Came here with my kiddo today to try something new and get some sweets. We have past by a few times, but it always seemed closed. The building is older, sign is fading. The selection is not big at all compared to the variety at other donut shops. The thing about this place is they sale fried rice as well. Combo rice for $9.99, or chicken fried /beef fried/shrimp fried for $7.99 and Egg rolls 2x 2.29. The rice was pretty good. All in all we would give them a 3.5 rating read more

Absolutely love this place. Been coming here on Sunday morning after HH100 for 7,8,9 years (can't remember the first time). Their donuts are awesome, the breakfast burritos are the absolute best (fried egg with bacon, scrambled egg with sausage), and the sausage rolls as well!!! I've yet to have anything I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. But...the best a part is the owners. Even though there is a year in between stops each time (I live 4 hours away), they remember us and greet us like we are in there every day/week. So much so that when I went in yesterday, the first words out of her mouth were "Where's your mom?" (Mom didn't make the trip this year) Support these folks, great food, better people!!! read more

My boys and I have been getting donuts and kolaches here since they were in elementary school. One just graduated college and the other is in the military now....and this is still the only donut place in town we love. Favorites for my husband and I are the blueberry cake donuts, the huge apple fritters, and the maple long johns. Oh, and the kolaches w/ jalapeños! My sons and I have tried just about every donut they make. The chocolate they use is delish! I love their coconut cake donuts and old-fashioned, and who can resist Bavarian cream in a chocolate long john? I can't! Happy customers since 2008. I figure I'll continue coming here until either they retire, or I pass away. LOL Oh, and I do like the fried rice and egg rolls occasionally too. read more

This places is amazing. I visited this hidden jewell for lunch today. The service is super friendly. The donuts are amazing and they offer a nice selection. I love their cake donuts by far the best one I ever had in Wichita Falls. The combination fried rice is also amazing, a perfect ratio of meats and vegetables. This place is definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend it. Will continue to visit every time I am in Town. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is too cheap to pay the debit/credit card service transaction fee. And instead of just charging the customer, they require a $6.00 minimum to help offset the cost. Normally I would be fine with this but the customer before me only paid $5.69. If you are going to uphold your standard about a minimum, then uphold that standard with all customers. Definitely will not recommend to anyone. read more

Tommys is the BEST in TOWN for donuts and more. They take time and cook your food FRESH, and they use a whole egg and tons of bacon on their breakfast burritos. The Lady who runs it, is about the sweetest, nicest person you will ever meet and the prices are so cheap you'll drive off looking for the cops because you feel like you stole the food! Go by there and check it out, and leave them a nice tip, they work very hard and honestly for their customers so leave them an extra dollar or 2 and tell them it is from me, Bob and thanks in advance! read more

The rice is terrible! You can get any rice from your local Walmart and it will be 10x better. Don't listen to the newspaper or what people say about the rice cause it sucks. Stick to the donuts, Tommy. read more

Donuts and Fried Rice! Donuts and Fried Rice! screams the sign in front of an unassuming building in a relatively dilapidated section of WF. It's not the most appealing advertisement, but it's certainly eye-catching, don't ya think? Feeling adventurous and dragging my virtual shut-in of a best friend on a day of exploration, Tommy's Donuts was at the top of my list. I'd been driving by for months marveling at what possible connection (aside from starch content, of course) these donuts could have with fried rice. I actually even checked my friend and I in on Facebook at "Donuts and Fried Rice" because I didn't realize until we were leaving that the actual name of the business was actually Tommy's Donuts. But I digress. Knowing the penchant for massive mounds of fried rice from similar establishments, my friend and I opted to share a plate. GOOD DECISION. For $6.99, we got a large enough portion of the mixed fried rice (mixed meaning it had all three of the meat options: chicken, steak, shrimp) to not only both leave satisfied, but have some left over! Portion aside, it was delicious! There's nothing more comforting than a giant bowl of fried rice, particularly when you need a respite from burritos and steaks. I was craving Chinese and BAM, Tommy's delivers. After lunch, I couldn't leave without trying a donut. The prices were a little confusing, but I opted for a Bavarian cream-filled long john. I wasn't expecting anything more than something I could get at a gas station, but believe me when I tell you they take their donuts to another level. They don't actually fill the donuts until you order them, so there's no need to worry about a soggy, mushy donut that was filled days ago. Super tasty! Food and friendliness of the owners aside, the building belies the tastiness of the food. Had I not overcome food snobbery (and maybe a sense of self-preservation) to enter the premises, I would've assumed that eating here might send me running to the bathroom. It's simply suffering from the effects of age and in dire need of a remodel. The interior is dingy (not dirty, mind you, just old) and the window clings are cracked and deteriorating. Just ignore the surroundings and give Tommy's Donuts a try, it's delicious and a great value! read more

My husband loves donuts but I don't. But I have to say I am really glad we don't live in Wichita Falls I would weigh 500 lbs from eating these donuts! They were light on the inside, crispy on the outside and lightly glazed. The glaze was just the right amount not heavy and overwhelming like a lot of places. The sausage rolls had good brand of sausage. The apple fritter was full of apples and light and crispy. When we first approached we were leery because it isn't in the best part of town nor the nicest looking building. The sign also says they have fried rice! What a combo! But the inside was very clean, the clerk cheerful and helpful. Prices are also good. A regular came in while we were there. She said she loves their donuts AND fried rice. melt in your mouth donuts...the kolaches are so good because the bread tastes phenomenal. the also have homemade croissants with bacon or sausage, egg, n cheese. i eat their burritos all the time! the wife & husband are super friendly....hands down, best in town!!!
