I was fortunate enough to be able to reserve time in the conference room upstairs for a quieter experience than the rest of the store. It afforded me a lovely view of Marquette in order to better enjoy the weather and enough space to take frequent breaks from sitting as is recommended by healthcare professionals! Colleen thought that we had ordered a chocolate croissant, when we had actually ordered a cake pop. When we asked for a refund, she threw the croissant on the table and grabbed a cake pop for us. She would not admit that she had made a mistake and tried to make us feel stupid for even asking. We are now 40 cents short of what we were before because she had made a mistake and wouldn't admit to it. NEVER coming back, just because of colleen and her attitude while ordering your food.
