The most difficult service level ever . 12 -15 people in line all employees hugging and standing around while they train an older new worker cashier . I asked this big kid 6.4 250 walked out from employee vs k room and 4/5 people employees stand hugging. Asked can you open another register with 13 people in line ? He said we are working thru the line ! Terrible attitude and service !!! Not going to wait 20-30 minutes for a $10 coffee with terrible service while employees hug each other ! This location is very inconsistent, one day you'll get a really good drink and a badly made one the next. They're never terrible though, just not made using the correct measures. This one drink I got however, had a piece of plastic floating around. I didn't notice until I left the store and had taken a few sips. Mistakes can happen and I'm sure I could've had it remade, but all things considered, there should be more care and importance on making a good product, especially with all the price increases and changes in the rewards system. Other than that, they are pretty quick in making drinks and are pretty organized when it gets busy so not a bad location, just needs some improvements! read more

I generally don't give reviews but today I have to, horrible service, we ordered tosted bagel with cream cheese and tea with hot milk non of the the things were given properl. bagels were not toasted, tea was jut hot water which they handed to us no cream cheese was given. when we went back on counter that they missed to give rhese things the person on the counter behaved so rude and we never toast the bagel .. what ???? really you never toast it?? and what about cheese cream ?oh take one .!! why one? when we ordered 2 bagel .. and we asked about tea with hot milk he said we don't provide it, ok so now I think star buck should make sure whom they are hiring. We are paying to get the best quality and get proper service not for this kind of behavior and unresponsive and ignorant staf to be dealt with. I want an apology and my money back read more

Worst customer service ever. I walked in to pickup my mobile order and they didn't even greet me as I walked in. Neither did they even acknowledge me when I was picking up my order, it was as if they were purposefully ignoring me. When I went to get my coffee I quickly paused and waited. Some location don't allow you to touch the order unless an employee physically hands it to you. So after waiting for a minute I asked them if I can help myself and he rudely responded "just go ahead and take it". Mind you there was 4 to 5 employees huddled up not doing anything and the store was completely empty, so they weren't busy. I was the only customer. After getting my coffee I noticed there was a huge blob of Carmel sauce dripping down the cup.. which I hate ! Luckily I had baby wipes. So whatever I cleaned it off and said thank you as I was leaving and they still didn't acknowledge me. So freaking rude. I won't ever come here again. Next time I'll get my Starbucks at the rest stop from the parkway as they always seem to be friendly and polite. read more

this store has some of the most friendly employees i've encountered. everyone is very welcoming as you walk in towards the register, and are eager to help with any needs whether is comes to food or drink. i was unsure of what to order, and the barista offered that i try one of her favorites, to which i agreed. it was an iced chai with vanilla and oat milk, and she recommended to pair it with some delicious madeline cookies! i felt that my needs were met by the employees and they proved to be very patient with me while i asked questions and we even had a pleasant conversation unrelated to coffee. i felt very connected in this moment with the staff, and will definitely be returning. after receiving my items, i sat down to do some work on my laptop, and the barista brought over an ice water for me! the store looked well maintained and clean, and though there was steady foot traffic, the baristas took the time to care for each customer which is a nice change of pace nowadays. there is also a mobile order option for those on the go! there are double doors, good for individuals who use a wheelchair or push a stroller, and there is plentiful seating for those who want to stay a while notes: no restroom no drive through read more

Very disappointed with this Starbucks! It definitely stood out from all the Starbucks locations I have been to because of the following: 1. Dirty (pictures will be posted) 2. The baristas (there were about 4-5 girls I believe) were too busy laughing and chatting while I was waiting for my ONE drink for a good 10-15 minutes. The store was not even that busy compared to other locations I have been to. There were probably 3 customers before and 5 came after me. I did not enjoy my experience here at all and I will definitely just go to my regular Starbucks location. I do not understand how my latte took a lot of time to make considering the fact of how many customers they had. I can only imagine the horror of people waiting when the store is actually busy. I regularly go to a Toms River location and that Starbucks is very efficient more than this one and it is an EXTREMELY busy store. The line is so long that it extends through the whole store and I get my latte within 5 minutes! And they only have 2 ladies that make the drinks! read more

Don't go to this Starbucks if you are ever in a time crunch. After a few instances of slow service, I am convinced that the staff doesn't really care about being efficient. I went in there this morning on my way into work. 2 people in line in front of me. Waited and waited. There were 2 employees behind the counter. It looked like (1) was handling the register and the other was making the drinks. Simple enough. Then the guy in front of me ordered 3 drinks and the employee at the register proceeded to make his drinks while the other one disappeared. I stood there for almost 5 minutes. I'm not a high maintenance person in general. I pretty much stood there waiting. Finally one of them says good morning to me and then proceeds to pour out Iced Tea pitchers behind the counter. Finally the other one looks up from making the beverages and asked what she can start for me. I said "venti bold, please". She was like, "Oh we have no bold..." I settled for a Pike because now, I was running late. This place has made me late for work a few times and I stopped coming in the mornings as a result. This morning, it has been at least 6 months since the last time I went in there before work and I hoped maybe they stepped it up a little. They just are not efficient. If they are going to have someone replenishing the coffee bar while customers are waiting, they should have at least 3 people on staff. read more

As a seattle native, but also as a human being, i deem this starbucks to be seriously lacking all around. Good spacious, but often dirty tables. There are plenty of outlets though to plug in to. Mandatory 15 minute wait in the standard serpentine line. There's always the same 4 ppl who work here. One actual barista who is good but has no help. An older lady at the register who seems pleasant, but just can't work at an acceptable speed. One gal who pokes her head around the kitchen from time to time. And another who's job it seems to intermittently assist at the register when the line reaches 20 minute wait... for about 4 customers, then laugh and jokes around out loud to further irritate the patiently waiting customers, only to disappear once again into the kitchen with mystery gal. Unfortunately, it's the only starbucks in the mall. and i come here. just be ready to wait in line for a long time. read more
