My latte was truly undrinkable. It was truly putrid. The drink was bitter and sour at the same time and had such a burnt flavor that after two sips I couldn't even finish it. I'm always happy to "doctor my drinks" up in these instances (add milk, request something else) but as a former barista myself I knew this was an espresso issue, not a milk or syrup issue. Both baristas went back to texting and I left uncaffinated, disheartened and my drink went right in the trash. With other coffee spots nearby they really need to step their game up. I could have gotten a better latte (and probably better service) at Dunkin.
