Also you can see the menu before you go, how do you not know what you're walking into?? Complaints about the burger. First of all the menu changes seasonally. There's no way their patty is frozen. Everything is FRESH AF. And yeah, American cheese is king on a burger. Again, it's on the menu what did you expect? This is a restaurant that has literally never disappointed. This store is difficult to order a simple Meal from lol…read more After sitting in the drive-thru line for 10 mins (which was fine I was willing to wait) I finally get to order my food and I asked for 2 cheesy Gordita crunches with extra spicy ranch sauce on them, and some mild sauce on the side. Pretty simple. I pay, get my food, drive off, open my bag and I received 1 chicken Chalupa and a few mild sauces. I pull back around waited again for 5 min, get to the cashier let her know there was a mistake, and I gave her the Chalupa back. She gives me a new bag and got what I ordered but no actual ranch sauce on either of them at all, never mind the extra part, which they charge like 60 cents for that. No napkins the second time around or any mild sauce at all. I'm pretty done with Taco Bell at this point.
