They never make my drinks right. this is the worst dunkin in the county. my food is never hot my bagel tasted burnt the indian lady don't wear gloves this is just a no. they never have donuts. they take forever with mobile orders and when you finally get it it's always cold. they need to get shut down. read more

After standing at the counter for 5 mins in a completely dead Dunkin donuts a female popped up from under the counter.. I believe she was changing the radio station. Awarding one star to this location is incredibly generous but it's the lowest rating yelp allows. I am continually impressed the way they continue to lower a bar the bar for customer service when it is already on the ground. Incredibly rude staff and my order is always incorrect. If I have enough time I will drive far out of my way from work to go literally anywhere else. read more

This location absolute worst dunkin' donuts in the state. The food is never up to par..EVER. The employees are always joking around in the back & aren't tending to customers. The employees have the worst attitudes. The manager (i'm assuming) is always grouped in with the employees with the horrible behavior & customer service. Restaurants with eat in service are supposed to have working bathroom facilities. The bathrooms are out of order. They dining room should be closed and they should only be offering drive thru service. The tables are messy and there are crumbs on the floor. read more

Pissed, foreigners that don't understand the concept of working WiFi. I called beforehand and asked, Do you have WiFi? your Wifi working? The lady that picked up hardly spoke English but she managed to say yes after saying ummmmmmm for 2 minutes. I went up there and take a wild guess what happened!!?? NO WIFI! I stood around trying to connect and asked the Manger do you have WIFI? Is this the open network? Why isn't it connecting? He swore up and down it worked. Then another patron said it doesn't work. They've messed up my iced coffee order twice this month! I wouldn't even go here if I didn't work near the neighborhood. The first time I ordered a small iced coffee, black with 2 pumps liquid sugar. When I tasted the coffee it was drenched in liquid sugar! It was so sweet to the point it tasted like ice tea instead of coffee! I had to go back and tell them I specifically asked for 2 pumps, not half a cup of liquid sugar... the 2nd time, I asked for a small iced coffee, cream and sugar. When I tasted this one, it was sugar packet sugar and not the usual liquid sugar that every Dunkin' Donuts uses in iced coffee. Why do I have to specify which sugar to use at this location when all other locations knows to put liquid sugar! I don't appreciate drinking my iced coffee with a bunch of crystal sugars floating in my mouth. If you're going to order here, make sure you ask specifically what you want because some employees can care less and they just want to get people out as fast as possible. read more

Stand alone Dunkin Donuts in the Amelia's grocery store parking lot. Typical stuff. Drive through is open 24 hours. Bagel was a bit overdone but the coffee was very fresh. read more

Went here about 2 months ago, first and last time. Went through the drive thru and could not understand a word the woman was saying. Her English was so awful I eventually just said my whole order and drove to the window thinking it might be easier to speak face to face. Nope. She gave me the total, snatched my money out of my hand, then threw my change back at me I barely got a grip on it. She then threw my bag of food at me and I nearly dropped it. So I said don't be rude to me bc I can't understand you! Such disrespectful behavior. I called corporate to report the incident and the franchise owner called me and was so very kind and offered me a free meal next time, but I told him I'd never go back lol.
