He also explained to me what the options were to gettin it back on the road. Once I made my decision, without any pressure or any upsales, They ordered parts and got right to work on it. Taking the time to call me and explaining to me what stage they were in on the repairs. Was a very fair price, for an outstanding repair job. They are honest when given you an estimate and go into great detail so you are not hit with any surprises later. I have been going to Kruse's since they opened. They are always busy, but will work with you. Just last week my daughters car had coil issues and they managed to slip me in and got it done the next day. If you have a maintenance issue they are the ones to take it too, very knowledgeable on pretty much everything and if not they will find out quickly. Highly recommended. read more

Kruse's Auto has helped me sooo many times. First was when my kids were driving my car north to Iowa. The engine blew and as AAA member they came picked them up and they hauled the car in. They took my children and their children to McDonalds and waited with them until I got there. Later they bought my car. When I needed proof that I sold my car they sent me papers to prove it. I thought the sale and taxes were all taken care of then I got another tax bill for the same car. They again helped me by sending another copy of the title. I was on my way back to Lincoln, Nebraska, after a weekend in Kansas City with my fiance. We were on the interstate when my car died. AAA towed us to Kruse's Auto Center. They were so helpful and made us a priority. They rebuilt my alternator, and the mechanic even stayed late to get the job done so that we didn't have to stay in a hotel or rent a car. One of the mechanics also drove us to go pick up lunch. I really appreciated their friendly service and not trying to rip us off. We were back on the road by the end of the business day.
