Ok.. so I put in a mobile order... then went to drive thru and the car in front was there a while... we just went around after a few minutes. Pulled to window to see one employee doing something on her phone to another and we waited and waited and then finally she showed her phone to the girl and it was a picture of a kid!? We honked our horn; she came over and was very pleasant and asked about the order... it had not even been started :( we got our order and left. My experience at Dunkin was a pretty good one.. its connected to a convenient store, which is convenient when you are in a rush to work.. it's a one stop shop for gas, essentials, and Dunkin' coffee. I stopped here on my way to work and ordered a cheese melt and an iced coffee. There is a drive thru but be prepared to wait a while, especially in the morning.. other than the wait the food was hot and the coffee was refreshing. I would recommend this restaurant for a quick breakfast. read more

I ordered the avocado toast. the first time that I ordered it was excellent. complete with bacon bits and all. since it was so good, I went back again. This time they left off the bacon bits so wasn't quite as good. went back again and they again left off the bacon bits and the toast was so hard I couldn't bite it. Went to Dunkin this morning for two Turkey, Egg & Cheese sandwiches. They were out of turkey. So we changed our order to two Chicken, Egg and cheese sandwiches. They were out of chicken as well. We do not eat pork so it was very inconvenient to not be able to get what we desired. read more

From paying for wake up wraps to find out tortillas are still frozen, to purchasing a breakfast sandwich only to find out eggs are still frozen. This location continues to lack and have subpar service, really wish there was another closer to my work or this one hired people who actually did their jobs. i coke here pretty often and the customer service is literally always 10/10 the people there are great, this has been my only bad experience, the matcha powder wasn't mixed at allll, took a sip and got nothing but power. definitely make sure it's mixed all the way before you drink it lmao. read more

They ruined my entire breakfast. First- had no smoothies when others have been making them. My donuts were trash. They put the icing on when the donuts were still hot so it melted into nothing all down the side and only filled the inside with cream on one side therefore it being a melted regular donut. ADVOID. Stopped in this morning and ordered a Medium Hazelnut Iced Coffee with cream and a poppyseed bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Got home and I had an iced coffee with only cream, no flavoring, and a sesame seed bagel which I can't eat due to health issues.
