I went in the day before Christmas to pick up some gluten free muffins for my girlfriend, but they were out. I picked up some other gf desserts but the muffins are what she likes the most. I asked if they were going to be open the day after Christmas and I would come back. Turns out the owner is planning to take a very well deserved week off, so no luck. But then she aske me for my number and told me that while she makes no promises, she will call me if she happens to make some. Within two hours I got a phone call. Six GF muffins with my name on it! I ran out and we were able to enjoy them while they were still warm. Sooooo good. Not only are the baked goods fantastic, but service like that? Deserves as many stars as are in the sky. I must say that I don't think I've had a better bear claw pastry and my husband had the sticky bun pastry and both were heavenly. My haha don and I drove to Hemet to meet her (about 40 minutes from our house) and waited an hour for her and she NEVER SHOWED UP OR TEXTED. We went back home and she texted us saying she'd deliver it to us at 9pm. We decided to stay up and wait but NOTHING. The next day, Saturday (day of the party), she texted us saying she'll deliver them at 9am. 9am passed and we don't hear from her. She then texts and says 11am. 11am passes and nothing. 1pm and she finally texts us that she's at the meeting spot. My husband and I go and the cookies were supposed to be pink, white, and silver theme only and there is gold writing on the cookies. I speak with Delia about offering a discount and she said she can only offer a discount for a future purchase. I told her we will ABSOLUTELY NOT be ordering from her again. I asked her that she truly thinks that offering us any type of discount for the lack of communication, our time driving to Hemet, waiting an hour, driving back from Hemet, waiting all day before the party started for her to FINALLY deliver the cookies and they're not what they're supposed to be, is fair? She said she couldn't do it. I should've looked at reviews prior to ordering from her. She is unreliable, has ZERO communication skills, no time management, and AWFUL customer service.
