MY LOCAL DUNKIN' ROCKS! I order online ALL the time and service is exceptionally quick. I have the option of picking up my order via walk-in or drive-thru. Every time I arrive, my order is ready to go and I hardly ever have to pull up to the front of the building. I highly suggest visiting 12 times a month (you're probably thinking, what?!). You'll get double points through the app and get tons of freebies. I have over 1000 points and I'm not even ordering donuts all the time! I stick to the iced drinks. However, when I do get a donut, it's so fluffy and the frosting is perfect. The ladies running the store are thoughtful, hard workers. I can tell they take customer service seriously and are genuinely polite. The inside of the store is generally quiet around lunch time. Things heat up around 3pm when the kids at the high school next door get out. I highly recommend the Cold Brew w/ Oatmilk, Coffee Roll, and/or $6 Meal Deal. read more

This place is an all around dive! Zero stars for customer service. The girl I spoke with said they never have Polar Pizza in the freezer case ready to go yet there was a sticker advertisement on the freezer case encouraging customers to "grab a Polar Pizza" from the case. I ended up ordering ice cream to go. I was served the smallest scoops I've ever seen from a nasty looking, unkempt case. Once I got home, we discovered it was all freezer burnt. Every time I come to this location it is always a problem with the food. Either I'm given a totally different order or the food is never hot. I have started saying at the speaker please make sure my food is hot. This morning I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. The sandwich comes toasted when ordered. It was hours later when I go on my break, i warmed up my sandwich and open it to find it is not toasted at all and the bread is soggy. Such a waste of breakfast. I don't understand how this happens. The young man screwed me. I was thinking that I got the sandwich for 3 bucks but instead got charged 4.89. I got a small hot coffee. When I asked him why he charged me 4.89, he said I had to order a medium coffee. What AH. The fonts on the menu are to small and he didn't even mention it to me as a courtesy. read more

I have mixed feelings with this place. Not bad but not extremely omg I can't live without this place. It is nice and new and great to have in San Jacinto as I feel food options are a bit scarce here...but that's besides the point. Do love they have a drive thru and share same building with Baskin Robbins. You can get donuts, coffee, and ice cream in one a one stop shop. Let's talk food: Their donuts are ok, some days better than others. I've tried a few things on their menu now and prob the worst for me were the donut holes. Cheap but a bit too stale/old for my liking. It was a late night craving and drive thru order not sure if that could be the reason why they're not up to par and fresh. Had their dozen donuts and some were good and fresh some were a bit on the few hours on the shelf old. So a little bummed there. Breakfast sandwiches haven't found one that I absolutely love there. On a better note, I've also had their pumpkin muffin during the fall and I must say that was absolutely delicious! That itself would get 5 stars! Usually stick to donuts and coffee here for the most part. Moving on to coffee its ok. In their defense I have not tried all of them yet so I'll have to come back and update review for that. Love the iced coffee and the Power Breakfast Sandwich when I'm on the go. The mini stuffed bagels aren't bad for a quick snack but the times I've ordered donuts we've been disappointed. They taste old or stale and I'd rather go to a mom and pop shop for those. Iced coffee is why I go there and so glad there's an option other than Starbucks ever since that drive through one closed on State and Ramona years ago. Haven't tried the hot coffee yet. read more

I was met with attitude and disrespect. I have been a barista for over 3 years and I would never treat customers like that. When this dunkin first opened, i would get breakfast for my son every morning before school. All the workers had stank faces and bad attitudes, even my 9 yr old noticed. I think customers complained enough because one day, it changed! The workers were so happy! So amable , and always smiling and patient. Fast forward to today, i went in for a half dozen glazed donuts at around 10am. Everything was good until the girl boxing my donuts was trying to close the box and she couldnt figure it out. Her nails were so long, natural nail! She stabbed my donut w her nail and when she pulled her naill out of it her nail scraped the glaze off of it. She tried to cover her finger and continued to TRY to box the donuts. I dont know how she couldnt get it!!! I asked her if she can please replace the donut her finger touched and she asked me something else that had nothing to with what i asked , so i asked again, if she can please replace the donut her finger touched. She did, i said thank you. She put the sticker on them. I took them to my car and when i opened the box mostly every donut was ugly and damaged. I didnt take them back because i was only taking them home, but it made me think her long nails touched all of them, and what if i was taking these to an event? This location is not as bad as what other reviewers have said. The only issue I've ever had with them is when I went through the drive thru at 10pm and they told me their system was down. I thought it was a little fishy because they close at 11 & had just taken another customers order literally one minute before me. Absolutely terrible. Seriously their coffees are always over sweet, their donuts taste like a mixture of cardboard and play dough doused in some chunky granulated sugar, and are always stale. I don't know how they are in business. That being said I've given them more than a dozen chances out of convenience ad they are close to my house but I think I'm done. I am very very disappointed. First time I have ordered dunkin- donuts on-line / 1 dozen custom is what i ordered,but not what I recieved. I recieved 1 dozen assorted , big difference not one donut was of what i customized was sent. My family does not like pumpkin, let alone a pumpkin donut. Really no big deal i will have the pumpkin. May I add that it was the most disgusting pumpkin treat I've ever had and the other pumpkin donut was tossed. I will not be ordering from this so called best donut place again. I would definitely give this a 5 stars for great customer service. Now I'm rating this a 3 because the food was nasty!!
