The DD app needs updating for this location. Wichita Falls location on app says curbside is an option, but they do not offer it. I sat outside for about 15 mins. before I went inside to check on the order, which I was then told they do not offer curbside (which is fine, but it would have been nice to know that wasn't an option to begin with) Employee was sitting in the dining area on her phone and was annoyed she had to get up to help me. She came off as rude and unprofessional . She knew my order had come through when I originally placed it as a curbside order, as she pulled my ticket off the machine and said she had my order, which makes me think they have curbside, she just didn't want to go outside. I've only went to Dunkin Donuts 1 other time before and now I remember why. Placed a mobile pick up order 20 minutes before my arrival because it was for several people and I knew they would need the extra time to get it prepared. When I arrived and said what my order was for, they acted incredibly surprised and told me to pull forward. My window was still down and I could hear the cashier lady through the speaker box (because she left her mic on) saying how outrageous my order was, how they would cancel it if I hadn't already paid, that I needed to call ahead of time instead of using the app, and that they didn't have enough to fulfill my order (which was not a lot, maybe 3 dozen donuts) and that there wouldn't be enough left for other customers. Customer service at its worst. They did fulfill my order, but served it with an irritated face. Will never go there again. I'll continue to go to Circle M; the drive is worth it and the staff are always so pleasant! read more

I love Dunkin coffee and everytime I come to WF from Lawton, I stop in. THIS DUNKIN IS THE WORST! Here's the problems of the last few times I stopped in: My order 1 sausage wrap thing (whatever the cheap tortilla thing is called) and a large iced coffee with vanilla, cream, and sugar. They made a bacon tortilla thing and it took 10 minutes for them to realize it and start the sausage one, another 10 minutes and they gave me both tortillas things burned to hell and an iced coffee with seemingly only cream. Today was my first and LAST time I will go to this store!! I went with my daughter and granddaughter to treat them to ice cream. My daughter asked for a "banana royal" and was told.. "We don't have any bananas", so she settled for a two scoop cup. I asked for jamocha almond fudge on a cone, and was told they were out. I settled for chocolate/peanut butter... the ice cream in the bucket looked rather soft, so I would have assumed that the employee would dig a bit deeper for firmer ice cream. When she handed me the cone, it had already began to drip down onto my hand... I asked for napkins (as none were given) and then asked if I could have a cup to place my dripping cone into. I was given a cup and paid. Much to my surprise. I was charged .30 cents for the cup!! I said "you gave me this too soft ice cream that's dripping down my hand AND you want to charge me for a cup"? Lastly, I had asked the employee approximately how long it would take for a "packed ice cream to melt" as I had a bit of a ride home (over 45 mins) ... the response was "I don't know" ... so I asked, :, would your Manager know"? Her immediate response was "she doesn't know either", I said :can you ask them"? And she said ", she isn't here today". So... after being charged the .30 for the cup and no one "knowing the answer" I asked for the Manager's name and number. I in turn called the Manager, Stephanie and was BERATED for calling her at home, on her personal cell phone, on her day off with her kids, and that she works 6 days a week, 15-18 hours. I said, "sorry, this was the number I was given". I explained what happened and she said, "well there are bananas there, they probably didn't look for them, and they shouldn't have charged you for the cup either".... but continued on saying "but you shouldn't have called me at home". I told her I had not asked for her personal number. She then stated "well that's what happens when you hire 17 year olds" and I said " well you should have a Manager on site then,". After many more excuses and accusations she finally stated " I'll handle it"... to which I replied "what about my .30"? Of note, it's not about the money, it's the principal of the matter at hand. Finally the phone was handed to her husband, who said he was the co-owner, he at least apologized and said he would go to the store to see what was happening. I thanked him for his apology. All in all.... this was a horrible experience and the situation was made out to be the consumers fault... what happened to taking care of the customer, and making it right? read more

Former shift lead for this location: roaches are everywhere, there is a sink backed up so it emits a sewage smell, ants are all in the swirls, the milk machine is rarely cleaned so it builds a white crust all under it, the coolata machine does not get cleaned and it has mold growing in it, the hot chocolate machine has not been cleaned, the donuts are made the day before usually finished by 7pm so about 11 hrs til they are served, the frosting sits and gets hard so the owner adds water to it to make it more of a liquid, the glaze machine is cleaned maybe once a week so there's little pieces always floating around in it, the ovens have never have been cleaned in my whole 8 months of being there so there is a bunch of old burnt crumbs that have fallen and are just in there, i have watched the owner drop a rack of French crullers on the ground and him get mad at me because I didn't help him pick them up to put them on the rack and put them in the oven, nobody there cares about their job so do not be surprised when your coffee was made with espresso beans instead of coffee beans, or grounds because they don't check if they got outside the filter or not, nothing gets cleaned behind, under, on top, so it is very dusty the manager was so cheap, he would get mad at us when we would try cleaning machines saying we were taking up time, he would cut hours from everyone, he wouldn't order everything we needed so a lot of times, I had to buy dish soap numerous times just so I could do dishes, we would half liquid cane and half another swirl just to have more, we had to use out of date milk and creamer, we would have to tell people we were out of things they wanted, the baskin side he never ordered enough ice cream and the once a month he would order it he got nasty weird flavors nobody would like, the manager would not get change from the bank so we'd just have to tell people we didn't have change so he could have that extra bit, the owner had covid and came back after a week and he was still testing positive, he yells at his female employees but he doesn't say anything to the men, walk in is never cleaned there is always cold brew on the ground it's always sticky, donuts fall out of the boxes in the freezer and the owner will pick them up off the floor. read more

They really need to get there flavoring in line... Being a New England native, when you order a damn flavored coffee with cream and sugar you don't put a "swirl" flavor in it (sweetened shot). It's called a "shot". Corporate standards state that they HAVE to ask the customer if they would like a swirl or a shot flavoring which they obviously do not... When I asked why they don't ask the customer what they want, their response was that when corporate came through to see how they were doing, corporate told them not to ask because it takes up too much time! Today is July 3, 2020. Yesterday on July 2 I went to dunking doughnuts to order a medium Latte and they said they were all out of medium cups so I got a small. When I came today on the 3rd they proceeded to tell me they were all out of large cup and wanted to place my drink in a hot extra large cup. When I came to the window the lady was being so unprofessional and on the phone the whole time and not greeting me having to have another worker come to the window to tell me my total. They gave me a extra large hot coffee cup for my cold coffee. They did not secure the lid properly having coffee spilled all over my arm when she handed it to me. What if I ordered a hot coffee instead of cold? My arm would've burned. After wards I tried fixing the lid and drinking and it still continued to spill all over me. The lid was the wrong lid that they have placed on the cup. I don't understand how they're out out every cup and lid. i was extremely disappointed with the service i received at the dunkin. I tried to go use the bathroom and a woman behind the counter who seemed to be the manager said "you can't use the bathroom" with no reasoning or apology. I found this extremely rude and off-putting. Dunkin' Donuts in Wichita Falls Texas is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever encountered. I love Dunkin' Donuts. Every time I see one on one of my travels I stop. But every single time I go to this Dunkin' Donuts, where I live, they tell me they're out of the vanilla cream donuts I love. I usually go I In the late Morning or Early afternoon when will they tell me they're out. And I say to myself I'll never stop again but then a month or two later I'm in the area and I say I'm going to try and of course there out. And I think to myself that this is just a mismanaged Dunkin' Donuts that doesn't want to make a profit off people who want donuts all day long. But today I went at 7:48 in the morning and they told me again they are out of my favorite donut. What is wrong with you. I go to Pueblo CO Dunkin' Donuts a lot and they have everything all day long. Zavion is hands down the most feel good worker that I have ever seen. He is truly happy to see you and work at Dunkin. It was my sisters birthday today and let's just say she wasn't having the best day. She was in a bad mood on here birthday! We couldn't get here out of it. The arcade we were going to for her birthday closed last minute. And that just added to to her mood. We decided to go to Baskin Robins to cheer her up... I kid you not. Zavion completely changed her mood. Without even knowing it was her birthday he made her the happiest she had been all day. Even more of a smile than when she opened her presents! Then zavion found out it was here birthday... and he gave us recommendations on anything we should get that she would like and his personal favorites. This is truly the type of man that finds joy in everything and anything. My sister tonight is having so much fun and is talking about how nice he is.
