. Nothing fancy, no additives, just straight up. 3 other customer get their coffees, I had to go up to them and ask about my order. The guy tells me he called out my "drink" [I ordered 2] and proceeds to give me an ice latte. Not what I ordered. After telling him my order, I ask for my receipt. He hands me a blank receipt. WTF am I going to do with a blank receipt? Now I have to explain to the account [this was a work related purchase] why I have no receipt. ATLANTA is full of this kind of service.
