When you walk in, there is a bar, a small stage, and seating all around to watch and enjoy the show. Past the front room are hallways of private karaoke rooms, which my group opted for. The room was big enough and had enough seating for our group of 12. We were given complimentary fruit and snacks, and drinks we ordered were brought to our room. The private rooms are really cool to look at (see the pictures I've attached), and made the experience of karaoke a lot more fun for us - we could act as silly as we wanted without worrying about other people around. You pay by the hour for the room, but it only came out to $12 a person for two hours, which we thought was a good deal. Karaoke has never been my thing, but I would love to return to Galaxy. Even if you just go to observe and sing along with your friends, you will absolutely have a blast!

They have a kitchen that is proud of their work. It's a big place with a storied history, back in the 80s this was the old exedra bar you can look it up. There is a reason that dance floor and the bar is shaped the way it is it's hilarious. I looked it up because I thought this was an old concert club and the bartender told me oh you looked it up and we were dying laughing. They have a free parking lot. The establishment is very small and seats probably no more than 15-20 people total by the bar and its high top tables. The interior has clean design with red and black accents and plenty of LED lighting giving a modern touch. I came with a few coworkers and had a great time talking with the other patrons and the bartender (who had excellent drink selections and even showed us his own personal rolodex of custom cocktails that he makes! Overall, a nice local spot to stop by and have a drink - no frills just come to sit back, relax from your long day, and enjoy the company!

Chris, the manager, was super helpful via text Message in helping me plan the evening. Their drinks were reasonable and the space was perfect for listening to this band. Food wise it's a challenge. The bar doesn't have a kitchen, rather they rely on sweet basil to deliver food next-door. Sweet basil has wonderful pizza and food however, on a Saturday night they closed at 8 PM. That's not the bar's fault, but it's something to be aware of if you plan on going to eat there.

I would have liked to have stayed, but there was no way I was going to enjoy myself being that packed in. I fully believe that the bar was at full capacity or possibly over which isn't safe. They do have a large parking lot, but it was over full as well. I would give this place another try, on a different night. The crowd was mainly people in their 50s and 60s, but that was probably because of the type of band that was playing that night. I didn't get a drink, because I couldn't even get to the bar.
