I have been with Ron Dunn Agency for years and the time I needed them the most they didn't assist me with my request for an extension of just two weeks on my home insurance. When I called the first time I was put on hold and then hung up on, the second time I was told basically my claim probably wouldn't be approved, she said this without even trying to put it through, the third time the agent was in a hurry, said he called the home office to try to get an extension but they said no. Honestly, I think he never called and if he did it was a two minute phone call. Then he said get the repairs done and call us back and we'll try to get you other insurance options. why would I work with an agency that isn't willing to go the extra mile for me. read more
