I am receiving a full refund for the debacle on Sunday night, as well as the transport that I had booked with them in November. Everything in this post is true and factual, and it just happened over the phone with Thomas the owner. I was just told that, according to my file, me and the company are "not a good fit". HUH?? I don't recall ANY problems in the past, as I have used them regularly, and recommended them often. I asked for an explanation, but "for legal reasons" (again, HUH?!) he would not tell me what the past problems with me have been. In asking for the explanation, I was told "I already told you I'm going to give you a full refund and you're still talking?" That is the RUDEST thing anyone has EVER said to me. I was basically contemptibly fired as a client, with no explanation. I am not an emotional person. I do not get angry. Yet I am literally shaking right now.
