Pretty standard Dunkin location. Full service drive-through, in-store ordering, and mobile app options. Seems pretty busy on the weekends. Small tables but decent number of tables on the inside. Parking lot is oddly designed and a bit small given how busy they are. If you park in the parking lot, there's a decent chance that the drive-through lane will block you in when it is busy. People seem to park across the street to avoid this. Obviously, they follow the national chain menu. One comment: check your munchkins before you leave if you do mobile pick up. I don't know if they have a problem with the mobile receipt/ticket print out but recently my munchkins were not the correct type as ordered on the app. read more

No glazed doughnuts... again. ‍ I stopped by today before noon just to grab my mom a glazed doughnut, and somehow they were already completely out. This is honestly becoming a pattern every single time I come here. How does a doughnut shop consistently run out of the most basic and popular item -- glazed doughnuts -- before lunchtime? It's frustrating because the doughnuts they DO have are usually good, but product availability is terrible. You would think management would notice this keeps happening and simply make more. Running out once is understandable. Running out constantly feels like poor planning and lack of attention to what customers actually come in for. they were sold out of a lot of things but the customer service was great. I went through the drive through with my family using a mobile order and my mother was frankly a karen and was so rude to them the whole time for no reason. The whole time the obviously underpaid high schooler who was working was very kind and offered plenty of advice and help. I was bummed that they were out of the donut I wanted but the customer service at this location was excellent please give this girl a raise. read more

Alright so donuts are 6/10 the service is pretty good nice people and helpful BUT donut (get it donut pun) Use the mobile app for this location it has never worked correctly and i have had my order messed up every single time i've used it. Secondly costumer service is good but for some reason i got a dozen donuts and they put it in a bag so when i got home all the glaze was on the bag and not on the donut. Stopped at this Dunkin' on the way to the airport.. the employees seemed to be having a great time at work! Awesome! Except my aunt was charged for 2 drinks, she told the cashier, and he never took it off. I paid for an extra shot of espresso in my drink and it wasn't added.. the dining room area is also littered with crumbs. One star for the donuts and one star for the close proximity to the highway - easily accessible! But make sure they get your order right! read more

This was the closest place to get a semi-drinkable cup of coffee near where I worked, so by default (and through no actual choice of my own), I used to come here. Often. Once or twice a day, 5 to 6 days a week. But every time I had to grit my teeth and bite my tongue. The people who work here are seriously incompetent and incredibly slow. Two or three times a week they would screw up my order. The lines would take forever. Even the drive-through would take forever. If the employees here are ever looking for another job, I hear the DMV/MVA is hiring. You'd be a perfect fit. read more

I've been overcharged on my credit card, my food was not prepared properly, I didn't get my full order, they served me the complete wrong order. The list goes on and on. Dunkin' Donuts coffee is superior to any of those overhyped overpriced low quality Starbucks. Their donuts are pretty good when fresh. Apparently only left over stale donuts are available in the afternoons. Good thing they have great coffee. Only thing that keeps me coming back. read more

Updating my review due to the new location. Brings back a little bit of memories because this was the location back in the 80's and 90's where all of the kids used to hang out "the Hardee's parking lot". I am glad to see when Kent Island has a good business that then further improves themselves. I didn't care for the old location and the bad drive thru they had. This location is much better for the locals and for the beach traffic. Easily accessible from the access road and the drive through is quick. I come here because it is the closest good cup of coffee in the area coming from Grasonville. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. At the old location, they had kids working there that didn't care and the lines would go out the front door (hyperbole). They were friendly and quick. I have no doubt though that if I lived close by and went here daily that they would screw up my order....that is just about every DD. So for the convenience of being close by and satisfying my DD habit, this place does fine and should be fine for all the beach goers heading back home from the beach. Don't fear though, because if you miss this one, there is a DD in Easton, Cambridge, Salisbury, and Cape St. Clair to get your caffeine fix. read more

This is the closest DD to my house. Long lines especially in the A.M., but most days even when drive through is backed up to entrance it's a 10 minute wait, so all in all not bad. Food good, most times they even get it right. Had a new girl or two get mixed up, but it happens. Coffee is good and that's what keeps me going back. read more

Wow...different people behind the counter it's worse then it was before. No organization, if you go drive thru you get the best service, if order online they forget half order but you still wait and if walk in well to order well you are last to your coffee or food. Can't wait for the coffee shop to at Apple Town Center below the apartments! This has be the slowest moving DD and most unorganized. I stop just go in and placing my order and waiting because it would take forever. I now have the phone app and place my order from before I leave my home and I get to DD only part of my order is ready but it is place where the orders to go spot is like had been completed. I have ask for the 2nd half of my and all get is a nasty stare. It seems like someone from headquarters should come see how poorly this very busy DD is being managed. read more

Service is just bad ... nice people , but probably not a good stop if your in a hurry. I normally walk in because the drive thru is so long. Just trying to get coffee is a challenge. It always seems like they take a older brand new person during peak hours and have them making coffee. Common sense would be to train them on the evening shift or after the morning rush. You have one job. I cannot express the incompetence enough.. Here, there, everywhere. I've tried and tried, given so many chances and I'm really not that picky people. I made this Yelp account SPECIFICALLY to write this review. Here we go: I don't know how many times I've tried getting a bagel from a Dunkin that came out cold, with just a big gob of cream cheese only in the middle. I can't ask them to toast the damn thing any other way. I've tried "extra toasted" "toasted dark" "well done" "toasted TWICE" "BURNT" it's never toasted at all. And most of the time its stale. I've since given up on their bagels and only get coffee. Now it seems they can't even get that right. A coffee place can't do coffee? Today was the last straw, I'm not going to Dunkin anymore. This morning, among others, I've ordered a hot coffee and a couple creams on the side, I take the coffee and have a sip down the road only to find it's old, burnt, yet still NOT hot, crap.. I'm so done. By this time I'm already on the Bay Bridge. I call and they don't even answer the phone. So after I call about 6 more times someone finally answers and I tell them that the coffee I just got was old and cold. They offer to make me a new pot but what the hell good does that do me now that I'm across the bridge? I don't send food back, it's just a thing, you don't mess with people who handle your food and I don't because I hate to be THAT GUY, that pain in the ass customer. My husband and I get our coffee here every weekend morning on the way to work. It's conveniently located right off 50 with quick access back on. We see most of the same staff who apparently have just as much of a crappy schedule as we do. One guy we always see is Alex, he has always been pleasant and makes sure our order is right. A happy person with a couple jokes is always nice to start your 5am day with. There is another one of the managers who takes orders at the drive thru that is quick and super polite. It is one of the few coffee places between Easton and the bay bridge. We obviously beat the morning back up going so early, but I've stood in my fair share of lines everywhere. I stop at this Dunkin damn near every morning. My order isn't complicated so I usually don't have issues with them getting it correct The coffee is always hot and tastes great which is the most important thing at a Dunkin. HOWEVER The staff needs to a bit of training on how to interact with customers. I don't need my ass kissed when I get coffee but a simple "hello" or anything would be nice. Most mornings the staff looks like they are subjects of forced labor. They appear miserable. Then I realized why when I saw, more than once, what appeared to be the owner in there looking hung over and just rolled out of bed. I get if you are just there checking on things real quick but at least brush your hair/teeth and splash some water on your face or something. How can you expect your employees to come to work looking professional if you look like that? My first thought was "oh look, they let homeless people hang out in here" then I saw him drive away in an Audi with a Dunkin sticker on the back. Anyway, my point is, put a smile on. I'm on the fence about this review as half of me wants to give them two stars and half wants four. The reason, half of the time my coffee is horrible. I have went there every morning for three weeks. They probably know my order by heart. I have very few mins to get my cup of bliss before zooming to work across the bridge so I can't come in and say something. The days it's horrible, it tastes strong and burnt. The days it's good I'm really excited. Just not real impressed with the odds right now so I've slowed down the amount of times I'm going and if it continues I'll just wait to go somewhere over the bridge closer to work.
