Friendly staff...small space as it is in the Rosemont terminal. @ parts to it...the one that is o pen in front which is more like a internal booth, which closes I think at 10 (for early rushers to or from a bus) and the rest of it is inside, which the store front itself can get easily cramped. Some people can complain about a language barrier or crappy service; probably because they dont want to or have missed the train. I haev had no problem with the service. Will post pics. read more

Ordering everything bagel butter for the past 2 weeks, $1.59 on menu. Once the older manager leaves they change they price to hopefully you don't notice. Sometime they charge you $1.49 + .50 cents. Sometimes they charge you the cream cheese price $2.49. I just want my simple everything bagel butter. I don't ask for much. Yesterday I looked the order way when they charged me $1.49 + $.50 but today I said $1.59, it's on the menu. He kept saying no and I walked out this time. read more

I am absolutely appalled at the service I received at this location. Never in my life have I ever been treated with such disrespect. This was my first time ever to a dunkin donuts and was so excited. But that was immediately diminished by the rude service I received. I walked up to the counter and was told I'm taking too long to order without even saying a thing. I finally pressure ordered on the first thing I saw and they began to exaggerate the fact that yet again I was taking "too long" to order even though I was with my entire group. This service made me very disheartened especially since I've worked in the service industry for the last 7 years and would never think to treat someone like they treated myself and my family. I ordered food and watched as people who ordered food after me receive their order before me. It happened three times before I asked where my food was. I was told I would have to wait another 4-5 minutes after already waiting the same amount of time. It was clear they messed up but they were unwilling to acknowledge they had done so. Instead of waiting longer I asked for a refund but instead was charged for the same item again. So instead of getting food that morning I was double charged. Sweet. read more

This Dunkin is my lifeline during the week. The main location is inside the Rosemont platform and there is a walk-up hub outside of the station. The main spot is small but the employees work like a machine. I love it! They're fast, friendly, and cheap. Once you're a regular, they'll have your drink memorized so you can get in and get out. I also commend them because they maintain patience even though they get some pretty rude customers. Personally, I have never had a bad experience with the employees or service. If it's your first time during a morning rush, I recommend following the others. Step in, grab your straws, napkins, etc., order, step to the left, and get your order. I love this Dunkin Donuts and not because of the coffee but because of the staff. Since it's located right in the station, they get people who are in a hurry trying to catch the Blue Line or a Pace Bus. I wouldn't say they rush orders; instead I would say they expeditiously complete orders. It's a tiny space behind the counter but I usually see three employees working every machine so they can get orders out as fast as possible. What I also love about this place is how they know me by sight. I'm a simple order (although my order requires many words: medium iced coffee, no cream, no sugar, with sugar-free French vanilla) and they usually get it done so that by the time I'm at the register, it's waiting for me. And that means I'm able to catch my connection all the faster. I know it's a Dunkin and I know it's a coffee shop in a train station, but the employees make the experience a really good one. read more

This place is not for the claustrophobic. Regardless of the time of day, they seem to have a full assortment and no shortage of donuts. It is the warmest place to be at this station. For that reason alone, it's worth stopping in and purchasing a donut or two with a cup of coffee. Their coffee is reasonable but more importantly, delicious! read more

Bad place to go if your in a rush to go anywhere. Every time I check after I leave something's wrong. You literally have to taste your coffee, check that they didn't overcharge you, make sure all your stuff is there and then you can go on your Marty way. I'm on this pace bus drinking a hazelnut coolatta that definitely has blueberry mixed in and I havvvee to drink this because it's the only coffee place in my way to work. Gross. I've ordered here three times. They've messed up my coffee three times. I ask for Splenda and skim milk in an iced coffee. I got cream and sugar the first time. Second time I got splenda and no milk. Most recently I got an artificial sweetener besides Splenda (one that causes me some GI distress) and no milk. Asking for a new one takes up so much time you'll miss your train. The manager at this location is consistently rude to his employees and customers. He yells at the staff in front of customers all the time. He also gets the orders wrong himself in the afternoon and when corrected by the customer, he would be upset at the customer and say negative things on his native language in front of the customer. They have messed up my order so many times I will no longer give any money to this location despite being the only food and coffee option here. Coffee without cream and sugar should not be that difficult of an order to fill. read more

Great experience here. Service was incredibly friendly, prompt, and the donuts...... Oh the donuts. We got a variety of the 25 count Munchkins. They were great, nice and light for breakfast. My wife and I both got coffee. Excellent as well. Good place to stop if you're in Rosemont. read more

The employees are friendly here which makes this place better than other dunkin donuts I've been to..I come here often since I take the blue line into downtown quite often and I think the coffee Here is really good. The only thing I kinda don't like is the bathrooms usually aren't as clean as I would like them to be lol. It might not be a big deal to others but I have to knock off a star for that. Disgusting service. The promotion they offer have to fit in timeframe of the person in store and not what it says on board. I was in store at 5:56 and they have 3-6pm small latte promotion. The moment I say small latte he goes we dont have small its till 3-6 only. I said fine I will take medium and show him TIME that its not 6pm yet he diverts as if he doesn't understand english or cant see the time. I did paid and got a medium but atleast expected him to realize his attitude and apologize. I have similar attitude of the people working here w/different clients and always gave myself an excuse. But they need to understand too. People come to get coffee after long day or right at beginning of the day and deserved to be treated with a smile. Horrible service rude people!! Don't honer Dunkin' Donuts policy of refills when you buy a DD refillable coffee cup. The person is charge of this DD is very disrespectful with customers he thinks every customer is dumb and treats them like a child. The people that use rosemont blue line know who I'm taking about. It's time for a change. They need someone else in charge that's going to treat people the way they are supposed to be treated. This person is one of the first people you interact with in the morning so when he treats you the the way he does that sets the mood for the day. That means if you start your day with someone miss treating you then your day is not going to be so great. Never again will I set foot in this DD!
