I was disappointed. All self-serve Dunkin' Donuts and coffee. No specialty drinks like lattes or cold drinks. Donuts appeared to be a day old and dried out in the self serve rack. The drip coffee that was to be available, was empty, at least on the original blend that I wanted to get. Pretty disappointing stop for Dunkin . I wish I'd checked this out before I came. I would've been happy to go a few miles further to a different one that had the things that I like read more

Nice like Dunkin' Donuts off the interstate. I did the 3 am Chinese bus ride from NY to GA stop. Walked in, was instantly welcomed. A couple of the items were missing from the menu, but no biggie. Ordered a huge bagel sandwich for about $4. Really hot and thankful for it too because I had not eaten all day. Place looked really clean. I mean at 3 am at a donut gas station off the interstate place you aren't going to get the 5 star experience, but again, for a 3 am donut gas station off the interstate place this is considered 5 stars. I really liked the layout of the inside actually. Straight shot to the cashier. I hate how some coffee places make you feel like you have to go through a maze just to order. If memory serves me right I had some coffee, despite what some other Yelpers wrote, the lady at the register said that if the coffee was not hot or tasted bland she could quickly brew some more for me. I am traveling from Charlotte NC to Richmond Virginia. The bus stopped by this location and I was happy to see a Dunkin donuts. I ordered a medium cup of coffee extra cream Xtra sugar. The coffee was very old, it had grounds in it and it was cold. Bad customer service. read more

Don't stop unless it's a must. Subway has better coffee and better service in my opinion. I am never really greeted by anyone with an ounce of politeness in their body and the food is never good. The donuts are frozen previously and not made from scratch like you would think. They will not taste fresh either. While driving back from Richmond to Charlotte I needed a coffee fix, so we found this DD and decided to stop. SInce it was almost lunch time, we were pleasantly surprised to find out they serve sandwiches too! The employees were very helpful and answered several questions about the menu. The food was actually very good, employees are excellent, and iced coffee is better than average. I am so happy we stopped! read more

Employees here are very nice and do a good job, but they really need more help. Many mornings big buses come because it's in truck stop. I placed to go order on the way through so it would be ready and it wasn't. It literally took me 20 minutes to get order. That's only bad thing about the to go app. You pay for it already so it's either wait for it or lose 4 bucks. Hats off to Dimitri, he always does a good job. He really should be the Manager. Do not recommend. Horrible customer service. Came to this Dunkin Donuts at 6am while traveling. I approached the cashier and she said "it will be a little while, it's shift change." I asked how long and got the reply "not too long." I stood waiting and did not get service while 2 other employees were available. Ended up going to the service station for coffee. read more

Don't waste your time! My wife and I travel to Petersburg once or twice a week from South Hill VA and we have stopped 3 times of which were early afternoon twice and late afternoon once!! I ask for donut holes all three times and twice they were out and would not have anymore so I was told! The staff were very rude and did not want to wait on us! The third time they had 5 donut holes left so frustrated I bought 6 glazed donuts instead! Well they were hard and tasted as if they were prepared three days before we arrived! They really don't deserve the one star. They are not pleasant and when you ask about the availability of donuts, they could care less. Said it would be over an hour before they had more. What happens when they run out of donuts. HELLO, it is Dunkin Donuts!!! My son and I will meet there for a coffee because it is half way. Not any more. We will meet at Subway or the restaurant next door. If he wants donuts, I will bring him some from the Bracey, VA Dunkin Donuts. They know how to serve the public and whatever you ask for, they will have it for you in a few minutes. Rec'd a call from store manager and she said donuts are not made there, but I could pre order the day before if I wanted a specific donut. That is crazy.
