This guy is a pathetic joke! He would get NO stars if possible. We booked a ride to Orlando Airport 5 days prior to our departure. We waited outside at 5am for him to arrive, texted & called him multiple times with NO response. We had to drive ourselves, pay to leave our truck parked there for 2 weeks. He should be embarrassed and ashamed of how unprofessional he is and how he couldn't care less about screwing people. read more

Last Monday, September 21st, I had to go to the Villages to get my left eye Cataract removed, and a friend of mine could not take me. I heard about 'Dunnellon Taxi' from my neighbor, so I called the service on that Monday to see if they can get me there in time for my surgery.... Well, they told me, beyond any shadow of doubt, that they could get me to Lang Institute in The Villages and wait for me until after the procedure, and take me home..... Approximately 15 minutes later, Dunnellon Taxi arrived at my front door and assured me that I'd be there in plenty of time to spare. I arrived there On Time and after chatting with the driver on her experience with the procedure, I was A Lot Less Apprehensive about the surgery... Well, as I came outside, I saw the Taxi waiting for me to take me home.....I was very relieved to see the driver, where I didn't need to worry about how I was going to get back home. I was very thankful for Dunnellon Taxi's steadfast promptness and reassuring words shared with me both going and coming home. This is IN FACT, the WORST taxi service I've ever experienced. Called twice and was sent to the voicemail BOTH times. I finally got a ride from a nice lady working for Lyft, a literal lifesaver, when well over twenty minutes had gone by and I was already to my car after being picked up out in the middle of nowhere, I got a call from this taxi service saying they missed my call. I said replied nicely with "we got it already, but thank you" when they rudely hung up and didn't even apologize for "missing my call". 0/10 wouldn't recommend. read more

Sept 6,2019 I started calling them at 8:30am. I left a message they called me 2 hours later, the man on the phone couldn't hear me and he hung up. I called back 30 sec. after, left another message explaining what happen to call me back. Well it's 5 hours since I left the message and nothing. Here's an update I left a message with them after I left this. Well they texted me and said with prescheduled and prepaid clients and that I should have made a reservation. I sent a smile back to them. I thought it was funny because how can you make a reservation if they don't answer the phone or call back. LOL read more

I would like to give a huge shout out to Dunnellon taxi service for their amazing and unbelievable service. I called Sunday morning to ask to pick my mom up from Sanford airport that evening and bring her back to Dunnellon. They quoted a reasonable price (better than the others) and I met with them. My mom made it home and told me thank you for sending such a nice polite driver. I recommend their services to anyone!!!!!! read more
