Fast forward to today, I woke up with no heat and no clue why. I called them at 8:30 AM, Chris (who was very polite and professional) was there by 9:15, and I had heat by 10. I called them to ask them to come back and repair it, and asked that they not charge me again for travel time (although I said I would pay for parts and labor) because when they had previously "serviced" it, it was supposedly in working order. "Sorry," said the woman I spoke with, "Other companies may do that, but that's not how we do business." In other words, this company will charge you once to come out and NOT fix your air conditioner, and then they will charge you a SECOND TIME to come back and do it again. What a ripoff!
