I wanted someone ANYONE to help me and just fix the mess and after checking out the most recent reviews and seeing they take last minute appointments AND were open on a Monday I quickly scheduled an appointment and was taken when I arrived. A younger girl with glasses took me to her station asked me what was the problem or what I wanted and took me to have my hair washed. She was super friendly, super understanding and as nervous as I was, she totally understood what my issue was. When I am nervous, I talk and talk and talk and she did not make it uncomfortable for me. Wonderful experience equally as wonderful haircut and my hair smells so delicious. It wasn't until I got home, but I saw I had a coupon for products. I definitely will be back and will make sure to buy some of the products that made my hair smell so good.

If for some reason in front of the shop is full, you can park in front of the plaza and walk 20 yards to the shop. This is definitely a hole in the wall barbershop. It does have two TVs but for some reason Duc always has on TruTV. On the rare occasion he has on a news channel. There is a small customer restroom in the back of the shop. Duc is VERY busy at his small shop. One reason is that he is very reasonable and a good barber Honestly, I feel he should charge a little more. It's a good idea to sort of know what you want in a haircut before getting in the chair because Duc is so busy, it's not a good idea to make him try different styles while there are people waiting. I walked in at 5:08pm. He had someone in his chair looked like he just started cutting him... But that's no problem.. Then he points at another man who is sitting on the couch and says "I'm take him before I take your son" So I said "Then we can reschedule". Because we had somewhere to be at 6. I walked out of the establishment and he charged my card for a cancellation fee. Had I been a man and not a woman, this clearly wouldn't have happened. So please if you are a female schedule with someone else he doesn't have respect for you. I told him we would get my money back.. And trust me we will. I play the long game. ;)
