I don't know which Dunkin' Torrie went to but there is definitely no drive through at this locale. I wish there were but nope. I hate getting out of my car so I must really like this place. The ladies here in the am are a true delight. English is not their first language but they speak it just fine. The remember I like a boatload of ice in their largest unsweetened tea. They also never give me sweetened by mistake as is common elsewhere. They also know I want a sesame bagel toasted with lots of cream cheese, sometimes I want two exactly the same. Yes I am boring as hell. They smile and cajole and always make me happy I made the effort to swing by. The bagels are always nicely toasted. The ice tea tastes better than Timmie Hos and I never have to beg for ice. It is less wait than the Timmie Hos across the way to boot. You can order in app and its lickety split. I come here a lot and it's consistent. read more

This is a good location - clean, friendly workers, always has what I want, which is the Beyond sausage breakfast sandwich. Very tasty! Coffee is always fresh, I've never had a complaint. I just wish they had a drive-thru! read more

Strawberry smoothie ingredient of yogurt ice cream discontinued in smoothie but did not adjust the price. Disappointed! Will not purchase any more. Also store does not keep stock of ground hazelnut flavor coffee in the store. Several visits none. Disappointed again. Lose my votes. read more

1/4/21 10:45am After a nice holiday break I needed some coffee. I went in and grabbed a medium double double with 1 shot of caramel. Instead I got 3 shots of caramel and my coffee was too sweet disgusting. I also asked for the VEGGIE power sandwich (cause I'm vegetarian) instead she rang up a turkey sausage sandwich, which I noticed being rung up and I confronted her about. What I got in a response was a bad-mannered attitude and she assured me I was gonna get the veggie....I was lied too(blond curly hair Caucasian lady with long red nails) It wasn't even that busy, 3 people on the line. It's in Southfield. That means the employees are slow, they never quite get your order right and they speak another language to one another while you wait (FOREVER) for your order. I stopped coming here: I had given the greasy looking kid behind the counter my order (and he repeated it back to me) and I stepped over to grab a Pepsi from the cooler. When I stood back at the counter, not only had he not started my order, but was taking someone else's (who came in after me!). Screw this place. Screw Southfield. read more

Look: I have a soft spot in my heart for Dunkin' Donuts coffee with cream. If it doesn't have cream, I'm not in. It's just one of those things. Anyway, this place has friendly staff, fresh coffee, and they put in the correct amount of cream. The parking is decent as well. Overall decent DDs coffee experience. I can not discuss any of the food stuffs as I do not eat fast food generally. You just shouldn't. ;) read more

Donuts were dry, but acceptable to eat. The men's room could have been cleaner and the employees at the counter were efficient but terse.

You know, Dunkin Donuts are everywhere, and I think they believe they've cornered the market, so their quality has really gone downhill. This review isn't for the Southfield shop specifically, but Dunkins in general. The Southfield shop was clean, the people friendly, but the product isn't what it used to be. I travel a lot (60-70% of the time), teaching classes and I always bring donuts. Now I try to avoid Dunkins because their quality, and the size of their donuts has gone downhill over the years. So now I'm looking for the smaller, local shops to buy donuts for my classes. read more

I like this location because they have a drive-thru and usually the service is very fast. They carry all of the Dunkin staples, and this location also has a Baskin Robbins inside to satisfy your sweet tooth! read more

The ladies who work here in the morning are A-MAAZING! They have my order memorized (Large Black Hazelnut Coffee), so my coffee is ready to go by the time I get to the front of the line. They are all smiles at 7 in the morning, and they always wish me a good day - the ladies and my Dunkin coffee are KEY to a good morning for me, and they always provide :) read more

I recently switched from Starbucks to Dunkin doughnuts because their iced tea is so much better/fresher. Today 8/24, I had a terrible experience at this Southfield location. I drove out of my way to get there first of all. I tried their iced tea. It tasted bad and even smelled old. I told the sales person and she responded that they have a full pot and cannot make a fresh one- since the 'old' one is full. Terrible customer service- I definitely will not return to this location! read more

This is the absolute worse Dublin donuts I have ever been to. The low reviews are for a reason. Rude and unprofessional.

I've only been here twice but I've had no issues both times. I stopped in early in the morning when you would think it would be chaos but the ladies working there do an awesome job! They're quick and accommodating which is a must for the early morning rush to work! Definitely will be coming back here after some horrible experiences with the Dunkin that are around my work! This happened two weeks ago... After my little fellas got here tonight I wanted to get them some ice cream and since I absolutely love Baskin Robbins I went to the store in Southfield. It was 9:30 and the raggedy mouth chick said we only have these flavors available since we're cleaning up with an attitude and the guy was standing in the doorway to the back of the store looking...... I said it's only 9:30 not 10:00. I'd only go to this particular store because of the customer service, but now I'll never patronize that store again. read more

( new owner) Terrible experience , you think you can have a quiet cup of coffee . with the manager there employees were loudly speaking in a foreign language ( Indian) among them selves and with all the glass there sound was resonating . I just moved to the area and this Dunkin' Donuts is right by my new place. I've stopped at this location twice now on my way to work and as my first time ever going to a Dunkin' Donuts the experience with the location and staff was great but not the product. The employees and speed of service have been great. I've come both times during a busy morning rush and they got me in and out within a couple minutes. However, I couldn't give a better rating because the product is not really worth it. I paid about 10 cents less than if I went to my usual Starbucks and the coffee tasted burnt. The second time I came in I tried a Carmel Latte and I could hardly taste any coffee. I also paid more for a donut than I normally would have gotten at Tim Horton's and while the donut was a little better it was not worth the price. Overall this location is great but I would rather spend my money at a Tim Horton's or Starbucks. read more
