I love dunkin but the lumberton location is always out of the bagels I love, or the vanilla coffee flavor I love. When they do make my coffee it's almost always bitter unlike what I like/ ask for I now always request extra vanilla and pay more. Anyways, I went today the coffee was made right but about a quarter through I looked at my cup and there was a small bug on the inside of my drink. Pretty gross. read more

Disgusting, awful....I could go on and on!! Ordered two chai lattes, which I ordered countless times before at this location and others, and first handed me iced. Okay, simple mistake...I let them know I ordered a hot chai and he takes them back to remake. He then hands me two drinks...I open to find some weird coffee smelling drink that was clearly not a chai latte, not even close. I then take the drinks inside to ask for the correct thing be made for the third time....as he is attempting to make it again, some rude little girl began mocking me, cuss words and all, not realizing I was standing inside...AND all the while the "manager" is sitting in a chair doing NOTHING. The poor boy obviously had no clue what to do because he makes the same wrong drink, a squirt of chai, maybe a dash of milk and fills the rest with coffee. At that point I just ask for my money back and the manager finally walks over, doesn't even look at me, refunds my money and walks off. I knew this place was horrible before, but I just keep trying because I love Dunkin as a company, but the owner of this location has done an awful job with hiring employees. ‍ They don't deserve one star but it wouldn't let me post without putting at least one. read more

Absolutely disgusted with the way this location is being ran. Don't even get me started on the rude employees! They never fill my drink all the way, and it is always too bitter, or they just blatantly mess up my order. I wish I could rate lower, because these teenagers working the drive thru need their attitudes checked. Will not be coming back here. read more

Never have anything in stock including fountain drinks and do not let you know until you get to the window, horrible place for breakfast if you don't want to settle for the few things that actually have in stock. read more

The owners of this company do not like to pay their bills. Went on a service call there back in May 2020 and have yet to receive payment. The owners don't answer call or emails. Terrible way to run a business. read more
