Horrible company!!! Please don't get their internet service. They always give their customers the "silent treatment. They don't reply their chat, emails or phone calls when something goes wrong. Once you sign up with them, they are ok but afterwards, their customer service goes down. Stay away from these guys. You can get better service anywhere else. I wouldn't recommended at all. read more

Having been with a single service provider for over a…read moredecade one tends to be vary of the new upstarts when it comes to an essential service like internet. I was curious on switching my ISP as the fees kept creeping up and even with my well negotiated contract I was looking around for a new service source as didn't know what options I would have when renewing. I will give dotto one kudos for being persistent as after they initially got my contact they kept following up and even made it an easy decision to switch to their service with the penalty from the current provider. The installation was smooth and was done within an hour. I have a somewhat complex setup at home with some legacy equipment blended in with new tech. There was a technical glitch with the hardware on the legacy tech that made me connect with their support line a few times. They are quite helpful and being a smaller operation you even get the people who have dealt with your issue before hand. Believe me it's a big time saver not having to explain the issue again and again. With a few adjustments and troubleshooting on both ends I am satisfied with the service I have. I will update in the long run but so far a solid service. Update for long term usage. It has almost been a year and the service and support have been rock solid. A rarity IMO for the service industry in Canada. I am talking about no service calls requests after the initial issues, billing. The tech support went out of their way to help me out with a tech issue I was having initially. Updating to a 5 star rating (rare feat)

I hate how phone companies espeically the ones over the phone for service just suck completely. I was ordering an E-SIM, and he was setting it up for me and he did it so fast in about 20 minutes with a couple minutes to spare before store closing. He was very patient with me, and it made me think to start asking the older people at booths for help since they have the experience. anyways was one of the nicest and most patient people ever and I think Virgin should be paying him the big bucks. Not only do i know phone companies divert to delegating cheap labour for customer service for phone customer service, but they don't care anymore for actual good customer service. They already have everyone always needing a phone so WE as customers don't become priority, its about quantity. Andy here at Markville helped me feel less stressed and was able to make me feel like an actual customer that he could help. Virgin should be giving him 6 figures for the way he handled my issue. I had contacted at least 7…read morecompanies, met with 5 of them and obtained 4 different quotes: Here is what I found through the process: some did not even bother calling back. One did not show up for an appointment. One showed up but did not provide a quote as promised. Others provided either unclear or unreasonably high quotes. I came across the TV guys by chance, through a post card that was dropped off in my mailbox. Here is what I got: a call back within an hour. They showed up the same day. Pleasant, professional, easy to understand and extremely thorough and detailed. I was impressed before I even got their quote which came in the same day we met. Theirs was by far the most reasonable one as far as the price was concerned as well. I signed up, they ordered the required equipment and showed up a few days later. They work was impeccable and precise. I had a perfectly flawless Wifi connection the same day. I couldnt ask for me. Very impressive. And most importantly, aside from being the ultimate professionals with great knowledge and skills, they were super pleasant and nice to work with. Now I am hiring them to do some home automation for me: remote door lock, cameras for my outdoor studio and interconnected music through all the floors.
