I FINALLY tried Dutch Bros!!! While running errands, I decided to stop by and grab a drink and I'm glad I did. I ordered a vanilla protein latte, and it was actually really good such a pleasant surprise! I've heard their drinks can be pretty sweet, so I asked for a few modifications. I like my drinks just slightly sweet, not overpowering, and they got it just right. The coffee-to-cream ratio was nicely balanced. I'll definitely be back to try more, especially when I'm in the area. read more

I have never had an issue with Dutch. No long wait times and always great broistas! I was excited to see that they FINALLY had MATCHA! Like I was dreaming of the day when Dutch would drop their Matcha line. I am a MATCHAFANATIC. This was just not hitting the spot. It was more fruity vice earthy. I know it's sterling a new product so things need to be worked out. Hopefully they have the option where you can request how much Matcha you want in the future because I prefer that strong taste. So I am not taking off any stars based on the new drop. But just a suggestion in the future when it comes to Matcha, it should not taste fruity. But I also opted for the vanilla Matcha with cold foam so I will try the regular Matcha next go around. That could also make the difference. Oooh and they have mochi toopings. Everlyn at the window was just as spunky and friendly--just making it an all around wonderful experience!!! Golden Eagle TIME! So I'm planning on trying each drink at Dutch Bros. On this trip I tried the Golden Eagle which was pretty tasty! However, I noticed the Dutch sweetness that used to be a hallmark for each drink has diminished. I think the blended freezes are a little weaker due to this. Now, you have to request for "more sweetness"? Idk, I'm afraid I'm going to request "extra sweetness" and end up getting way too much sugar. I wish they kept the drinks the way they used to be... Also, the prices have shot up exponentially at Dutch Bros. For a medium hot coffee (think local coffee shop "small") it was over $7! This was more expensive than Starbucks or Dunkin'. Service was pretty good this time, the guy at the window was decent. I popped in and got a "Sticker of the Month", this is a neat little treat that's given for the purchase of a drink. The stickers are cute, but the coffee bill makes me wonder if I'm really paying for the sticker too! I'll be back, just a bit disgruntled with the pricing this visit. read more

I only go in the mornings so I can't say for the rest of the day but they are so awesome here. This review is especially for Rene (hope I spelled your name right) but every time I see her she is super sweet and asks about my morning and my plans for the day. She's always friendly and in a good mood, but today she showed me a sweet simple act of kindness and it really turned my whole day around. This is why I love Dutch bros and all the baristas here. I came in around 6 PM on October 24th during a busy time after being told by corporate to stop by so the manager could help replace my drink. My original drink was made incorrectly with almond milk instead of almond syrup. Corporate said the store would take care of it. I waited in line for about 40 minutes. When I finally spoke to the assistant manager, Victor, he told me he couldn't help without a receipt. I showed him the receipt I had, but he said it wasn't the right one. I asked for the manager, Jeff, and he said he wasn't in. Then he smirked and sarcastically added, "and the operator's name is Keith," which I never asked for. His tone was condescending and dismissive. I then offered to simply pay for the other drink to avoid any issues, but he refused and said I had to pay for both because the other drink was already made. At that point, I was frustrated and asked for his name. His attitude throughout the interaction was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I visited this location for the first time the other day before heading to work, and it was such and incredible experience from start to finish. After ordering my drink with the lady outside, another employee came over and gave me the kindest compliment ever- it completely made my day! I didn't catch his name, but if you see this thank you for making my day. To top it off, the lady at the window also gave me a lovely compliment and was so sweet. I ordered the Golden Eagle with zero sugar added, and it was absolutely delicious- perfectly sweet despite having zero added sugar. There was only 3 cars total at this location. Then about 4 cars show up to the next lane. They should really follow who got there first.
