Super-fast service, first thing in the morning. It's as if the workers themselves run on Dunkin'. Granted, we were here two days in a row just before 6:30 a.m. and used the drive-thru. The large black coffee was fresh and hot and the iced latte with oat milk was delicious. A little more pleasantry might've been nice but unbeatably it was early. read more

***CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN ORDERING HERE*** Ordered a 1/2 decaf iced coffee because I have a severe reactionto too much caffeine.. I got to the drive-thru window and said to the woman " is this half decaf?" .. she said "that's what I put in system" .. so instead of her asking the person who prepared it.. she turned away and said thank you. I have been to this location twice in a week. The first time, last week, the three workers all had their masks pulled down around their chins and no gloves on when touching all of the cups and food items. I sent a message to Dunkin, and it was never answered. Today, I went again, and 2 of the 3 workers had their masks pulled down past their noses and were not wearing gloves while preparing food. Also, both items in my order were wrong. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a large iced tea with 2 splenda. The order was repeated to me through the drive-thru speaker, so I know they heard me. I was handed a plain bagel with nothing on it. I told them that it was supposed to have cream cheese. The girl rolled her eyes. A second girl, who had her mask pulled down past her top lip, handed me a small iced tea with nothing in it. I said that it was supposed to be a large with 2 splenda. She also rolled her eyes, went back over to the station, filled a large cup all the way with ice and dumped the iced tea from the small into it. She brought it back to me. I said, "Thank you," and she went, "Yup." I asked for a straw for the drink, she huffed, handed it to me, and I said, "Thank you" again, to which she replied, "Yup" again. I did not receive a receipt, and there is no phone number to contact on the drive-thru window, as I have seen at other Dunkin locations. I tried looking up who the manager/owner is online, but couldn't find anything. read more

Worst DD i have ever been to. Other than two part time young ladies that back up the drive thru - the rest of the staff including the owner are miserable, rude and certainly not caring on whether you or not you are satisfied with your purchase. After a lengthy wait in the drive thru line on Sunday, my coffee was not made correctly and i asked to have it remade. I was told "they didnt have time to remake it". The owner also was aware of this and did nothing to correct the situation. Well those 4 to 6 visits a week are down to 0. Wont give business to a place that so obviously doesnt want it. read more

I waited on the drive thru line for nearly 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me. I finally get to the window and the employee asks me what I ordered, so I wait another 5 minutes while they make my drink. I finally get it and it's disgusting - the worst I've ever had. It's a $5 drink; I'd expect it to at least be decent. Instead I got milky ice. 11/10 DO NOT recommend. read more

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Had to have my coffee remade 4 times and they still couldn't get it right. And it's not hard. Hazelnut iced little bit of cream and 2 sweet and low. Apparently they don't like to put coffee in their coffee and just cream. Politely asked for a new one 4 times and they couldn't figure it out. So I gave up. read more

The staff has always been friendly! I ordered a medium coffee and asked for 1 small munchkin and I received it free. It's the perfect size donut to go with a coffee. I love Dunkin Donuts and wish we had more on the west coast! read more

This is the worst DunkinDonuts in the area. More than once I get my order incorrect. The staff doesn't listen at the drive thru. I have to recite my order all over again. If it wasn't down the street from my house I wouldn't go there. However, I'm getting tired of wasting my money and the frustration accompanied with it that I am going to go out of my way to another one. read more

This particular Dunkin is the worst I ever experienced. My Vanilla Chai was only half a cup. My son's coffee was supposed to be Hazelnut with Almondmilk and a shot of espresso. He got a very burnt tasting cup of coffee. Never again :-( read more

Don't waste your time or money. The line here is always so long and I'll never understand why. I live so closely but I refuse to subject myself to this trash again. Bagels are always chewy and stale, coffee is burnt, doughnuts are stale. Stay far away read more

Disgusting. The staff did not know how to make an americano and when I asked for it to be iced they responded with "we don't do that". So I explained how to make it and I received a cup of sour cream with a shot of espresso. My friend discovered a large coffee bean floating in her coffee. We both immediately threw them in the garbage. Worst place ever. In addition to the awful beverages that we received, we walked into a freshly mopped floor just asking for us to break our necks. Very unhappy to see an employee smoking outside of the drive through as soon as I pull up that's very unprofessional I mean if you have to smoke at least do it out of potential customers view and also the drive through person had no manners what so ever! 5 stars if you want to be served hot coffee that is barely warm at best at 6:30AM, by staff that wear their pants with their ass because they think is cool. Keep up the great work and I'll be sure to avoid this location at all costs. read more
