Terrible service from both employees. Totally ignored when I stepped up to the counter to order. When I asked if this is where you place an order, they both turned their backs to me . When they decided to walk over to take my order, I asked for a bagel with cream cheese. I believe the young man said we don't have any and asked who was next. Needless to say, I didn't order anything. Will never try again. 1 star-only because that's What's required to post. No stars for this service. read more

This perfectly positioned bakery might have a variety of dessert options, bagels and coffee but you won't get to try any of them. Mainly because they take an hour to even acknowledge that there is a line of people waiting to get to their flight. They just sit there and chat amongst each other while the line get longer. Each time , it took me 20 mins to get a latte. I have honestly never been to another place with such oblivious workers and it's not just one, all of them. It's baffling, at an airport of all places. Be careful when you're paying with credit card or debit. The workers there will incorrectly charge you for something else. Or I don't know, tip themselves. The guy never handed me my receipt so I have no way of verifying that I paid for (coffee.) I checked my bank account statements and I know that a small coffee shouldn't cost more than $10. I can't go back in to the airport now to dispute, because I'm already out and probably the next time I'll be back is when I book another vacation. I have already contacted my bank, even if it's a petty amount....It still makes me uncomfortable feeling GYPT. One star for the great tasting caffeinated coffee though. read more

Just stopped in here to grab some coffee while on my way to my gate. Service was quick and coffee was good. Cream, sugar, etc. are at the side and I will say that this area could have used a little attending to. There was spilled coffee on the counter that should have been cleaned up and just made the overall area look a bit messy. But everything was well stocked. For cream, you have choices of regular cream, milk, or skim. I do wish places would start stocking stevia as a sugar alternative. read more

I tried the veggie breakfast sandwich. It's basically a lot of egg and not so much veggie in an omelette of sorts that's microwaved after you order it. All in all it wasn't terrible for a quick airport breakfast in between flights but it isn't something great I have to have again. Went in search of Peet's coffee. Apparently there is only one location in the F terminal which requires rescreening to enter. I order a medium soy latte with honey. They were out of honey and have been "trying to get some for a while." The utensils were dirty and the "barista" was in deep conversation with the other "barista" for a few moments when I walked up before I was addressed. Wow, Great coffee & Great croissants...in an airport no less. Who'd a' thought? The best part of PHL is usually passing through. This trip I really wanted some coffee. Good coffee. This location had recently been redone. I can't remember what was there before because, well, there was nothing memorable. I ordered a latte, and got... A Great Latte! Not airport fare, not the usual instant push button machine fare, but a hand pulled, properly steamed latte. The croissant was light and flakey. All in all it hit the spot! Oh, and to top it off it did not hurt that the barista was stunning. read more

This was my lucky day! I can't say enough about the young lady and gentleman working at LeBus bakery in terminal C of the Philadelphia airport this morning at 10am! I purchased a coffee and mistakenly left my wallet at the creamer station. Everything I own was in that wallet. These 2 wonderful people tracked me down at my gate from a license photo and returned my wallet to me safe and sound with NOTHING missing! I was about to board and really didn't have time to properly thank them. I really do hope they read this review or their company commends them for this extreme act of kindness! I am so grateful! BTW.....the coffee was excellent! read more

Great coffee for an airport coffee shop. Much better than Starbucks. If I am ever flying through PHL again, I would definitely go back.

Once super fresh and awesome, today's croissant (and presumably the sandwich I bought for later) was super-stale, akin to one of those "croissants" available at the fake airport "bistros .". Made a while ago. Disappointed Le Bus's standards have slipped so much. A restaurant in my neighborhood also sources Le Bus for breakfast pastries and now is having the same problem of utter staleness. Won't be back. read more

I just ordered a cafe mocha. It was good, but after ordering, they forgot about me. The manager even saw me standing there waiting for quite a while. When I finally spoke up, a gal politely made my drink quickly for me. If you're in a hurry, don't be afraid to ask! They probably need a better tracking system. read more
