I went to the Dunkin/Baskin on 4th Street, I had a couple of questions of what different drinks they had, the women who helped me was very nice and explained the signature lattes to Americanos to cappuccino's as well as all the flavors that you can put in the drinks. She was very nice and patient with me and it was nice to have someone be patient with me and help me pick out the best drink. I have come here multiple times since they opened years ago. EVERY TIME I have a bad experience and vow to not come back. However, I like their coffee and hope and pray each next time will be better. Last visit did it in for me - I'm done with this location. First, what I have stuck to is never get in the drive thru line ever again. It's the slowest line imaginable and there's no way out. Second, the workers there are inattentive and could care less about customer service. They walk around shuffling their feet with no sense of urgency. Everything takes so long. Even just a black coffee! My latest visit, there were 8 workers and a manager just shooting the breeze with another worker (granted they were making a transaction) but instead of opening up another register to help the other customers in line they just ignored everyone until the other employee left. Then, they got the donut order wrong (they did fix upon notification) and then got my coffee order wrong too. I understand having a bad day which is why I have given them multiple chances. We were VERY clear that we did not want ANY filled donuts. We wanted a selection of FROSTED donuts. You then proceeded to give us the four Boston Creams plus two frosted. I made a big deal and explained that they were for my 89 year old father, and he DID NOT WANT FILLED DONUTS! I come to this Dunkin' every time I visit family in Oklahoma and it NEVER disappoints! I hate going to the one back home because their quality is sub par and their inside is never clean. However, this Dunkin' is my favorite because it's always super clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the quality of their food and drinks is amazing - everything I'm looking for in a Dunkin'! I went today and it was so good, especially their iced caramel latte! I was shocked to see that this Dunkin' only had 2 1/2 and stars when it's always been consistently good. I'm a huge Dunkin fan and was very excited this new location opened up close to my house. Didn't have a great experience, very slow and food quality was poor. The drive thru worker was very friendly. I ordered 2 croissants and 2 hash browns. I was asked to pull forward and park because my food wasn't ready. I sat and watched about 6 or 7 cars get their food and drink orders while I waited. I've been to other Dunkin's many times and never had to pull forward, the food is cooked in those fast toaster ovens similar to Subway. After about 10 minutes the friendly drive thru worker brought my food out and apologized for the wait. She said my next order will be free. After getting home, I began removing the food and noticed the hash browns were just thrown in the main bag, not in the individual hash brown bags. I then noticed 2 small individual hash brown bags and they were completely flat and had never been opened. I guess the worker thought the job was done as long as everything made it into the bag, regardless of presentation. Overall this location recently opened and I'm sure will improve. But my first experience was definitely deserving of 2 stars, simply because the drive thru worker was friendly. read more

I ordered on the DD app for a donut box. I was very specific about the donuts I wanted. We had a pick up time of 6:30 am. Once we got the donuts not one of them were the donuts I had requested in the app. They were all incorrect. I didn't have time to change it since we had an appointment. This was an early morning order so there should have been good variety to choose from. If they were out of donuts then the night shift didn't do their job to make enough for Saturday morning. This occurred back in Sept of 2019. I sent a review and my experience to DD themselves but heard nothing back. It was very disappointing. We skip the coffee here and get that at Starbucks. I think this location is horrible and the management seems to really suck. Maybe things have changed in the past year. I haven't ordered from them since. read more

Can't even make a very simple coffee. I asked for a black hazelnut coffee, medium sized and a few ice cubes in a cup so that I could add them into the coffee, in order to be able to drink it immediately. They sent it out totally full of ice, when it was originally steaming hot, making some god-awful mixture. The blue haired girl trying to take my order, didn't even know what's on the menu when taking orders, Couldn't even tell me what flavor hot coffees they had for the day. She spoke so quiet and timid, i couldn't even hear her speak through her mask, and when asking to repeat themselves because you cannot hear them through their mask, they continue to speak like little mice. I can not give them anymore stars than 2. They don't desrve more than 2. Giving them 1 star would be a lie, because the place was clean. But The customer service in this place is horrid!! You walk in, you're not greeted, you get looked at by 4 different employees standing around doing nothing before someone finally comes over and offers to help. Went to Dunkin on friday morning and when we got to the drive thru the women was extremely rude. Once we ordered our pick 2 bagels and were getting ready to order our drinks we were cut off and when told her weren't done she heavily signed. Once we completed our order we were never asked what type of bagels we wanted to and were rushed to pay. ***Updated review. I stopped going for a few weeks and just started going back to a completely changed donut shop. Service is WAY better and faster. They always get my order right now, and it's just entirely different. They finally got it together! I take the receipt survey every time I go in hopes that I can give them a good review. Honestly, if it wasn't for the monopoly that they have on cheap, fast food, variety donut/coffee near me, I would love to go somewhere else. I have been there dozens of times since they opened and I might have had ONE positive experience. Firstly, it should not take 10-15 minutes to mix a coffee and grab 2 donuts off the shelf. I have only gotten fast service maybe twice and there are usually no more than 1 or two cars in front of me. Other places have to literally cook the food and they are faster. And the worst part is probably the attitude from the workers. Seriously, if my husband is pointing out a servers bad attitude, it's BAD. And he notices every time we go from multiple servers. And availability of product sucks-only about half the time we go, they actually have any kind of ice cream I like. Chocolate is not hard to have at least one bucket of. I would settle for any kind of dark or milk chocolate with mix in flavors most of the time and it's a toss-up if they have any at all. It's chocolate, people! If you know you go through it fast, request more! The restaurant is clean, I'll give them that. Spotless. This is the second time I've came to this Dunkin recently and the male manager who is balding was rude. Our order was wrong and when we politely said something he rudely tried to correct us. His tone and mannerisms were completely unprofessional and non customer service friendly. I give up! I've reviewed them on their site, contacted management and they still can get it together. The coffee tastes off, almost sour, and I drink it black! I mobile order, tell them I am picking it up now (which is 10 min out), wait in drive thru for 7-10 min, get to the window and they haven't started my order!!! 30 min later, I receive the wrong order and what I receive is of such poor quality I throw it out.
