Callie's Creamery is honestly a hidden gem. But in a sea of famous Jersey shore ice cream towns, how do they stand out you may ask. Their ice cream contains the highest quality ingredients and all of their flavor flavors are handcrafted in house. You can really taste the difference! We tried a variety of amazing flavors like the mint fudge swirl, Nutella Graham, Callie's cotton candy, and the Dubai chocolate, but my favorites were Cookie Monster and biscoff cookie butter! You can order an ice cream flight which is perfect for indecisive people like me. Six flavors, sounds good to me! Their sundaes are huge and could be shared with 2 people. The brownie sundae was decadent and dripping in fudge. Yum! I like that it's indoors which means you can come here year round. There's plenty of seating in their adorable ice cream shop, which is adorned with painted sprinkles all over the walls! There's claw machines for kids and even a photo booth. Pints, ice cream sandwiches, and more in their freezer ready to go. Can't wait to be back for more! read more

I have an unhealthy obsession with this ice cream. It's in a tie for 1st at all times. Specifically the biscoff cookie butter, cookies and cream, and s'mores are to die for. They also have a great rewards system where they'll randomly sent you a free $5 off which almost pays for a whole ice cream. The store is always very clean and you can try as many samples as you like. They clearly label the flavors with the allergens so you can be safe. If you ask them to use a clean scoop for severe allergies they are very accommodating. Another cute thing they do is theme night for kids so they'll have Bluey and characters come visit. I love Callie's like no other!! This is the best ice cream spot around - delicious, unique flavors and so many to choose from. Some of these flavors include Dubai chocolate, their famous blueberry cobbler, cherry vanilla, fudge stripe brownie batter, fruity pebbles, cinnamon bun, and right now they have a tahini mocha and a burnt orange espresso bean flavor. Every single flavor is a hit and they don't skimp on quality. Creamy, delicious, and homemade, Callie's is a local gem and you MUST try it. They also have Italian ice and ice cream flights where you can try 6 different flavors - so worth it, and you get to try all their epic flavors. Callie's Creamery makes AMAZING homemade ice cream! It has a lot of fun flavors that you can't find at other places. Their ice cream has the most mix ins I ever had at any ice cream shop! The fudge striped brownie batter is FANTASTIC! It has huge pieces of fudge striped cookies it! The Biscoff cookie butter is also another favorite! The only flavor that I personally found disappointing was the pb & j because it was more like peanuts and jelly ice cream. It had no peanut butter swirls just chopped peanuts. The jelly to it could have been better too. This ice cream shop is one of the best in NJ! I highly recommend coming to Callie's Creamery in Neptune City! read more

Ice cream was good. However, the workers were very rude and not friendly at all. I brought my friend here who is visiting from Florida to have some jersey shore ice cream, and the experience was not great. We had an amazing experience at Callie's grand opening! Kudos on a great all-around experience. We own Fox Meadows Creamery in Lancaster Co, PA and were just driving by. Can't rate the products because I never got any! I encountered the rudiest person working at Callie's! When I entered the store no one was behind the counter. After about 5 minutes the person appeared with a scowl on her face which was incredible like I was really inconveniencing her. I wanted to purchase quarts of italian ice for co-workers; I had even called ahead to make sure they carried it. Unfortunately all the containers in the case had only minimal amounts in the bottom, so I explained what I wanted thinking she'll say that either they didn't have anymore or she could get more from the back, something! Nope, she just continued to scowl and stare me down. It was super uncomfortable and weird. I ended up leaving without purchasing anythng because I felt like she didn't want to wait on me. My Dad had purchased ice cream there the week before and there were large chunks of ice in it. When he showed the worker there, they said "Sorry!" but didn't offered a replacement. We're done with Callie's! Negative stars! read more

She made my fiance call the town to try to obtain a permit and did not even attempt to call. I was planning to pay a decent amount for a wedding and she asked if the venue workers can scoop ice cream to my wedding coordinator. The business owner then told my fiance that the wedding coordinator told her to have my fiance call the town for a permit, which this is a blatant lie because my wedding coordinator called me with concerns as a vendor typically will deal with parking. They asked if me and my fiance can help during our wedding to guide them in or assist with parking and if they couldn't find parking it would eat into our paid time. We have other vendors where this is not a problem. The location was discussed when it was agreed upon. If I could give zero stars I would because my wedding is this week. She also charges my credit card without authorization as she did not finalize parking and did not email if she was coming to the event due to her complaining about the parking, mind you this is two days before the wedding Baked bear is amazing and I had more professionalism and organization in one phone call compared to this horrible experience.
