    Their service department does not seem to have the customer's best interests in mind. I was…read moreexperiencing shuddering in a 2020 Silverado, so I took it to them for a diagnosis. They claimed they could not "reproduce" an issue that was both significant and constant. I was billed for the diagnostic without being informed of the cost beforehand. They did not recommend a transmission flush or mention the Chevrolet service bulletin addressing known torque converter issues for this year and model. The next time I brought the truck in, the transmission was completely shot. They now refuse to offer any assistance because I did not perform my routine service with them--despite this being a documented issue related to the type of fluid Chevrolet used in these vehicles. Perhaps Chevrolet's new slogan should be, "Buy a Chevy. You might get 85,000 miles out of it."

    I took my truck to them for repairs. a Chevy 3/4 ton. it still ran ok, but a code on it said it…read moreneeded a regen. I told them what the code said and they started changing parts. a tube needed changed 500$. not it. the blower needed changed 2800$. not it they had to order another part. Said it was fixed. Charged me 5200$. I asked who was the tech that worked on my truck. They said a guy named Rodney. He was their very best. When I got in my truck, it still was not fixed. They called out the tech that worked on it and it was not Rodney. I tried to get my money back and they said no way. The. Service dept. Manager did apologize twice, but still no return on my money. The manager said he never ripped people off. What do you think?
